Five Stars are not enough to say how good this company is, I had a problem with the Kitchen sink on a Sunday morning and I thought: Oh Boy there we go, Why? Why today? Why Sunday? Anyways, long story short I looked online for the best rating list of plumbing companies and they were all closed, with exception of Petrillos. Due to the companys high ratings I decided to give a call which I do not regret at all!Paul took my call and all the necessary information. He showed up in my house quickly, explaining in advance all the details of the work that he was about to do. I felt very comfortable and knowing that I was in good hands. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient person, he fixed and cleaned everything in the kitchen area. Answered all my questions and gave me important advices.I will have a project (kitchen renovation) in the future and I will try to hire them. It is hard to find really good professionals but today I won on the lottery.

Petrillos Plumbing is a terrific company with excellent service. We had a great experience throughout our difficult and complicated house remodel. One of the several technicians, Tom was exceptional! Very courteous, knowledgeable and patient with his detailed explanation of what he was going to do and why. Tom assumed full responsibility for his work and was very neat and clean.The office staff and entire company, bent over backwards to help and accommodate us, we highly recommend Petrillos Plumbing.

Paul from Petrillos Plumbing was so helpful fixing my broken handle as well as change my old leaking moen cartridge on my shower handle. I am extremely handy but could get this fixedPaul came over quickly and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I would strongly recommend that anyone with plumbing needs contact Paul from Petrillos. A great guy!

Tom came to our home today to fix a leak. He was very professional, cleaned up after his work, and kept me posted about every step he made. Tom also took the time to make a nice, clean cut in our drywall so we can easily fix it. I highly recommend them!

They were able to come out the next day after I spoke to them. Paul was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were also very reasonably priced for the service. I will use them for any future plumbing needs, and I cant recommend them enough!

I own and operate a small 4-unit vacation property and had a plumbing clog/issue with one guests Villa very early on a Saturday morning. Called Petrillo and instantly had a call back (literally within 1 min). One of the professionals was dispatched on the spot, he called me personally with his ETA, and again after diagnosing the problem. ADDITIONALLY, he looked into the other three Villas just to be sure all was well (I didnt even ask him to do this). Truly, this company is the model for all others. So many home maintenance or home improvement businesses are unreliable, unresponsive and/or lack professionalism, but not this one! Call these guys when you need great service. I will never call any other plumbers!

So glad I used these guys. Needed a new toilet asap, and they sent Paul to me with a quickness... He was professional and sweet. Also they were the best price, gave me a good deal, I would 100% recommend Petrillos any day!!!! I cant say enough positive things about this company. Today we had a blocked drain (husband thought that he could dispose of a bag of rice in the sink -- ugh!) I called Petrillo and Paul came out on a Sunday. He snaked the drain and let the water run until he was positive it was clear. Hes professional, personable and very skilled. I was very impressed with him and the job he did. I would highly recommend Petrillo Plumbing!

I am writing this review based on the honesty of this company. I called them because my garbage disposal stopped working and the gentleman, Gary, took his time to show me what I can do to make sure it was not broken but rather something that may be wrong on my part. He told me what to do, I did it, and my garbage disposal works again! This company easily could’ve come out to my house and charged me the $286, but instead, they helped me genuinely, and for this they deserve the 5 star rating! Thank you Gary!

The owner, Joe Petrillo, and his associate, Richard, were out today to repair a leaking Jacuzzi jet. The previous company that came out had told me there was no way to access the broken jet other than to pull out the whole tub. This in turn would have ruined the new tile surround that I had only recently had installed. Thanks to Joes out of the box thinking, he was able to cut an access panel underneath my bathroom sink vanity. He was able to replace the broken jet, repipe and solve my problem, in two hours no less. He was very accommodating regarding my availability and scheduled for a day when I was able to be home. I highly recommend Petrillos and would not hesitate to use them again. I only wish they were closer to West Palm Beach .... Thank you Joe and Richard!

Great experience. Our technician Paul arrived at our home on time and with a smile. Very courteous, knowledgeable and patient with his detailed explanation of what he was going to do and why. Pauls work was neat and clean. He also cleaned up around the areas where he worked. When he left it looked like he was never even there. An overall excellent experience. Petrillo came out to my in-laws condo. Theyd been told by another company that they needed a new hot water heater. Not only did he determine that they did not need a new heater, but he gave them the part they needed for free! He didnt have to do that. Amazing service.
