My boiler went down on Thanksgiving and I live on a tight budget. Very impressed for the respect they gave me and took care of the problem right away. I was expecting a much larger bill just from past problems with my boiler. The gentleman was very polite and did a great job. Thank you for bringing warmth back into our home.

I called this company today and they sent out Nathan Dantone. Nate was very professional, funny, and got straight to work. He diagnosed the pipe problem very quickly. We were very pleased with him and will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues. He went above and beyond to explain the issues and get the repair that we needed.

Northwest Mechanical Inc Great customer and outstanding plumber services. Everyone hopes to never encounter plumbing issues. However, the reality is that at some point we will. Over the years, I have had the worst and most unlucky experience with local plumbing companies, e.g., poor customer service and painstaking repair response. My contacting Northwest Mechanical at the point of relieving my plumbing frustrations was responsive quality repair service. Service plumber, Shane Sheaman repaired my clogged water lines that prevented water from exiting the water lines. Shane did an amazing job, repairing this issue which also included replacing outdated water lines and faucet fixtures. Northwest Mechanical Inc. is dependable and trustworthy, truly the best plumbing service and repair company in the QC!

They replaced old pipe in a home recently purchased as well as repaired broken sewer line which was causing backups. We had called another plumber who did not even identify all the problems that existed. NW was very professional, did excellent work and cleaned up the area filling in the yard that was dug up. We were so pleased with their work we signed an annual contract for all plumbing & HVAC. You do not need to look any further than Northwest Plumbing Heating & AC for any job no matter how big or small. Many years of experience in the trades and know what they are doing. Everyone we dealt with from Joe who quoted the job, to Phillip & crew who did the work and Jennifer in the office were professional and took their time to explain things to you and keep us updated.

Had a great experience with the plumbing division and decided to switch our heating and a/c to northwest. Received an appointment for afternoon to service our four units. Waited until after 3 and called to find out they weren’t coming because they were under staffed. Rescheduled for two weeks later and same thing happened. No call telling us they would not be coming. Apparently not really interested in new business. Will try someone else.After a conversation with Bill D., I gave Northwest a 3rd chance and they delivered. Alex showed up on time. He was easy to work with, pleasant competent and efficient. Expect to see them again in the fall for furnace maintenance. Thank you.

Mr. Walker did a fantastic job and was happy to take on an additional small job while he was here. NW has always and will always be my go to. They helped me after the derecho in an emergency replacing a vent on my roof and now my plumbing. They are very swift and polite, seem to have sufficient staff to accommodate the needs of the area

The night before I was leaving for vacation, I found a pinhole leak in the main water line into my house. It was 9 oclock at night and I had no other options but to call a serviceman. I called Northwest Mechanical and they promptly sent out a tech. His name was Jeff and he not only fixed the issue within 30 minutes, but he was also very personable. This saved my family vacation from being postponed and made my wife very happy. Hats off to you guys for doing great service! I will call on you in the future.

10-20-16 We called Northwest Mechanical to have our furnace system (hot water boiler) checked out for winter. They were very accommodating and Mike Perkins came to check it out. Mike was very knowledgeable of the system and very accommodating to us as customers. He serviced the system and set everything to specs. Mikes work was very satisfactory. You can count on us as return customers and referring others to Northwest.

Every call to Northwest is followed up with exceptional service. Had a mystery plumbing leak, Nate came out to diagnose and had things all squared away in no time. I never call anyone else because Northwest always comes thru in a pinch! Thanks guys!

On January 2nd, we came back from a trip to find a frozen pipe that ended up bursting. Northwest was one of the only companies that offered to come immediately. They did fast efficient work, and the guy was very friendly. About two weeks later we received a thank you card for our business. The card was a nice gesture. THANKS NORTHWEST!
