We had Jake install a German made bidet toilet seat this week and he did a great job. This was a challenging job since the materials sent by the manufacturer did not all fit US plumbing requirements. Jake figured out how to find and install the needed pieces so that the unit works perfectly. Wed also add that Gabi, the office representative was great to work with - very nice and accommodating. Thanks Jake and Gabi.

Another good experience with Your 1 Plumber. Shower began experiencing a “water hammer” effect (loud banging in the pipes). Jake diagnosed the issue - a bad shower cartridge. It was changed quickly. He is always polite and the work is efficient and professional. Thanks again.

Excellent service. Technicians were fast, courteous and professional. Would hire their service again. A++ I have a reservation...after Jack and Henry left, I went to flush the toilet to see how it was working. Well, it was a very slow flush and I had to hold the handle down for 15 seconds in order to empty the bowl. It also did not fill to where it had before. Am calling office to report this and expect them to return and fix. Am surprised they didnt check this while they were here. Jake returned promptly and resolved the problem by adjusting tank water level. Another satisfied customer here.

William was early for appointment. Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. Competed removing old and installing new Kitchen Faucet in a timely fashion, even though original was difficult to remove after 20 years in place. Cleaned up area when job was completed.

I called with an emergency on Saturday morning and was given a time frame of 2 hours. The plumber, William, arrived within the hour. He was polite. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem quickly and neatly. I intend to use the service againI have a service contract but when I called I was toldd there was no plumber available until Monday morning. They recommended I turn off the water and live with the toilet full of unmentionable. Needless to say I will be cancelling my contract on Monday
