Extremely honest and reasonably priced company! I had a huge clog in my septic field, which was complicated. The personnel who completed and fixed the problem were extremely skilled knowledgeable, and by far some of the most honest and friendly people I have ever met! They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!! I highly recommend them for any sewer/septic pumping and septic issues.

Wish I could give more stars!! We had water backing into our basement over the weekend and had to turn our water off, we called all the 24 hour service plumbing and septic draining companies we were recommended to and we were quoted extremely high or sent away with an attitude. We came across All around plumbing and Trevor came out in 25 min and found the problem so fast and cleaned the clog in the septic that was from tree roots and pumped the septic AND charged us very reasonable!! He gave us so much peace of mind with his confidence and great attitude and we will definitely be using their services again!! Very pleased 😀

Very happy with All Around Pumping. The technician that came to my house was pleasant to deal with and on time. He took care of the blockage in my window well drain in less than an hour and it is now draining again.

Top notch septic services company. Everybody I deal with really cares. They helped me 3.5 yrs ago when I purchased this property and had the septic back up to non usage for so long, but they came a running to help me. A year ago, the pump went out in the lift station, they came right away. I had another emergency with a pipe a few weeks ago, and the owner came out to help. I also had them out recently to map out my septic field and pump the septic. Good company to deal with. I trust them.

We had a good experience, and the price was more than fair. We will certainly use them again if we have additional septic issues. We had an offset septic pipe outside of the house that was causing backup. They did a good job of identifying and locating the problem by scoping the line. The owner and the technician, both Chris, were especially knowledgeable. Due to bad weather at the time they had to wait about a week to make it out to dig, but were back when it dried up and made the repair. In the interim, the owner even came out on an emergency call on a Sunday to do a temporary rodding of the line so that we could make it through until they made the repair. They also did a nice job leveling out the yard and landscaping area where they dug. It is too bad others have had issues with communication and response - something the company should definitely work on, but otherwise, I have only good feedback about their work and they were more than pleasant to deal with.

Our drains started backing up when I called All Around, they were very responsive and got out quickly to determine the problem (roots by inlet) and addressed the issue. The workers were very friendly and informative and answered all of our questions. Well definitely be using them again.

Chris and his team delivered exceptional service when we needed a plumber for our clogged sewer pipe.They were prompt, professional, protected during Illinois’ Shelter-in-Place Order.All Around Plumbing Service was the second company we called because we had a referral to go to another company. It was disappointing discovering that the other company didn’t have the right machinery to assist with the problem.All Around Plumbing Service had all the right tools and skill to handle a job like ours. They didn’t give up and solved the problem within a reasonable about of time.I would most certainly recommend All Around Plumbing Service to anyone.

2nd time using this company. David was very knowledgeable, & professional, helping me to discover, that our septic system was fine(after he already pumped the first tank, cleaned out the line from the house, and put the hoses away).
