    These people are amazing! I spent over $1700 on another plumbing company to fix my problem. After 3 guys spent half a day in vain on it, I was told nothing more could be done. American Home Shield sent Kevin out, and in 15 minutes he completely fixed my plumbing problem! I only wish I could give American Home Shield 100 stars. They deserve it!

    Eric Cooper with Peterson Plumbing did a fantastic job helping us when our old kitchen pipe rusted out! He was polite, answered all my questions and provided so much insight to our old homes’ plumbing. He had no problem helping us with some additional plumbing issues as well.     Petersen has always done a great job. This time not only did Hunter clean my sewer drain, he went above and beyond that. I was having problems closing one of my doors.     Peterson plumbing and heating is a good company they guarantee their work and are quick to the job. Mike V was honest and quickly diagnosed the issue I had today finding it wasnt even a problem with the water heater but a clogged drain for my ac. The other technician that installed it I cant remember his name but he was great too overall customer service by the plumbers is great. If I have a problem Ill continue to call Petersen Plumbing and Heating 10/10

    I had to have a water heater replaced and the employee advised me by phone when he was on the way and he was very friendly and competent. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one correctly. He explained how to turn the water on and off and how the settings worked. Everything was left clean - no mess. I would definitely recommend Petersen Plumbing and Heating.

    I had to have a sewage pump replaced in a quick amount of time. Justin was able to come out and get the job done. Very professional! It is not an ideal situation when something like that needs to be done but Justin made it easy.     Diego handled the sewer drain clean out. He was great. He explained the process, how long it would take, and asked if I had any questions. He treated my house like it was his own. Cleaned up when he was finished. Only reason why this isnt a 5 star review is because the first guy they sent for the initial inspection made a mess, spreading a sticky black substance on the floor, all over my washer, stairs, doors and door handles.

    Petersen was the fourth plumber I called. Should have been the first! Kevin was my tech, he found my problems right away. Ive had leaking water for almost 6 weeks, it is completely fixed, along with some other issues I didnt realize we had. Very very efficient!! He knew exactly what he was doing and I couldnt be happier. Will always go to Petersen first! Oh yeah, the rate? Way less than what I expected, even when I was told the rates up front, added bonus!

He replaced our water heater and installed a new stool for the bath. All work was done the same day, starting at 7:30 a.m.; and was done with no electrical service since it was down due to a storm the day before. Appreciated his work and attention to getting it done right.

    I called Petersen to get pricing & schedule an appointment for a clogged basement draining. Receptionist was very kind but they did not have anything available until the following week and quoted me $600 if they needed to jet the line. I could not wait that long so i called Crawford Company & was able to get them out the next day with a quote of $425 to jet the line. Plumber from Crawford came out this morning & was able to snake the drain, scoped it, and showed me/explained what we were looking at. He said the pipes did not need jet cleaned & i paid $284 for a 1.5hr service.

    Petersen is always my first call for plumbing and HVAC work. I sent in an online request Saturday for non-emergency plumbing work after our sink broke, and Jessica called me first thing Monday morning as I requested and they were able to have someone come out same day. I believe the plumbers name is Brock, but he did quick, great work and left evening clean. Its always a hassle when something breaks like this but I appreciate knowing that I can call Petersen and get good work done as quickly as possible. I will continue to call them every time.

    We had a water leak under our kitchen sink. I called in the morning and Jared arrived only three hours later. He found the source of the leak and determined it was the faucet cartridge.     Good service. Prompt and courteous. All the people I interacted with ( excavator operator, plumber and the truck driver ) were professional and worked well as a team. They had to dig a major hole in my yard to get at and fix the lateral. They filled it in and tamped it down. I was informed ahead of time that I would have to do the final landscaping repair. They cleaned everything up, see the attached photos. We will recommend and use them again.P.S. It didnt hurt that they use a John Deere 50C. :)

    My HVAC & Plumbing Expert Matt with Petersen Plumbing & Heating was FANTASTIC! He checked my AC, Furnace, and hot water heater and thoroughly cleaned the outside unit. He even helped me setup my iPhone 15 to communicate with my wall mount thermostat! I just bought my home in Clinton, and Matt’s expertise got the house systems ready for the winter!     Great customer service! I called looking for a plumber to help de-winterize my late Fathers home that has been vacant while on the market. I explained to the woman over the phone my situation and she understood that itd be ideal for me to not be there in person as I live several hours away. She said that wasnt a problem and we coordinated having the house unlocked. Ray the plumber called me a few times that day giving me a play by play of what he was seeing and his suggestions. He was very friendly and professional. The job was finished efficiently, the price was very reasonable (I wish Id found Petersen Plumbing earlier for the winterizing!), and I was able to pay my bill online once the invoice was sent to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them!

    We’ve dealt with a few plumbing companies in the past 6 months due to a variety of things in our new house. We’ve had a loud screeching noise coming from our toilet when it flushes, since we moved in. We started having some leaking in the shower as well. We called and within a couple days (per our request, non emergent) they came out and looked at the issues. Kevin(I believe) came out and fixed our screeching toilet and gave us direction for the leaking tub as he found a hairline crack in the tub. He was knowledgeable and professional. He even made it a point to allow us to let our dog out of the kennel so he could pet her! I love my fellow dog people! LOL.Overall great experience! Will be back if I ever need services again!     The person who set up our appointment was very friendly. The day of our appointment, Ray called before he arrived and gave us an estimated arrival time. They re-arranged other clients appointments to coincide with the water company shutting our water off for repair.     We had a leaking water pipe in our home and called Peterson to come and repair. Kevin called about 2 hours before appointment time to see if he could come early. Told him we just got home and, yes. Came in and identified one of our issues, the copper pipe was old and bleeding through. He replaced that and upon further inspection, found another valve was leaking. Kevin then replaced that valve and when checked, no more leaks! After each inspection, Kevin explained what and where he saw a problem and asked permission to fix it. And when done, there was no surprises on my bill! I havent needed to call a plumber in decades.
