We are very Happy with the work and care taken by the Blumer staff, throughout our renovation. Nate, Omar, Gracie and Cage, made sure that the area was clean each night when they left. That was amazing. I recommend them to everyone. They were very meticulous each step of the way. Each day we were updated on the progress and the next days plans. The process took a little longer then we expected but I preferred that rather than a big company that was fast and sloppy. Love, Love ❤️ my new Kitchen.

I called with patio door issue. Katie was great took my info over phone then Jake was out next day for quote/estimate. The next day Jake and Nathan came out trouble shooting and solving the problem. Fast, competent, thorough clean up after job completed. They were friendly and kind to my elderly dog and grandson. Recommend them. I will use them again.

Long time coming on this post. I truly recommend Blumer for any of your restoration needs. Jacob and his professional team will advise and provide the technical expertise needed for any project. I have consulted them for two major water restoration projects this year and am truly satisfied with their service. First project was due to ice dam on roof and now Im dealing with a leaking dishwasher. His team is able to take care of the job from start to finish. I used other services like ServePro...but Jacob and his team provide a greater service and most important...he is on text when needed! Notable mentions CJ, Nate, Grace and the gentleman that specialized in refinishing and painting my ceiling! (Many apologies for forgetting the name...but he is great!) It was a tremendous effort and seamless trasition.

I never write reviews for companies but Mr. Blumer and his company are the most professional, kind, informative, skilled people I’ve met in the Quad Cities. His wife did my inspection, he did another inspection, provided a quote for USAA, and began work immediately. Now for his team; Nate is a phenomenal and talented man. Very down to earth and communicates well. Cj, Phil and Gracie were always there working quick and again professional and reliable. I never had to worry about the work, or stressed about any of it. If you want a local, trustworthy, family business with great personality, then you have found them. I’m grateful to have had y’all fix my ice/ water damage. I will only use this team moving forward. 10/10

Jake (and crew) were wonderful! We needed a remodel one of our bathrooms that only had a tub in it and luckily found Blumer Restoration. Jake was so consistent in his communication and always ensured we were on the same page before making any big decisions. Everyone was respectful about our home and even paid our very needy pup lots of attention when we weren’t there during the day. The work they did was beautiful (they tackled some really tricky tile!) and we will definitely be calling them up for our next project.

Blumer Restoration Did a excellent job hanging up my shower door they scheduled the job showed up on time well manners,kind ,understanding what I need done in my bathroom, and new exactly on how to do the job I would highly recommend them to coworkers, friends ,family and business to have the contracted the the job that you would need done. Blumer Restoration has done a really great clean up job for me after I had a sewage backup in my basement. I called BR at 2pm on Tue and they were at my house the same within a hour to access the damage. The next day at 9am C.J, Nate and Mike were at my house cleaning up the mess. Thursday Phil and Nate were back double checking and did another round of disinfect spraying. Jake, the owner, stopped by 3 different times to make sure I was happy with their work and that everything got done that needed to get done. Their prices and quick service means a lot when you have a sewer problem.

Parents had flooding in the basement due to sewer blockage. Blumer restoration answered my call, got out the next day for an inspection and got started very quickly after that. A huge relief when your house smells and all that filth needs to be cleaned up. The crew was very professional and attentive. Jake, the owner was always responsive to text messages with up to date information. I’m so grateful for their prompt response. On the other hand Blaze - Service Master sent a guy to give a bid but then never followed through, or even contacted us after. Thank you Blumer Restoration

So far, so good! They were able to come help me when I really needed it! Were still in the middle of the process, but im happy with it! I appreciate the guys that came to help, CJ, Phil and Jake! -The repair, there were some bumps in the road but overall, everything turned out great. CJ and Phil were so nice. They even helped put up a fire alarm box that I was not able to get to. Gio was so nice and accommodating with my work schedule! I appreciate everyone who worked to get my place back together!

I called for an estimate because our brand new roof was causing water to leak into our TV room ceiling and Jake came out fast to assess the damage. They repaired my roof where it was leaking and made sure I didnt have any mold. I had to get a new ceiling installed because of the water damage and they just completed that. Everything was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves like they werent even there. The crew was superb and very friendly. Jake was very easy to get ahold of and really worked with my schedule which I really appreciated. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

We had a small water related incident we thought we might be able to handle on our own, but really wanted a professional to review to see if mitigation measures would be necessary so more damage would not occur. Jake & his team were super responsive, prompt and professional. They came and did their assessment, but ultimately determined that the measures we had taken rectified the issue and their services werent needed. They offered a few suggestions and went on their way. We were fully prepared to leverage their services and they knew that- but they were honest and straight forward rather than taking a buck. I feel like finding a company rooted in honesty over a company just looking to maximize their payout is very rare- so we are so glad we stumbled upon Blumer restoration. Highly recommend! We hope to not have to use them in the future- but they will be our first call if we do!

You will not be dissatisfied. They are your one-stop shop for everything mold, sewer, general home repair and much more. They not only made my home habitable, but rebuilt the job in a way to make my rooms smell and appear like-new. They are reliable, trustworthy and worked with me before relocating to the Quad Cities. Their prices can’t be beat. They done a free estimate and was very knowledgeable. HiA couple of weeks ago we had a very hard rain overnight. Its knockdown a piece of my gutter up by the roof. It looked like a simple fix and I called my grandson over to put the piece of gutter back on. When he got up there to do so. He found that the fascia board was all rotted underneath the gutter in that area.And pulled away from the house even more. So I spent the next week or more looking for someone to repair the fascia board.The Gutter companies did not do fascia board they only put gutters up. I called many other places and most of them would say they could not get to that work for several months until. But I knew if there was another rain heavy enough to fill my gutters it would pulled my gutters off my roof. Destroying the gutters and then I would have to replace those also. So after a hard week trying to find someone to repair it and put new fascia board up.I got lucky and found Blumer restoration. Unlike most of the other places I called. I got a call back with in minutes of leaving a message. Most other places I called did not bother to even call me back.Jack came over that evening to look at it and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He did not make me wait months to get it done. He had his crew here at 8 this morning and finish the job today. They did a fantastic job. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 20 I was very happy with him and his crew all very friendly. I recommend him very highly.Sharon

Initial installation was not done properly so they installed the new ones correctly. I have them booked for a new project this week already and will be happy to have do other projects for me. Blumer restoration did an extraordinary job when lighting hit my tree struck my tree and pulled down my power mast and damaged my roof and gutter. They got my power up in running in less then 24 hours, tarped my roof to prevent water damage, and worked with my insurance company to repair/replace my roof and gutters that were damaged due to the storm. I would recommend Blumer improvement again and again thank you so much for getting me though this crisis and restoring my home.

This is a great company - we have more work that we want done and we will be using this company again. Jake was honest, fair, and professional. Our case was an insurance claim for a broken pipe. He went out of his way to document every nook and cranny by setting up a google drive with HUNDREDS of photos so that we could provide it to the insurance company. Jake and Kenny are personable and a pleasure to have in the home. They did great work and responded to my questions and requests.

I had a couple storm doors installed wrong and they came in and fixed the problems we were having. They also replaced the handle which is fantastic, since the original installation the handle inside wouldnt stay in place. We also had them replace the weather striping and extended the pipe on the side of the house causing damage to the siding. I highly recommend Blumer Restoration and will definitely use them again.
