Expertise, shared experience, professionalism. I am super impressed with the mitigation work completed on my home. The process was well organized, done with efficiency and quality. We did both encapsulation and sub floor depressurization. All pipes tucked away, tight to the walls; and components placed where I had requested. Techs were clean, on time, informative, and worked well together. All said & done, I couldnt be happier with my investment to provide for a healthy house.

We loved working with Absolute Radon Safety. The in-person quote helped us feel secure that we were getting the best system for our house, as Justin really thought through all possibilities and ultimately came up with a plan that would allow future added mitigation more easily if needed (as we would have otherwise needed two systems to mitigate the house slab + the crawl space) and he was also not pushy with what to get done. We also got a continuous radon monitor off Amazon, per Justins suggestion, to be able to monitor different seasons and locations in the house more easily. The system worked great and lowered our radon levels from 5.2 to a consistent 1.0 over the past several months.

We are extremely pleased with Justin and his team at Absolute Radon. They were professional from the first meeting to the final cleanup. They were timely and also very respectful of our home. Justin wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied before they left and also checked in weeks later to verify if the radon levels has diminished. The radon levels were in the teens/low 20s and now they are below 1. We highly recommended!

Absolute Radon Safety provided great service in a timely manner which produced excellent results. Justin made the assessment visit which was very informative and educational. Sean did an excellent and thorough job and left everything neat and clean. He left us a test kit which we used and sent in right away and got our follow up radon test results with a week with almost full reduction of the radon. I recommend this company highly.

Absolute Radon Safety installed a Radon mitigation system is my new home. From my first contact with them, I felt very confident, and was able to set up an installation appointment immediately. They have excellent customer service and kept in touch with me several times via email before the appointment. The installer arrived exactly at the appointed time. He was professional, efficient, courteous, and did a superb job installing the system. He even painted the exterior piping with the two colors of paint I supplied to match the homes wall and trim. They explained the system thoroughly and I recommend them without reservation.

I will join the chorus of fantastic experiences with Absolute Radon Safety. After receiving numerous quotes from companies who were happy to guarantee me a price on a system without seeing my house or inquiring about my wants or needs for the mitigation hardware, I decided to go with ARS.One company even sent me a passive-aggressive email that, without naming names, was clearly about ARS and the fact that their quotes arent guaranteed. This, to me, doesnt make any sense because construction is complicated and homes are anything but standard.Jason, the owner, stopped by to take a look at my home and discuss options and prices. We talked about where Id like it, secondary locations if that didnt work, and what potential pitfalls or complications we might run into.This sold me on ARS; I felt valued as a customer and that I wouldnt be forced to install a system in a location I wouldnt want to maintain a certain cost.Their tech arrived on an absolute scorcher of a day, and knocked it out of the park. Extremely professional, minded his manners, made sure he didnt track dirt into the house, and whose workmanship looks fantastic. Didnt complain about the heat once, and was able to get it all finished in the span of about 8 hours.In closing, Absolute Radon Safety is not the cheapest, no, but the experience of working with them led to having the system I wanted, where I wanted it (tucked out of the way in the laundry closet in the basement), and I was happy to pay the price to guarantee that.The post-installation Radon test just came in today, and Im happy to say Im now down to less than 0.9 pCi/L from a number of 30.9 pCi/L.

Absolute Radon came to my house for onsite inspection of the mitigation space. (Other companies gave me a quote over the phone without seeing my funky crawl space. I doubted they would honor their low $ quote once they started working.) Absolute Radon answered all my questions and gave me info that I wouldnt even have thought about. The material they used to seal my crawl space was thicker than what the other companies offered. The price quoted was the price I paid and they were accurate about how long it would take. The technician who did the work in my house was very nice and very professional. I love that the work is warranteed for life and if we sell, we dont need to have an inspection done ($), just let them know and theyll transfer the warranty. They may have been a little higher priced but the quality is excellent.

I cant speak highly enough about our experience with Absolute Radon Safety! Our kids had recommended them to us after the wonderful service they received with an install in their new home. Brian was very kind, patient, and thorough as he started us off with an inspection and estimate and answered all of our questions in determining the best spot to place the system for peak efficiency. Then Matthew came to do the install. Wow! He was so confident, skilled, respectful, and truly happy in every step of the process. Before we knew it, everything was complete and done just as Matthew had mapped it out to us. It took two days for our install because we had a crawlspace and basement area. Absolute Radon Safety technicians installed a radon gas mitigation system in our sixty year old home this week. It was determined the best and least obtrusive placement for the the 4 pipe would be in the basement laundry room closet, up through a wall in the garage then into the attic where they made one bend in the pipe so it would exit toward the back side of the roof. Everything went smoothly from our initial contact to request a quote to the finished job a few weeks later. Communication was responsive throughout and the technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were very satisfied with their service and recommend Absolute Radon Safety.

We appreciated the pre-installation visit to our home in order to provide a quote and also the detailed scope of work provided in the proposal. The system was professionally installed and looks good (We paid a little extra to have the downspout painted to match our house). Absolute Radon Company did an excellent job solving our Radon issues at a home we were under contract to sell. Before working with them we thought the previous radon system worked okay, but it was not! That stopped the sale of our home. Absolute Radon came in and tested the home thoroughly and found that our foundation had a barrier that was preventing air movement from one side of the foundation. Absolute Radon upgraded and certified the current Radon mitigation system, then installed a second system to get the levels below EPA minimums. Shortly after we were able to close the sale of our home. Whew!

Our radon was at level 17-20 when we called Absolute Radon Safety to help fix our problem. A previous company was unable to rectify our situation, despite many attempts and an excess of money paid on our end. After properly diagnosing the problem, our radon level is now at 1.3! It’s a miracle that I honestly did not expect to happen! (We just had our basement finished and I feared that we were sitting on an $80k paperweight.) Don’t call another company: hire Absolute Radon Safety. They are licensed, certified, caring, and incredibly gifted at their profession. Honestly, if they can’t fix it, no one can!

During the initial appointment to see the basement, the representative explained the installation process and broke down how, due to rain, the radon levels were temporarily increased which was very helpful for us as we are new to dealing with radon. I am very pleased with the services of Absolute Radon Safety. They installed a radon reduction system in our home in 2016 and it has worked well ever since. The install was a little complicated but the tech was great in getting the system to meet our specs. This fall the fan noise increased to an annoying level so I emailed to have a tech look at it. Absolute Radon offers a 10 year warranty, as apposed to the usual 5 yr on the fan, so they were happy to honor the warranty and sent a tech out within a few days and at a time of my convenience. The tech was able to quickly diagnose and solve the issue by installing a new fan. The fan noise is hardly noticeable now, and we are so grateful for the quality, speed, and professionalism of Absolute Radon. They provided the best contractor service Ive ever experienced.

Amazing service the whole way through. I got a hold of someone right away to discuss the situation at my house, and got a thorough education on radon and their solutions from a very nice, patient individual. They offered to come out for an estimate, but it did not seem necessary given their costs are fairly fixed. On the day of the appointment, the technician was super polite, reviewed the work with me, and did a nice job with the install. He even saved me $200 by repairing the crawl space cover rather than replacing it.

Absolute Radon Safety installed a radon system in our new house. At inspection, the radon levels were showing an average of 5.3 with spikes up over 7. They were able to schedule us the day after closing and work with us to go through cabinetry that was already installed over the sump pit. The work they did came out great, they were able to do it in less than 3 hours and the readings are coming in no higher than 1.1 at any given time now. They were super nice to work with and pulled the permit for it included in the cost of the install. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone we worked with from this company was wonderful. In contrast to many places, Katherine came to our place to consult before submitting a proposal (the first place we worked with didn’t, which caused a lot of problems when they discovered they couldn’t do the work as they planned or for the quoted price bcs they hadn’t taken into account the layout of our house and the somewhat limited skill set of their contractor who couldn’t work with a flat roof, so we were so grateful Katherine operated differently). We were also impressed that nearly everyone involved in the project we’re employees rather than contractors and they could do the drilling that was required for our house in-house. I am extremely impressed with Absolute Radon Safety. I filled out an online information form on a Sunday. Monday morning they emailed me a quote. I then called and asked a few questions and they were extremely knowledgeable on the phone. When the installer came out he was also very knowledgeable. He listened to my ideas, questions and concerns. He made suggestions to me on how he thought the system should be installed. He gave me a couple of different options on where to run the pipe and fan on the outside of my house. I ultimately relied on his expertise on what he thought would look the best. I will leave the initial review, but changing the number of stars for sure. The new ownership of the company quickly turned everything around when they took over. The owner came to assess our property and made sure another system was added in addition to sealing some open spaces in the floor in the crawl space. That seem to do the trick. Performed few tests and all good for now. Thank you for making things right. Its the first time a company we hired did so.------------------------------We have a pretty big house that is mostly all on one floor. The company said that one radon mitigation system would do the job. Radon levels were tested several times afterwards and always came back higher (pretty much same as before any radon mitigation system was put in). The company came back once or twice to do a minor ‘improvement’ nothing worked. They said that they will order a stronger fan and see if that works but told me that it might not. I have been put on the waiting list…. I paid in September of last year. It’s June now and I have been told the fans will be available in early fall. I’m ok with waiting, but dealing with the office was and is not fun. They kept telling me that the fan will be here in few weeks and each time I called they bumped it another few weeks. They never call or send emails, you have to check every month to make sure you are being remembered. I also asked to talk to someone who can give me their real professional opinion on the fan and the current placement of the mitigation system, so I feel better waiting a year just to see if stronger fan could work - but that was always dismissed and no one responded. I have two small kiddos and would love to resolve the situation with this or other company sooner then later. Will gladly bump up the ratings if the company helps in radon mitigation as stated in their guarantee.

Installed a mitigation system coming up from our basement and going through the garage. They provided a 10 year warranty on the fan (which is longer than the manufacturers), a lifetime warranty on the installation (eg pipes and tubes) and a guarantee that radon levels will stay below the EPA recommended limit for the lifetime of the installation. The guy they sent out was friendly, informative, fast, arrived on time, and considerate about placement. Installation took 4 hours start to finish. After 3 days, I can see the radon level dropping on my Airthings monitor. they do a followup test and dont charge if more work needs to be done. I shopped around, and this place gave me the lowest quote ($845, Jan 2019). I cant see a reason not to go with these guys. I literally have no criticism and Im a very critical person who cares a too much about Radon.

My comments will just echo the many comments that are already on here. Timely and professional, answered all my questions, and was efficient with the work. The quality is also amazing and looks fine on the backside of my condo. My radon level were between 6-8 pCi before and sometimes up to 10 but within a few hours of it being installed, my radon meter showed that levels had dropped to below 1 pCi! And their lifetime warranty/10 year warrant on the fan puts them ahead of the competition.
