I have known Mike Jr for more than 15 years. He has helped us with our residential and commercial plumbing issues with dedication and integrity. He has a clear understanding of plumbing codes and industry standards. He knows how to plans his work and execute it in a cost effective manner. Mike Jr has helped us with installation of several 100 gallons water heaters at our NC hotels and has volunteered to work during night time to minimize the impact to our guests. He was instrumental in upgrading one of our sewage pump station to the NCDEQ standards. He has always been available to perform any service work after the installation. We have found his charges to be very reasonable and lower than many full service plumbing contractors. I would higly recommend his services to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the service and price. Mike was very methodical and diagnosed the problem right away and repaired the problem with the right parts without having to guess or go back to the plumbing supply house. He is very courteous and is neat in his work. He showed me the defective parts and explained what the problem was. I would most definitely recommend him for any plumbing problem.

Michael came to our rescue! We have an older home, and the main pipe in the basement backed up. It was a mess! He quickly came and fixed the problem in no time!He was polite and professional. He did such a great job, we asked him to come back and fix the outdoor spigot. Exceptional work on both jobs! We will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing needs!

Michael, the technician, showed up on time to investigate the problem with my hot water heater and diagnosed a needed replacement. It was a specific design water heater that required diligent searching to find replacement. He located one and showed up early the next day to replace it. Very punctual, very professional, very sensitive to making sure he didn’t soil my carpet or damage anything surrounding the hot water heater and he made sure to meticulously clean up after the job was complete. Absolutely well pleased with his work. His number is saved in my contacts in case of future plumbing/hot water heater needs!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I am so happy I found Unique plumbing! I had an emergency hot water heater leak. The owner Michael came out on Christmas eve day to fix it. He got the job done quickly, and left everything so clean when he was finished. Anymore plumbing needs I will definitely be calling this company back.

The faucet in my bathroom needed to be fixed as the hot water was slowly flowing. I called Unique Plumbing to find out when I could get an appointment. We called Unique Plumbing after we noticed our tub and sink were slightly leaking after we moved into our home. Michael was timely, knowledgeable, and reliable. After the first repair day, we noticed the sink was still leaking. He promptly returned and replaced the entire valve which resolved the issue. Michael has a very direct manner and isnt shy with his opinions; although, I believe this comes from his desire to provide honest feedback in order to obtain the most aesthetically pleasing result from his work. I would recommend and intend to use this company again for plumbing services.

I called Unique Plumbing for an ongoing water leak issue I kept having. I had 2 other plumbers prior without fixing the problem. Mike came out the same day and investigated and located what was actually causing the problem. He gave me an estimate and came the next day and fixed the issues. He also installed a new water heater because of the age and condition of my old one. He is very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Unique Plumbing for any of you plumbing needs.

Mike replaced a gas range for me. He was running a bit late and let me know AHEAD of time!He cleaned up after himself - there was nothing for me to clean or set up once he had finished the job. I was very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

Initially I had a pressing situation that required me to turn my hot water, to my bath/shower, off and on by the cut off valve because of a constant leak. Then the ball valve in one of my bathrooms toilet tank malfunctioned. I contacted one plumbing company that quoted me an unrealistic amount. I called four other companies including Unique. Unique was the only company that returned my call. They returned my call within the hour on the same day. I was amazed that they actually sent someone out the same day to fix my problem. While the repair was being made I decided to have a new sink and commode installed. They were here the next day and completed all the work I needed done. Mack was here within the time frame I was told, worked until everything was installed and repaired. I couldnt have been happier! The owner even followed up that evening, after the repairs and installations were done, to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. In a time where great customer service seems elusive I am happy to say that Unique Plumbing is now my Plumbing company of choice. I highly recommend them!I decided that the need for a dependable plumber was in line to install my gas non-vented fireplace heater. After speaking with Mike, while he was installing my new gas water heater, I found that he could do the installation. This is a 3 out of 3 successful services that I have gotten from using Unique Plumbing. I am very pleased with the installation of the fireplace. Replacement and installation of one of my bathroom fixtures, installation of a gas water heater and now the gas fireplace installation. I could spend my money anywhere but Im very happy with the value, customer service and expedient response from Unique Plumbing .When youre accustomed to the best why look for anything less? One again Unique Plumbing (Michael) saved the day! I can honestly say I dont know any service provider who is as responsive, professional, and provider of extraordinary services as Unique Plumbing services! I had a massive leak in my pipes underneath my house (a crawl space that only someone Mikes size could actually fit) that spanned almost the length of my house. The leak was fed by a half baths sink, toilet, laundry room and the kitchen sink! I called the only person/company that I had faith in. Unique Plumbing. Once again Michael responded within minutes and was at my home within a couple of hours. He inspected the pipes, videoed the leak to show me and was actually here the very next day to make the repairs!!!! I mean who actually does that?? Like the jobs hes done for me prior, it was premium workmanship and professional all the way. Even though Im moving out of the area Ive already given him my location so that hell know where to find me next time. Unique Plumbing is the only place Ill ever call for service!
