Absolutely phenomenal!I will begin with saying it wasnt the cheapest option, but I had a gut feeling they would take good care of my family. They definitely did! Super nice and helpful. They had me send pictures of my water heater, so they could see how to get it done and gave me a quote right away! Fast and efficient! Definitely will be using them again in the future!

I couldnt be happier with Element Plumbing. Very fair rates and John provided great service and a positive attitude dealing with the old pipes in my house. Installed a kitchen faucet and replaced the drain line. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

This company is great. The woman who took my initial call was able to give me lots of information about pricing and what to expect based on my description of the problem we had. They came out that same day to diagnose problem and order parts. A few days later they called to set up the repair and came out on time with a courtesy call as they were headed my way. The plumber was friendly, quick, and didn’t leave a mess. We had one little issue after and they came back out straight away to make things right. Excellent customer service and I would call them again.

I spent hours calling places today. This company was by far the BEST throughout the QCA! Instead of providing me just an hourly price & service fee, the woman who answered asked questions to see if it was something they could do or find parts for. I was called back with options to fix or replace. It was my choice with no pressure. Cost for both was provided upfront. Same day fast service with no additional fee & the installer was just as amazing as the two I talked to hours prior! I dont typically do reviews but I am extremely happy with the work & price!!!

We had Element do a full new house rough-in and installation. They were very competitively priced and the work far surpassed the savings. They were excellent communicators for scheduling work around the foundation contractors. The foundation company went out of its way to tell me how impressed they were with the quality of the work and the professional manner in which it was done. Element was also very conscientious of the HVAC work and wanted to walk through the house with the HVAC guy to make sure everyone was on the same page and not installing lines in each others way. Every day when they were done working they cleaned up the house so that nothing was out of sorts for other work we were doing. Highly recommend them. P.S I legitimately did not know these people before receiving a bid and anyone knows that you never know what you are going to get from a contractor. I did not regret this at all.

We had a plugged drain in our basement and we couldnt figure out what the issue was. Everything we tried did not work, we decided it was time to call a professional. We called Element and Jeff squeezed us in at the end of his day. He ended up being hear an hour earlier then we were told hed be able to be here. He fixed our issue and answered all the questions that we had. Jeff is very professional, courteous, nice, helpful, and we would definitely recommend him to everybody.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman they send every time to 1662 west 36th because he is awesome and always takes the time to explain to me the issue and he always fixes it well. Johnnie (Element Plumbing) has completed a couple of projects for us...Installed a tankless water heater at the church earlier this year and we were so happy with them that we used them to install a sink and garbage disposal at the parsonage. Johnnie showed up on time and completed both installations in a timely manner. Very professional. We would strongly recommend Element Plumbing to everyone.

My water heater broke and needed to be replaced immediately. I called over 40 businesses and nobody could respond, finally got to Element and they had availability for the same day. The woman that answered the phone was very kind and helpful, and got me scheduled right away. The man who did the labor was courteous, arrived quickly, and made sure the job was done right. They gave me competitive pricing, and even when the job went beyond the normal installation, they still did not gouge me. The payment process is flawless and Element is one of the few plumbing services around that offer ls ApplePay on invoices. (it is the most secure way to pay). We will absolutely be returning customers, thank you Element!
