The Service was great and the Tech Anthony Henderson explained everything I asked about on an air con check up. Overall, I would have given them a 5 but, the Company rescheduled my appointment three times. First one, forget to tell me and I called back, second time same thing happen twice in one day which, makes it three reschedules. But, the Company will call you back and reschedule as needed and explained what happened. The Scheduler was very nice and luck of the charm on the 4th time they did show up.

I called on a Friday morning due to a leaking water heater with a flooded basement. Tom told me they could come out same afternoon and take care of my water heater. He sent me an estimate right away and scheduled my appointment as soon as I accepted my estimate. He was my 4th call everyone else was booked. I am so thankful to this business for making our flood/ water heater a priority. I instantly had peace of mind and could focus on my water clean up. Colton was efficient with our installation, very informative.It is nice in this day age to get good old fashioned service. I highly recommend! Lynch will be kept in my phone for future needs.

I recently purchased a home with a home warranty. Shortly after moving in the water heater stopped working. It was a 2008 and the home warranty’s contractor was going to be a few days to even come look at it. Not being a fan of cold showers I decided to replace it. Within about 30 minutes of talk to them Dustin was here and ready to work. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick. In about an hour or so I was back to having hot water. Really great people to work with.

I called in a last ditch effort to help my mom. My 82 year old mother is bedridden and cannot sit up or walk. Due to her state she can become overheated very suddenly. We discovered 3 days ago that our central air wasn’t working properly and the house was so hot that we called our regular HVAC repair company and was told that we wouldn’t be able to get a serviceman until May 31!! This was simply unacceptable. I remembered that when I owned several properties, I had used Tom Lynch for the repairs/replacements in my rentals. He always showed up on time and performed the repairs in a timely and affordable manner. On the outside chance that I could get someone here sooner, I called Lynch. I spoke with a very kind and helpful person named Katrina. I was kind of surprised at her attitude when I told her about mom and our situation. She took it very seriously and the dire need we had . I told her that if we could get someone here this week we’d be very grateful. I don’t know what strings she had to pull but she insisted that she’d have somebody within 2-4 hours!! And I don’t think she meant to tell me, but she let it slip that the only available repairman was on vacation another day…so long story short, a very nice young gentleman, showed up and within minutes he had found the problem was our thermostat. He replaced it with an easily readable upgraded unit that immediately solved the issue…I am so impressed with Lynch that I gave them the highest rating of 5 stars! I would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs! I have already had a chat with mom about replacing her current provider with this wonderful team!! Thank you Lynch!!!

UPDATE:I forgot to hit post. Since this Ive used Lynch twice ..water heater - aging copper ice maker pipe. Both fixed quickly & reasonable.LYNCH IS MY ONLY GO TO FOR PLUMBING/ HEAT / AIR.Josh is GREAT!I was looking for complete heat/AC units. I was replacing 18 year old working well but very non efficient units. I also have a home built in early 50s & had 2 rooms added on in late 90s. The temperature between new/old part of house was 10-15 degrees difference, the air/heat was bearly felt in older part if house. Tommy explained the problem & suggested a fix that being larger returns in problem areas.I found Tommy to be very polite, knowledgeable & wasnt trying to rush out of estimate. He made sure all my questions were answered & told me to call him if any others questions came up. I lost my husband in late 2018 so I had no idea about what I needed.Lynch estimate was very competitive especially when added in duct work needed. Lynch quoted better equipment with better warranties + the addition duct work so I felt completely comfortable .It took 6 + months to actually get job scheduled ( my fault, not Lynchs)Install date 3/8/22. The crew, 3-4 trucks, 5-6 guys were on-time & very polite & professional. Not once did I see anyone on there cell phones or just standing around, they all had a specific job & did it. It was like watching a well oiled machine. All ran so smoothly. They covered my belongings & immediately cleaned up every step of the way. The job was estimated to take 2 days but it was completed in a day & a half.The office submitted the warranties for the units & even submitted all rebate paperwork for Mid American for rebates. Emailed all information to me on second day.They will return to do final setup on A/C unit, this needs to be done when temperature outside gets to certain degree. I have 100% faith that this will be done without me having to contact them.I am so happy with my decision to go with Lynch.My home for the first time in over 25 years has even temperatures in all rooms.So happy! Felt difference the first night!If you are looking for a good, honest family run company look no further...Lynch is the company for you.At no time did I or have I since second guessed my decision. We had multiple issues with our commercial HVAC system before it was finally running right. Wyatt was out to repair same day within a couple hours every time we called. He was professional, got the job done, and made sure to keep me informed of what was done or needed to be done. I had just moved to the area and purchased a home built in 1959. I wanted to replace a toilet by myself, but realized I had a problem as soon as I removed the old one. It would require replacement of an old cast iron flange. I didnt have any experience with cast iron, so I chose to call a professional.Checking Google, I found a few near me that had high ratings; Lynch was one of those. They were able to come out the same day. Jimmy stayed in contact with me to provide a specific time when he would arrive. He looked at it and knew exactly the issue I was facing without me having to describe it. He provided me an estimate and he was able to return the next day to begin work.I did not have any negative experience with Lynch. Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. The cost was exactly as I would expect; they are competitive with the prices where I am from. They provided high quality work. I will call on them again when the need arises.

Overall a pretty good experience. I was having an issue with my furnace where it would shut off after 10 minutes or so, so I chose Lynch heating & plumbing based on their reviews. Full review below:I was able to get a technician scheduled to check out my issue within a couple days, which was nice. The technician was 15-20 minutes late and had to borrow some of my tools to perform his diagnostics. After a bit, turns out I had a faulty circuit board that needed to be replaced. He wasnt really sure and was relying on someone else he spoke to over the phone on what the issue was. My unit was already over 20 years old, so I asked for quotes of both the quick repair and replace the whole unit.It took 2 days but I finally received quotes. Their front desk had called me and walked through them with me, which was helpful. Unfortunately, they were just flat prices and didnt break out the details within the quote, but we decided to replace our old unit with a new and efficient furnace.We contacted them bright and early the next Monday morning (10/21) but they didnt have any availability to spend a whole day to take out our old unit and install the new one until Nov. 5th. We were also placed on a waiting list in case someone else canceled and freed up another day.I called them on the 28th of October asking if there were any additional days and they informed me that they could come the next day. So, the next day they showed up on time, walked me through what they were going to do and spent roughly 5-6 hours taking out the old unit and installing the new one. I dont think they took any breaks at all - they were constantly working. When they were complete, the tech walked through everything he did, pointed out some other issues with my previous furnace, and was very helpful.Overall, it was pretty good. Wasnt the best initial impression, but they made up for it with the install. Also, there is a 5% service change with all credit card purchases over $500 which is very inconvenient.

They find the problem and fix it rather than a fix for the day so they can come back a week later to charge more. Great experience. Our toilet was leaking on the floor due to a broken flange. It was Saturday at 4pm and we couldn’t find any plumbers in the area that were still open until we called Lynch. I like that I received text alerts about when the plumber was headed here, got here quick and fixed the toilet quick for a reasonable cost. Would definitely call here again if we needed plumbing services.

No one likes spending the money that comes with costly fixes, but with Lynch I get a fast response and great customer service EVERYTIME!! Truly, Lynch has great customer service, great response time and decent prices! You cant go wrong!Lynch is my go to! I have a home warranty, but there are times when you cant get their vendors to get out in a hurry and Lynch is available within hours! The guys are amazing and I cant recommend them highly enough! Eli is an amazing plumber, but Ive used them for heating and cooling too! Cant go wrong using Lynch!!!

Out ancient furnace died Tuesday night. They offered to send a technician right over. We decided to wait for morning. He came out bright and early, and got right to work. All of the technicians that helped on the job were polite and respectful. My furnace ended up needing replaced, and they had competitive pricing, and financing available with tons of payment options. Got the old furnace out and new furnace installed quicky without a hassle. I will recommend to anyone I meet who needs furnace work done!

This past winter I had numerous pipes freeze in my home so I reached out to Lynch Heating&Plumbing. I not only found that their services are affordable but the gentleman assigned to my job was absolutely amazing. Eli Cole was very knowledgeable and respectful. He told me first what the problem was and what would be done before he started the work. He was very efficient and had taken his time doing the task and never rushed; even the few times he had to run to the hardware store were done quickly. I have had Eli come to my home on serveral occasions and each time but before he leaves after the job has been completed he always cleans up after himself(a broom is part of his tool bag). Ive had nothing but a positive experience with Lynch Heating&Plumbing and Eli that I have called for their help again with my most recent plumbing issue. We contacted Lynch plumbing to install a half bath in our unfinished basement. The bid seemed a little high, but they actually showed up, they showed up on time and its done and done right. We highly recommend them !Update 5.7.2020 Well, once again, we contacted Lynch Heating and Plumbing when we realized we had no hot water. Jamie came by that very afternoon and diagnosed the issue (my diagnosis was wrong). We decided to go ahead and replace the 16 year old water heater instead of trying to get parts and repair it. Jamie was back at 7:30 or so this morning, and the new heater showed up right after that. Its now 11:20 on Thursday morning, Jamie is gone, and were back up and going ! Same amazing service this time as its been every other time ! Thank you !!!

Was loading the dishwasher (because my daughter didnt do it) and while doing so, was surprised by a puddle on the floor in front of the sink. Turns out the sink drain which was ridiculously hodge-podged had broken apart. Called in the morning and Dustin arrived a few hours later. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He fixed that disgusting (and smelly) mess in minimal time and was on his way. Would highly recommend Lynch Plumbing and Dustin. This is the best heating and plumbing company in the QC area. My home was broken into and my thermostat was broken off of my wall during the burglary. It was a very cold outside I called them they were their in less then in a hour. It was after hours so I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get someone at all. They gave me a temporary fix till the alarm company could send a tech out to fix alarm and thermostat.

I could not recommend this company more. We are renters and our landlords said let us go 5 days without heat. Finally we decided to take matters into our own hands and call another company which was Lynch.Lynch was at our house in under 2 hours at 11pm and the Misho in the office assured us they would work things out with our rental company and that we did not have to worry about the bill, as their primary concern was we had heat that night!
