    I am a repeat customer of Plumbing Experts. A couple of years ago I added an outdoors shower and they provided an excellent plumber and installation. Last week, while remodeling our kitchen they removed an old sink, brought the old plumbing up to current standards, and installed the new one.Their plumbers, and office staff are first rate.     Highly recommend Plumbing experts. We recently had an emergency sewage back up due to a blockage in our pipes. Called Plumbing Experts and immediately Roberta got us scheduled for 9am appointment. An excellent experience under horrible circumstances. Mike Torres and Ramone were not only professional, honest and explained exactly what to expect. They cleared the main line by removing and resetting toilet quickly and neatly,as well reasonably priced. We will definitely be using their service in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company. They were punctual,professional and affordable.

    The two plumbers that Plumbing Experts sent to our house were wonderful -- friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard workers. They diagnosed the problem we were having (turns out it was not a plumbing problem but a problem with the appliance), and then as long as they were there we asked to do a second, separate job, that was actually pretty difficult. They handled it perfectly, with great attention to not damaging anything, and they cleaned up everything, and they did not charge us anything additional to the initial charge for the visit. We very much appreciated them and will happily use them again.

    Two men came. Seemed one was the plumber (decent English) and the other his assistant (quiet, not much English). I had two toilets in need of repair. One was unrepairable and was replaced. The plumber also replaced the water line into the wall (possibly a good 30 years old, an original). The other toilet (new in 2018) got a new part (half the value of the toilet). Both working fine.I have used this company before and saved coupons that don’t expire in the mail. The coupon reduced my cost by about $100.

    Very impressed at the work Reggie did for me! Came at a perfect time and understood my needs. He removed my old garbage disposal and installed a new one with grace! I highly recommend Reggie for your plumbing needs. With great help from Joe and the office he was very responsive and answered all my questions, he knew how frustrating not having a working garbage disposal was so he helped me get the service done as soon as possible. Educated me on what is not good to put down my garbage disposal so I didn’t have to run into this issue again! Super happy ! Thank you.

    We recently totally replaced the original Buteline PB-1 plumbing in our 1989 mobile home. They returned my initial call within five minutes and their installation specialist showed up on time and went right to work. We requested quotes from three companies. Plumbing Experts were the most reasonable and their quote was the most complete, including all the necessary parts, labor and physical installation requirements. Their bid was even attractive enough that we opted to replace our 20 year old water heater, which was on borrowed time for Florida, since they would already have to remove and replace the pipes serving one. That said, they gave us a discount from the normal stand alone heater installation job.Their work is top quality and the plumbers assigned to the job were diligent and always working. True professionals. I would recommend Plumbing Experts to anyone in need of plumbing service.

    My hot water heater went on a Thursday night and I called Plumbing Experts first thing Friday morning. They were at my house by 10:00am and had a new hot water heater installed by 2:00pm. They saved me from going all weekend without hot water. They were very professional, reasonably priced and arrived on-time as promised. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

    When my wife first called we only thought we had a shower issue with the nozzle not turning off all the way.We called & Steve was VERY helpful not only with being considerate but also able to have a technician come out on such short notice.The technician (Jean) arrived on time & noticed that our water main also had an issue due to being very old, more than likely the original from 1986.So he not only helped with our shower issue but also fixed the water main & updated everything with modern equipment! He finished everything within an hour or so & cleaned up everything very nicely!The best part was that we were given a 10% discount for the entire service!Thank you Steve & Jean for making the experience a great one!We highly recommend this company to everyone!

    I highly recommend Plumbing Experts. Team members were helpful and friendly confirming appointment. Last minute, I had a conflict with the time the day of the water heater replacement. I called and they immediately accommodated the change and rescheduled to a later time for the same day. They saved the day completely!!! I commend the plumber who came, Mike V. He was wonderful and patient. He struggled with draining the old rusted water heater and was there for hours patiently to get the job done correctly.     I wanted to compliment a great job The Plumbing Experts team did on our slab leak. Dave and the crew were terrific. Showed up on time. Carefully prepped the work area. Worked quickly. Did a fantastic job on the repair. Dave kept his promise that the work area would be cleaned up so perfectly, I’d never be able to tell they did all that work. And finished right on budget estimate. He was right!We’re so happy to have gone with Plumbing Experts rather than other suggestions to dig thru the concrete slab inside the house. The interruption to our home offices would have been horrible.

    We used the Plumbing Experts to replace my cast iron pipes. A little concerned after reading some of the reviews, I called the company to speak to the owner. Clem was open and honest about the reviews and reassured me that the work will be done without fail, and to call him if I had any problems.That same day, Henry came to my home and literally spent several hours with me to explain my problem, provided alternative options, went over pricing, and he literally answered all my questions. And I asked many. I finally decided to proceed with them, and he started the job the following week. He, Gianni, and the team were polite, responsible, and showed up to do the work as scheduled.The only hiccup I had was miscommunication towards the end of the job when they were to return to wrap up. It did take some time for the final inspection to be done, likely multifactorial. Overall, Henry was friendly, responsive (even on weekends), and in our opinion, he is a genuine person. I appreciate all the work they put in to expediting the work on home.

    I cant say enough good things about the quick response, professionalism, and fair price for replacing a water 2 days before Christmas. Called around and they offered the best price, plus honored a 10% off coupon.     We had a water supply leak in our master bathroom, under one of the sinks. I was unable to fix it myself, because it required replacing the water shutoff valve too. They came on time and fix it quickly. I chose to replace both supply lines. The price was a little more than I thought, considering he was here less than 30mins. Other than that, I am very happy with the work.

    The gentleman arrived within the specified time. He cleaned up after the work was done.We were satisfied with the work he did, but when adjusting the water flow in the kitchen sink was not as strong as I would have liked. .     On a Friday afternoon another plumbing company supposedly fixed a clog. Later that evening, water was everywhere and dripping to my neighbors condo below. “Other Company” wouldn’t take my calls and I was panicked! Most of the “emergency 24/7 plumber” status is a JOKE, no one answers the phone. Thankfully, I got in touch with Plumbing Experts and Greg F. was at my condo Saturday morning. He was fair and flexible on the price he quoted (he gave a 10% discount). It was a tough job and he busted his butt to find the clog and fix it. I highly recommend this company! Ask for Greg F when you call them. He is great! He even quelled the fears of my downstairs neighbor, which was Above and Beyond!!!!

    Im surprised at the low reviews here. We have used them for several years and they have always been professional and excellent work. They replaced our hot water heater a couple years ago, and have repaired our old sink, replaced old toilet and just replaced our old insinkerator. Maybe if you want the cheapest service, go elsewhere. We have used unlicensed cheap handymen before, and always regret it and it causes more problems. In a condo, no desire to risk leaks with neighbors below. Chad and George are true professionals, troubleshoot as quickly as possible, explain what theyre doing and all options. They have never tried to oversell us on products, are super polite and respectful of our home. Never a problem using the 10% coupon. Wee grateful to have a reliable plumbing company and Chad has been here several times. Always a pleasure.

    I had a major water leak from my gas hot water heater over the weekend. I called for an emergency call and Hernaud came over quickly for a fast and easy estimate. There was no price gauging on a weekend emergency call. He came back the next day with a top brand gas water heater and replaced the old one with new valves, piping and parts. He was extremely experienced, one of their senior technicians. The charges were at least 20% lower than the competition. Thank you Plumbing Experts for being the Plumbing Experts!

    I had a plumbing Issue at my house and I never really had any plumbing problems till today and being Sunday I didn’t think I would find a company open pans that I would have to pay a emergency fee well Plumbing Experts were open and the girl that answered was very friendly and told me they are open 7 days a week and there wa no extra charge I couldn’t belive it she told me she would have someone there in a 2 hour time frame which I was surprised as well the the plumber showed up about 15 mins after I called now that is service they fixed my leak and the price was very reasonably I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber and I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.Thank you again plumbing experts

    Hey it was Saturday the day before mother’s day no plumbing company would take the job except for these guys . They came and not only did they fixed my problem but fixed issues that other plumbing companies had created the week prior trying to fix my problems . In addition they found things that were out of codes and still fixed it . I recommended this company 100% they are the best out there ...you won’t regret it !     Lets be honest we have all played Russian roulette when it comes to contractors in South Florida. But rest assured when it comes to a plumber you can put that worry to rest.
