Paul at Balanced Plumbing saved my bacon when a faucet froze and caused a leak in my basement. He installed inside shut-off valves on both hose bibs to prevent a repeat performance. He also inspected my other water-related equipment. Based on his recommendation, I replaced my water softener and sum pump. I am very satisfied with Pauls service. His prices are reasonable. Paul is very responsive to me as a customer. I highly recommend Balanced Plumbing!!!

We met with Paul today after we were having some issues with our sump pump. He was extremely nice, extremely considerate, and I highly recommend them. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences with plumbers in the past who seem to be more interested in money than integrity but Balanced just seems very honest. We plan on using them in the future.

Balanced Plumbing came to our aid on a Saturday morning after a pipe mysteriously started spraying water in our basement. Paul came and was prompt, courteous, quick, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend and will be calling them for work again. Truly a stress-free experience and is a great resource to geek out with about water, plumbing, and opportunities to improve our home.
