Such a great experience. After submitting the request for a quote. Zeke contacted me very quickly. We set up a time for him to come out and take a look at our property. We decided to go ahead with the service and David was the technician on the day of installation. I can’t say enough about David he is very knowledgeable, walking me through all the steps. He is thorough, kind and very professional. He was fast and cleaned up after installation and went through everything in detail. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

They were able to put a system into our existing sump pump pit so there was no drilling through floors etc. we started with a reading of 6.0 and ended up after the system was put in at 1.3. I chose Colorado Radon Mitigation after reading positive reviews from the Better business bureau and reviewing online comments which made me confident that they would do a good job. In addition, they are registered in Colorado with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) which gave me confidence that they would follow proper steps and procedures for the work. After the initial installation of our system there was a loud vibration noise in our main living area and kitchen coming from the installed fan in the attic above the garage. Axel came back out and was able to quickly isolate and fix the noise. I appreciated the followup and their concern for my satisfaction - I will be recommending their service to my friends/family.

They had a massive job in cleaning out A LOT of debris in a tight crawlspace before installing the system.Everything in the crawlspace is now clean and the system they installed works great. We just moved into our new house in northern Colorado. I did a radon test and had a dangerous level of 18. Contacted Colorado Radon Mitigation for help. They answered all my questions and installed a sub-slab de-pressurization system in a day. They were able to route the system through my garage attic which is really aesthetically pleasing. Within 48 hours of the system being installed our radon level dropped from 18+ to .5. You cant argue with that kind of result!!

My only complaint the guy that did the work hid his trash (empty tubes of adhesive) between the wall and insulation and under the furnace.

My pretest radon was >8pCi/L. The system reduced it to 0.7 pCi/L.Installation was quick and good communication throughout the process.Id definitely recommend Colorado Radon Mitigation.

If you’re looking for a company that are experts in radon mitigation and will do the job they promised, this is your radon mitigation company!To provide some perspective on why we would give Colorado Radon Mitigation 7 out of 5 stars if we could, we were faced with a complete disaster of an installation by another radon mitigation company based out of Englewood, CO. To say that this ‘other’ company under-delivered on their promises and installation would be an understatement… This ‘other’ company completely botched the encapsulation and exterior system install and damaged our home, even after we had exhaustively spoken to them about the expectations and the quality of work they were going to deliver.Faced with this disaster, we contacted several additional companies, and after Axel’s visit from Colorado Radon Mitigation to size up the situation left from the botched installation, we knew we had found the right company.
