He was charming and up front, as to what he could do about one problem, then proceeded to knock off 5 of the 6 items on my punch list. I mention I had one more item that was not on the list - he did it! Left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. He took pictures of what he did and sent a detailed invoice to me. I need a replacement part and he found it on line - I ordered it and will call them to come back and replace it ( Yes it is another invoice and he fully explained that ) . Everything was up front no hidden charges because between their Web site, Office Staff and Joe I was a fully informed customer. Thank you for the great service.

The workers were efficient and friendly. They are to be commended in dealing well with a situation made confusing by FPL. My only concern, and I admit its largely my not providing better instructions, is that the water heater was rated as quite inefficient and cost quite a bit more than the ones I would have selected had I been given a choice. Next time I will be more precise or make the purchase of what is needed by myself.

Fantastic service!!! I called and left a message this morning and Clay called me back early afternoon and said they could come out to my house and take a look at the problem…a water leak in the attic.Jeff came out on time and he went into a very hot attic and diagnosed the problem, a 3-way fitting with 3 different size pipes.Clay arrived shortly afterwards and together they found the correct parts and installed them. All told, it took a little over an hour. These guys are magicians!!!!!

6-11-24 We had a problem w/ bathroom sink faucet low flow. Joe came out and spent time and diagnosed the problem as involving something other than the cartridges and he verified flow of water into the faucet units. He got the manufacturer on the phone to further diagnose problem and provide free replacement parts. He will return to fix when parts are in. He is a very nice, professional and knowledgeable guy. After further discussion we decided to replace the faucets on his recommendation which was based on past experience with this particular Moen faucet and issues they have had. He also fixed / replaced parts causing loose Roman tub faucets. He cleaned up very nicely after the work and verified no leaks. Due to the need to return when the new parts arrive, he was cognizant of it costing more than anticipated and reduced the bill accordingly.6-14-24 Today, Jeff Allen from Bergeron came to install the new faucets. He was efficient and knowledgeable and careful in clean up and double checking there were no leaks and that the new faucets operated properly. He was a really nice person as well and took the time to answer my questions. One could not have asked for better service. We will definitely use Bergeron Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. They were just great and got it right the first time!

Continuing with the 5 stars, Jeffrey came and installed new angle stops under our kitchen sink - detected a pinhole leak at the entrance of the pipe - cut it down and replaced both sides, bringing us up to code today. Also replaced our shower cartridge. Getting everything working like new - super professional, helpful, explained what was going on and couldn’t be happier with the results - no leaks and shower handle so smooth now! Pricing is SUPER reasonable - experienced plumbers, happy customer!—————————-So impressed! Jeffrey came on time and not only did a great job installing the 2 faucets, installed outdoor hose bib, he also fixed the leak under our sink! He was incredibly professional and did a great job fixing all of those things in less than 2 hours. The prices were VERY reasonable and we will definitely be using Bergeron Plumbing, again! Water leak between meter and house reported to me by email from water utility company (electronic meter readings). Called Bergeron shortly after noon on a Wednesday. Talked me through process (first detection then they can repair). Next day detection company located leak, within the hour Bergeron inspected the location reported back to the office and did the repair the next day, Friday. The men doing the repair did the repair working through tree roots and completed the job keeping me informed and showing me where the water was leaking and the repair. Whole repair from discovery to completion went smoothly. Have used Bergeron in the past and will use them in future if needed.
