Most reasonable priced plumber in our area! Most were charging $150 just to come LOOK at the problem! Rob showed up in a jiffy, diagnosed the problem in no time and saved our kitchen sink so my wife could prepare Christmas dinner! All without draining our pockets! Will use you everytime man, you literally saved Christmas!

I called Rob at 8:30/he was there around 9. Talk about Right on Time. After a few attempts unclogging the terlet he pulled it. Now after carefully looking things over we dug up the acceptic tank and it was full of you know what. Its been close to 30 years since it was last pumped. He put the toilet back on after running a rat from the house to the septic tank and also from the septic tank to the house unclogging it quite nicely. He handed off the baton to Randys Septic Service and now between the two of them Im back in the # 2 business. This was all done in a very reasonable amount of time (approx 1/2 day for both of them combined) so after $300 ea. hopefully Im good to go for another 25 to 30 years.

I had my main line backed up. Being new to East Moline, I didn’t know who to call. I had called others but they weren’t able to get to me quickly and my situation was in need of being fixed immediately. I called Right On Time Plumbing and Rob said he would be right over. We needed a new water line to our refrigerator put in, and three other “big” company names were going to charge me anywhere between $60 and $90 to just come out and “assess”, on top of not being able to come out til the following week. Right on Time was able to come the next day, didn’t charge a fee to just come out, and he did the job that day. We will call him in the future for our plumbing needs!

If you want a problem fixed fast and done right, call Rob!! I called him the first time last summer when our kitchen sink was clogged and we couldn’t get it to drain. We called and he came the next day and fixed the issue in no time. He actually answered his phone, too!Our old water heater was leaking water so I called Rob yesterday in the afternoon and he was here first thing in the morning, ready to go. Called first to let me know he was on the way. Done in a couple hours.I love that you don’t have to go through a phone service or play telephone tag, either. This is good old fashioned service!

Last year, I used another company to come clear my drain. They ended up coming out twice and billed me for both trips. A few weeks ago, that drain stopped up again. Right on Time was fast, I called at 7am and he was at the house that afternoon. Super fast- we had a clogged drain that had me stumped (I had tried a liquid drain cleaner to no avail), he zoomed in and sucked out this massive amout of water, gravel, lint, and plastic from down there (no idea how all that got down there and I would have never gotten it out without him).Perfectly fixed now! Friendly, competent, skilled. Gave us advice on preventing future problems (like how the specific drain cleaner I tried to use eats pipes yikes).Affordable! I have hired maybe three local plumbers before for other jobs, Right On Time was hands down the most affordable hourly rate. What a relief since I was kind of worried what a rush job on a clogged nasty drain would take out of my wallet, extremely fair priced and good service!Will reccomend to friends!Will call back for future work!

My basement drain had standing water when I did laundry . I called him he came not even an hour after the call. Cleaned out my drain (didn’t charge an arm and a leg either ) and let me know that there was grout in the drain. My kitchen is being remodeled and he 100% was more then willing to speak with those contractors to let them know so I could be reimbursed for the money 💰 . I will def be using him again
