    From the start when Kevin came to give me an estimate on the mini split unit, I was very impressed with him and this company. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable moving forward with this company. Today they installed my unit and made sure I understood how to operate it. Kevin with excellent coworkers Brennan and Nathan did a superb job installing the unit and getting me familiar with running it. They took great care when in my house to make sure that everything was left spotless including where they worked installing the unit. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work that you might need. I cannot say enough, good things about working with them!

    I was without heat and Northwest got me on the schedule quickly. The service gentlemen were professional and fast. They went above and beyond the repair and did some additional cleaning to my old system that made it run better than I’ve seen since buying my house. They did a wonderful job!

    I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and called Northwest Mechanical for an appointment. The serviceman, Luke, called when he was on the way and was very professional. He was able to quickly find the issue and immediately repair it. He explained the repair and the pricing and took the time to answer my questions. This was the week of Christmas, so I was extremely happy to have this repaired so quickly! I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues.

    The technician did a superlative job. He found a creative and inexpensive solution to fix the weird noise in the vents. He also recommended servicing the heating-airco unit, which we had forgotten about - and not done for 3 years. We’re definitely using them again, and highly recommend them.

    Impressed with their customer service and the cleaning of our mini splits was awesome. Also checked out our furnace and recommended a part be replaced (nothing urgent) but we decided to get it done before it totally went out, they are prompt and courteous and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to quote your next plumbing/HVAC needs

    Northwest has always been a good company to work with, they clean up after their own messes, their crew doesnt talk over you or at you, they explain issues and fixes at a laymens level. And, if its their mistake, they own up to it! They are a great company to work with. Ive had Nick, Wes, Christian, Brandon, Joe, and Kevin, all knowledgeable and laid back personalities. I recommend them 10 times over and have their sticker on all their appliances. You can go wrong with Northwest. Too bad they dont do electrical.....but Im still hopeful.

    Northwest is the go to for your QC house needs. We were having heating issues and they were able to send a technician out the day of. Chad was knowledgeable, came with all the equipment needed, and called ahead of the arrival time. We will definitely be going with Northwest for future needs!

    What fantastic customer service! Nick came out to repair the water heater but noticed a gas issue that also needed to be addressed. The gas company sent Neil, who met with Nick, and together they solved the problems! New gas meter and regulator and new water heater ! Thank you so much, Nick!!!

    Nate D. installed a new water heater when our old one broke down. He was prompt and courteous, and he did a great job of keeping us informed of all the details that mattered throughout the installation process. Its never a good day when a major appliance breaks down, but Nate helped make it much easier to deal with! (The office folks at Northwest were pleasant and helpful, too.)

    Called Northwest Plumbing on a Friday needing pricing on my kitchen changes. They sent Bryan out Wednesday 8:00am, which I was impressed only waiting 2 business days. Bryan quoted prices which I accepted and he started right then. Took out and put in my new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, water purifier and was done in less of 4 hours. WHO DOES THAT?! Excellent workmanship!!! I’ll be calling Northwest Plumbing again!

    Well Jude and I gave it one heck of a shot to unplug our sewer line all day on Tuesday. That boy is truly amazing. He even offered to shop vac the drain so I could shower after our shitty day, literally. Peanut said on a good note I now own a 6ft Toilet auger, a new hose, and some drain bladders😂🤣.A huge shout out to Northwest Plumbing Heating and AC. Tanner is truly an amazing drain specialist. I had to work at the hospital and he fit me into his already full schedule the day before Thanksgiving. He let little Baby Jude follow him around and ask questions. Jude now wants to be a plumber HVAC specialist! Tanner even corresponded through text stating Sounds like you guys gave it your all trying to get it fixed yourself. I think thats awesome. Even though it didnt work out.I will definitely utilize their company again. Dan was super courtious on the telephone trying to help get the job scheduled. Tanner was prompt, fast, and efficient and kind all while helping to teach a curious, persistent 13 year old boy.Tip of the day....flushable wipes are not flushable.Happy Thanksgiving my friends and family.

    Very thankful for Northwest!When I came home late last night I noticed my ac wasn’t working properly. I was very nervous, considering this was occurring on a very hot day! So I gave them a call this morning hoping bare minimum it could be repaired by the time my kids and I got home from work and daycare.A technician was to my house within an hour from the time I called, was friendly, thoroughly communicative, respectful, and got my ac unit repaired within 2 hours (including time it took to go get a replacement part)So by the time I got home my house was well cooled off!     We called Northwest yesterday concerning a toilet leak issue and Nate was to arrive this morning at 8:00 to check it out. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We spent some time trouble shooting possible reasons for the leak - I had figured it was a bad wax seal. And it might have been, but before taking the toilet apart, Nate suggested a towel test to see exactly where the leak was coming from because repeated flushing did not recreate what we had experienced. It turns out, the feed line connection and set nut at the bottom of the flush valve was a little loose. In no time, he completed the relatively minor repair and saved us money by not jumping into the toilet removal.We highly recommend Northwest for its efficiency in scheduling and Nate D. in particular for his professionalism.

    It was an SOS weekend emergency call for a plumbing technician to check on my water heater. The water heater fired up, only to shut up after two to three seoncds. Shane was able to come and check on it though it was a Saturday and one of the hottest day in the area. His diagnosis was right and even took a photo of the inside oft the exhaust pipe and found a birds nest constricting the air flow. Carbon monoxide could have returned into the house! He took out the nest. Next day, Nick cme to install mesh as a preventive measure to keep critters out. He also worked outside on a scorching day.Both young men were polite, friendly and jovial. They did a nice job in a very efficient manner.

    I had the best experience with Northwest Mechanical, it was a tough situation working around our renters in a home we recently purchased. Jerry and Shane came out today with a plan on how to take care of this situation I had with my rental property. They exceeded my expectations and every way.     I received a quotation for a water heater installation from a company through a referral from a big box retailer where I purchased the water heater. I was contacted promptly by said company and explained the project thoroughly. I was quoted a price that I thought was high, but agreed to the work. The day before the work was to be done, they called and informed me it would be 50% higher price than they originally quoted without ever seeing the project. I fired them on the spot and called Northwest. They scheduled a technician who arrived promptly. Northwest quoted a price that I thought was very fair and less than the original quote from the other company. The work was completed promptly, professionally, and thoroughly. Highly recommend Northwest and they are now my go-to plumber.

    Have relied on Northwest Plumbing/Heating for several years for spring/fall checks on our hvac units with great service and suggestions on care. Recently, while preparing to move, Kevin and Brennan (and Kelly in the office) came to our rescue when we had no response from our a/c unit just prior to the inspection. Everyone at NW worked diligently to find the source of the rather unusual problem and get it solved to our great relief. They even found that the problem part was still under the manufacturers warranty and saved us a considerable sum. Now, if they would just set up a branch in our new location, all would be great! The thoughtfulness and concern of Kevin, Brennan and Kelly will long be remembered and we wish them well.

    My wife and I have a leak coming from our tub/shower; I called Northwest and they were able to send someone out the next day! We worked with their technician Kirsten to diagnose where the issue was, however, unfortunately we weren’t able to do much in the way of fixing the leaks. But she did point us in the right direction.The good news, she did fix the water shut off valve for the house that was more or less busted; so we came away with a small victory. Overall the service provided by Kirsten was excellent, and the she work she did was too notch.I’ll recommend Northwest to anyone that I can!

She identified and repaired bad work done by other companies. Northwest is and shall remain our only choice for plumbing and HVAC service.so later in the year, we had a real emergency problem on a Sunday.     I just wanted to say thank you and a huge shout out to Don! He went over and beyond to explain issues that could be going on in my apartment building. I was looking into having their company come out and professionally scope our drains to figure out the root of the problem. He was so patient, respectful and kind. Joe performed a walk through to develop a quote for recommended repipe and he requested Bryan come over to address another issue not related to the first.     We had two representatives visit us this morning, both good experiences.The first was Jeff to do our heating unit maintenance check. He called ahead and was on the minute in arriving. He was most cordial and proceeded to do the job in a very efficient and thorough manner. Jeff advised me about a question concerning my humidifier connected to the furnace, and a question I had about covering the A/C unit. Most informative and appreciated. We were very pleased with his work and attitude. I am sure he is a valuable member of your team.As Jeff was giving his report to us, Shane arrived or his plumbing projects.Shane called before coming and was right on time. We went over a rather long and varied list of bath (4) and kitchen maintenance and replacement items. He provided us with a complete price for the list of work requested and, with our okay, proceeded to do his work in a very efficient and clean manner. He was very responsive when we had questions, advising us if we asked how to prevent problems related to the work being done and what to watch for. I have already started my next list of jobs for Shane involving some kitchen upgrades coming when I get my act together.     On Sunday, 8/20/2023, noticed a “red flashing” on “front panel/motherboard” of Navien tankless water heater. Called emergency number, operator stated she’d pass it on & have someone get back with me. With 1hour a representative from NW Plumbing & Heating (Bryan Parks) contacted me & requested that I explain as best I could what the problem was. I explained the flashing red front panel & that I still had hot water. Bryan new exactly the problem, he told me to take a picture & send it to him direct, that he would order, that it would come to my house, that I contact NW, & that they would send a team to repair/replace at the earliest. Part arrived 8/23, I called NW, within 1 hour, who calls?…Bryan Parks, he says, I’ll be there in 20 minutes, and was true to his word. Had it fixed within 1 hour. Bryan also caught a mistake, which now increases my warm-up from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. Bryan was 1) True to his word. 2) concise/detailed in thought, in word, and in action. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bryan Parks..a breath of fresh air in this day and age🤓

An upstairs condo provides some extra effort including draining the old with a longer hose, getting it down a flight of stairs, bringing the new one up those 13 stairs, getting it to fit into a tight spot and getting it all set up.He was very professional in keeping me informed of exactly what was happening.Dan was great like all the people I have had do work for me from Northwest over the years. My only complaint is that my new water heater had 2 deep scratch/dents in it caused by the dolly Shane was given to use to haul the water heater. I realize the unit wont be seen by anyone, but when you pay that much for something, it should look brand new. I would recommend new dollies for this purpose.     We had a leak that we needed to identify, we knew it was coming from the upstairs guest bathroom but werent sure if it was coming from the toilet or tub and if it was going to be an easy or difficult fix.     Dan was 3 1/2 hours late for the initial appointment evidentially because of a mix up in the office which was not his fault. The rest of the appointments went smoothly. Dan was professional, knew what he was doing, and cleaned up after, leaving everything spotless. Considering that Dan encountered a basement full of water because both my water heater and sump pump were aged, and clearly not working-I think he did a marvelous job. I actually felt guilty and negligent for not cleaning up the water before hand, because then Dan had to walk around in it while he was working. The service was superb. The cost was comparable ($150 cheaper) to another service that I called-both pricey, due to name brand equipment. I would have given Dan 5 stars because he was friendly and seemed to be very very knowledgeable about his job. But I gave 4 stars due to the cost and late for initial appointment. Although, not enough time to really judge whether a job has been done correctly, yes, I recommend Northwest for replacement of a water heater and a sump pump because of superior service. I will say Northwest was initially recommended to me for work done on a rental home.

    Kitchen drain was draining very slowly. Called Northwest. The clog was worse than anticipated on the original call day. They returned two days later, and had the clog completely fixed in under two hours. Cleaned up everything. Very professional. Rich G. did a great job, and is a very nice guy, too.     We had a new Furnance and AC units installed. The next day service person Tony came to fix several issues from the previous installers. He was great and apologized several times.     Phil, Shane, and Austin were all incredibly helpful. Phil was very informative while explaining to me what was going on and describing what he was doing exactly in order to locate the problem. He was very helpful in coordinating a set up time for the camera inspection while I was stuck at work. Shane and Austin did a very good job of running the camera through the pipes and explaining everything that we looked at and how the problem occurred as well as explaining what to do to prevent further issues.

    Exceptional service, as a retired person, it is important to me that when I need something done, I need a professional. Two reasons that is important to me is: 1) Id rather pay for getting something done right the first time, than to get something poorly done and have to pay twice as much. 2) Tony was awesome, I asked if I could watch him perform the diagnosis of my HVAC system, not to badger him but to learn something. Tony did not disappoint and encouraged me to watch him, and he answered my questions, and explained things to me. I learned so much from Tony, and would encourage anyone to go with this business. Northwest is excellent, and I dont say it lightly!!
