She fixed it right up and saved me a few hundred dollars in the process, suggesting I get the duct cleaning closer to spring, which I will do. Not only did she solve the issue, but my second floor is MUCH warmer now! Really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company and will use them going forward for my HVAC needs.

    Ethan was fantastic. Just bought this house and it didnt feel like the air was cooling like it should. Ethan came out and checked out everything. Gave recommendations on possible future needs did not try to upsell. That right there made my decision to go with Service Now for all my heating and cooling needs.     I cannot say enough about this company . From the owner to his service techs I was treated with total respect . They went out of there way on a late afternoon on the Friday before Memorial Day to make sure my furnace , A/C and chimney were installed and working .There techs answered all my questions and walked me thru everything they were doing . They were also very careful to make sure my carpet was kept clean and didn’t leave anything behind after the install . The lead tech noticed while on the roof my gutter was blocked and went ahead and cleared it for me .what company does that ? The price I was charged I was extremely happy with . Every company I called quoted me over 2k more without the chimney service . I’d of given them 10 stars from start to end . I’d have no problem recommending them and also they gave me a great warranty . Thank you Chris and your guys !!!!

    My AC was not working properly and there was a small leak as well. Within a couple of days, one of the technicians (Ethan) came to look at it. He was able to identify the problem quickly and fixed it in no time. He explained what the problem was and shared some recommendations for upkeep.     I came home and my heat wasnt working at all. Called 6-7 places and the only one who could send out someone urgently was Service Now. Ethan came over as soon as he could and got my heat working in less than an hour! He was knowledgeable and very honest and got everything fixed and a decent price.     Superb customer service, and really appreciated the level of professionalism from the owner and staff. I was looking to replace a 23 year old furnace. Chris took the time to explain my options, and really listened to my concerns with the current system to recommend the best solution for my home. I am an engineer and asked quite a few questions and did a lot of my own research, and I was very happy with his patience in helping work through the various options available. I purchased both a furnace and air conditioner system. The office did a great job of coordinating the install, and the team that came on-site was very professional and explained all they were doing so I understood how the system was changing. They arrived on time, finished promptly, and made sure I was satisfied with the install. End result is a much improved HVAC system, and an extremely satisfied customer. Really appreciate the teams work and am happy not to have to worry about my HVAC now. Thanks!

    Loved working with Chris and Service Now. Greg, the electrician that came out to install some new lights and ceiling fan, was amazing. Greg did great work, kept the work space clean and he was even able to handle my two crazy dogs. If I ever need anything done around the house again, Service Now is definitely my first call.

    I was very pleased with the quick response of Service Now Home Services. It was a bad day for many because of frigid sub zero temps. I had called many places and was unable to get service for 4 days. I had burst water pipes from freezing. The 2 that came out to help were not only professional, but they had great customer service communication. Andy and Walter were quick to replace the ruptured pipe. They had to lie in freezing water to do it and they were very pleasant about it all. I will definitely be using Service Now in the future.

    Shane was great. He installed a new AC for us that had been struck by lightning. He had installed our AC/furnace 3 years ago too. He talked to us about a full house surge protector thingy. We will be purchasing that from Service Now also. Chris Carpenter is wonderful to work with as well. He helped us immensely during this issue. I will recommend this company to anyone needing work done.

    We had a furnace checkup. From the very beginning when I initially called I had a very nice lady (unfortunately I dont remember her name). So we set up an appt & Anthony was the tech. Very nice gentleman, efficient & very knowledgeable. So now Ive booked an entire duct cleaning for next week. Highly recommend & theyre local!!!Liked our furnace check up so much by Anthony I set up duct cleaning too! They were able to come out today, 2 days later. Ethan & Evan worked so hard. I dont think this 100+ y/o house has ever been done!! These guys are excellent, professional, clean up & NICE young men. The operators are also great & know exactly whats going on. We got a great price on both things we had done. Cant recommend Service Now enough!!

    We had a problem with our plumbing on a Sunday evening, and we called Service Now, not sure if we could get anyone out after hours. A young man named Ryan came out after another job, and he was able to get our pipe roto-rooted and in working order again. He was friendly, professional and explained what was going on (roots were growing through the sewer pipe and blocking the flow). He fixed our problem, even showing us pictures of the roots.     Since we were introduced to Service NOW Heating and Cooling THERE Service has been nothing but exceptional. The technician are knowledgeable curtious , polite well mannered , and always on time, this is an important factor for me theres no waiting all day for them to show up. When you call to set up the original appointment the give you an approximate window of time to expect the technician the always call in that time frame and let you know how long it will be until they will be at your house . No sitting around waiting all day playing a guessing game when they will show up

    We can have been very happy with Service Now ever since we began working with them several years ago. They always explain what they are doing or what needs to be done and why. They are alway on time, professional, polite and friendly. We have been extremely happy with them . We can trust them and in this day and age that is very important.

    Our furnace went out at 9pm on a cold January Wednesday and when I got home from work I started calling all the local companies that were open 24 hours and only 2 responded, Service now and 4 seasons, 4 seasons responded first saying they would return our call at 8am but George from service now called back at 430am to see if they could help and again he called us back after we initially said no because we thought the other place would help us, we waited until 7am for 4 seasons to say oh we dont service your area.George returned our call and we explained what was wrong and the codes the furnace kept flashing and he told us what it might be and the cost, we mentioned we thought it was time for a new furnace and he said possibly and set up an appointment for a few hours later with Chris to look at our equipment. Chris was on time and patient and understanding to our circumstances, he checked our furnace and agreed it was time for an upgrade and left us a few space heaters to help keep the house comfortable while he had a meeting he had to attend and then to check their stock, their office spent alot of time helping us get financed and when he returned at 4pm after my wife returned from work he showed us the 4 models he felt best suited our homes size and needs and helped us set a package that included a new central air conditioner as well because our current one was starting to go last summer. Chris had a team at our house first thing Friday morning after I took my son to school and the 2 guys they sent out were real nice and friendly even though one had to be outside working on the air conditioner for a good portion of the time and they finished about 2 hours ahead of schedule that they told me when they originally arrived.The new furnace they installed works so much better than the one we had and actually warms up our living room to a toasty temperature.Thank you very much

    On Monday their technician Nathan Wilson made our annual plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything he was checking very clearly and was very informative. He noticed our garbage disposal wasn’t sealed under the sink because the mounting bolts were missing so on Wednesday he came out and replaced the unit and basket in a very short amount of time.     In the fall of 2019 I needed my 27-yr-old furnace replaced, and decided to add central air at the same time. I contacted a local company who at that time had good reviews, and who had apparently been maintaining my furnace (based on the stickers attached) before I bought the property. So furnace and a/c components were installed. At the end, the installer said I would need to hire an electrician to do the final hook up. However, he neglected to mention that my electrical service panel was full and would not support an a/c unit! I found that out by calling in two other electricians for an estimate to hook up my a/c. The cost of upgrading or replacing my panel at that time meant that I had an inoperable a./c system sitting for a year and a half. Had I known that up front, I would have made different decisions about the a/c installation!Now enter Service Now Home Services. I called them to come out and do my annual furnace cleaning and inspection last fall, and after a good experiene with Greg I asked about doing something for the a/c. He came back with a reasonable estimate, so after a few months I was ready to go ahead with the project.Chris came out to perform the electrical work, and he was very open and helpful -- answering all my questions and offering advice for getting the original contract with the other (now under different ownership) company completed. Chris installed a new service box and patiently explained what needed to be done on the a/c in order for it to be cleared for use.His help allowed me to state my case with the original a/c installers and have the final inspection and start up completed.Everyone I have dealt with at Service Now Home Services, from the person who answers calls to the three techs I had out, were super! I will turn to this local and responsive company for all my future service needs.

    Dealing with a home warranty company is a joke. Luckily the home warranty wanted a 2nd opinion and they sent out service now. They came out looked at everything and said the same thing the first company said! They talked to the warranty company not when they left but at my house. I did not have heat in my house for 5 days Service Now understood that and called me everyday to make sure A. We are doing okay B. To check to make sure the pipes were taken care of the proper way and C. Making sure the warranty company was staying on top of this.Brian was the first person to come out to my house after talking to a very nice lady on the phone to set it up. He made sure he went through every inch of the Furnace. After finding out it needed to be replaced he called the warranty company to verify his thoughts about the furnace system. After explaining to me the options. Chris which is a co owner of the company I believe gave me a call to let me know he received the file and was waiting for the warranty company. After hours and days later the plan was in action. Chris came out talked to me about the options available and we started talking straight numbers not hourly but total. We came to a conclusion and the very next day Shane and another gentleman came out and started immediately and had the system out and the new one in. Very polite, professional, and caring not just for money but for the people they serve! Can’t say enough thanks again! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

    Fast service and an honest assessment for the repairs needed. The servicemen that they send out are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a part ordered and they rigged a part to get our air conditioner running until the part came in. They really seem to care about their customers. Techs were also respectful of our landscaping and left everything in its original condition. A+ in my book and I recommend Service Now to anyone that asks me.

    Since Ive been in North Aurora Ive used 3 different HVAC contractors and Service Now is the best there is. They not only service my heating and cooling but have done plumbing work too. The technicians are great to work with and always pleasant. Eddie Bishop came out today and replaced a part on our furnace. He did a great job!! I even joined their Club which saves me money. I saved $120 on the work done today. Ill never use another company.

In the spring Jason checked my air conditioner. All three of these men explained what they did after completing the service calls and told me about services offered by Service Now.     There are organizations which say they can do things than there are organizations which actually do, Service Now gets the job done. Chris Carpenter got my family out of a bad jam when our furnace wasnt working and potentially leaking deadly CO2 putting my family at risk. At 6:00 pm on a Friday night we were on our way to stay in a hotel until we received a call from Chris saying he would check our house for safety, when all was cleared he said go back home and dont waste money on a hotel. Chris then brought over portable heaters allowing us to stay in our house on the coldest evening of the year. Saturday morning his team brought over and installed a new furnace. This team took a stressful situation and provided immediate solutions putting all of us at ease through a tough situation.At a time where I was worried about caring for my family the whole Service Now team, from Chris (owner), and Shane (head installer) were truly professional and got us out of a very bad situation. I would recommend this team to all of my family and friends because they put my family first and delivered for us at a very tough time.Thank you Chris and the whole team at Service Now.

    Six months ago, Servicenow replaced our complete HVAC system two days after our old system was destroyed by a Com-Ed error. The new system is amazing and I am very confident it will outlast me.The new system included a future duct cleaning as a bonus and the tech Ethan who just performed our free duct cleaning was amazing.I had no idea there was twenty pounds of lint residing inside our HVAC ducts, yes he showed it to me...     Called up them first came later that day . Gregory came over and detected carbon monoxide when our furnace was running. Chris (I believe) came the next day to go through the options and estimates. Had a fair price for both the Ac unit and Furnace.     I was very happy with our experience with Service Now. Chris spent alot of time answering questions and making sure we were getting the furnace we wanted and needed. If he didnt have the answer to a question he made sure he got it for us. He wasnt pushy and he was very honest. We hit a few bumps in the road from things at our home not cooperating, But Shane and Brandon made sure they had everything done the way it should be before leaving.Even when it meant working later to make sure we were happy. They always answered questions and never were rude if we asked for something to be done differently. Jason did our duct cleaning.     Eddie began providing service for our furnace about five years ago. We had a fairly new furnace, but it had never functioned properly. He traced back through the system until he solved all of the problems. The system has functioned properly since that time. We always ask for him, as he is polite, knows what he is doing, and understands our furnace. The furnace area is clean when he leaves, and he gives us an update on what we may need to do in the future to keep our furnace working in the best shape.

    Needed a new sump pump, garbage disposal, and light socket replacement. Scheduled separate electrical and plumbing appointments late last week and everything was done a few days later. Great service, didnt try to upsell me on things. Chris was able to fix the light socket instead of replacing the whole light fixture which I appreciated very much. Will be going back when I need more work done in the future.

    This was my first time using Service Now. I needed help with my outdoor pool heater. I got Service Now # from a local pool store, who said Chris C. was who I needed to call. They were 1000% right! The technician Chris C. was very responsive, I even initially contacted him on a Sat. Chris contacted the manufacturer and came out to my house to take a look, as he thought it could be an easy fix. Chris showed up a few mins later, solved my problem, and was on his way after 10 mins. Didnt even charge me a service call. This company has definately earned my business moving forward. Well done!
