I had to replace a section of my sewer line in the basement. Steve was super professional and informative when he came out to get info for quote. When the guys came to do the work they were incredibly nice and got the job done correctly and even went above my expectations. Didn’t leave a mess and worked efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need any work done.

THEE GO TO GUYS FOR PLUMBING!! Their plumber Hart was punctual, polite, and super fast! Diagnosed and solved the toilet leak problem all within minutes with the best parts available and at a very reasonable price! This is why ALL their reviews are five star!!ONE CAVEAT: they ONLY accept cash or check!

Not all plumbing companies have the experience nor the skill level to work on old heating systems. This is not the case with C & H. When my boiler needed a fix, they knew how to do it! The owner and the employees are extremely competent. And their prices are reasonable.I recommend C & H Plumbing whole heartedly.Hate to be overly dramatic...but in my book these people literally and figureatively walk on water.

I only write reviews when a company truly earns a five-star rating. After moving to DeKalb, I needed a reliable plumber and came across C & H Plumbing online. Although they had very few reviews, they all had five stars, so I decided to give them a try. They came out to address several issues and were upfront about what required immediate attention and what could wait, which I really appreciated. Their communication was clear and reassuring from the appointment all the way through to the completed work. They are honest and straightforward, and I’m so glad I found this plumbing company. I’ll definitely reach out to them for any future plumbing needs!

AMAZING! Ive used another local plumber for years in DeKalb but he recently retired. I used another plumbing locally owned and operated business recently for another job....but they did not get back to me on a quote for the job that I hired C&H for...and I am SUPER impressed at the quality and the COST! Highly recommend!

We woke up at 1am to a ton of water leaking in our garage. I called them at 7:30am when they opened and the secretary said the tech could be there between 11-1:30. He called me at 10:45 and said he could be there now which was great! He found the problem within seconds and fixed it in less than an hour!! Great communication, fast efficient service! Best plumber in the area! We used them on a difficult project, they came and gave us different options for the repair, allowing us to provide our own toilet, to lower the cost. They were on time, worked quickly and billed as quoted. Can highly recommend!!!
