Did an amazing job. Had a shower clog. Had a previous company come out, they couldnt fix the problem. Called Drain Genie, and Joseph was awesome! Just came in and out right away fixing the problem. Pricing is very fair as well!

Manuel was here to clear a clogged house drain, set up an appointment to be here between 12 and 3, was in by 12PM and problem solved and drain cleared by 1:30 including clearing 120ft of drainage pipe of any possible blockage. he was polite, informative and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Recommended....

We called Drain Genie for a backed up drain . . . Amazing same day service! Juan came, couldn’t have been nicer, more professional. He was very competent! Then the next day we noticed the pipe was leaking from a faulty job the previous plumber did and Juan came back and replaced the pipe, no problem!! No extra trip charge, great customer service, etc. etc. I usually don’t write these reviews, but this one is exceptional!🙏👏👏👏👏 I am telling All my friends!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Linda S.This company is customer service oriented, professional, and reasonable. They were able to fit my problem into their already fully scheduled day. Aaron is the person who handled my plugged up toilet that could not be unplugged with a plunger and frequently plugs up in the two years I have owned this residence. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He not only unplugged the toilet, but he made the extra effort to actually diagnose why the two connected toilets continued to plug up. No other plumber or plumbing company that I have used in this residence took the time to even try to diagnose the root of the problem. Not only is Aaron thorough and knowledgeable, but he is conscientious, fair, and very personable and takes time to thoroughly explain the problem and optional remedies. And, as advertised, he did not leave anything for me to clean up. I think he is fantastic and the company should do everything possible to retain him. I will definitely ask for Aaron should I have future plumbing issues.

Had a work order into them last night through my home warranty. They called first thing this morning. Set up an appt right away. Matt came out and provided great customer service was courteous and thorough ensuring our clog was cleared. I definitely recommend Drain Genie.

Today my shower and toilet backed up. Nastiness was coming up from my shower drain, my toilet was not flushing, and was leaking where it meets the floor. After maintenance from my apartment complex came and checked it out, they called drain genie and said a said someone can come in 1-3 hours. I didnt think much of that since it was a Sunday and they could be low staffed.Mike from drain genie showed up in 45min and continued to impress from there. Snaking my plumbing was quick enough to where I dont even recall checking my watch. Hey was a great guy and didnt make any more of a mess than there already was. One of the worst things that you want happening to your apartment was no match for thes guys at drain genie.Whatever this guy is getting paid, in my opinion, should be more!

I have used Drain Genie personally and professionally for 10 years. They are a great company that always goes above and beyond to do the job right. The technicians are always prompt, clean and thorough in everything they do. Once again I used Drain Genies services this morning. Pete did a great job and was quick and clean in clearing the line in a tenant apartment. A big thank you to Eric, Katie, Pete and the rest of the Drain Genie team, you guys are the best!!
