    I’m disabled and I am so blessed for Aaron Raley & Mike for coming out and shoveling my walkway & driveway. I don’t know how long I would had been snowed in for if it wasn’t for them. A++++ service. Good people and good companies still exist and Apex is one of those companies and Aaron & Mike are two of those people. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

    Scheduled appointment online for Friday, June 28, 2024. Process was simple and easy. I received a reminder text confirming my appointment by Amanda. A representative of Apex contacted me on Friday evening to reschedule for Saturday, June 29th, bc the job prior to mine ran longer than anticipated. Amanda was very communicative and friendly, which I appreciated! Saturday came and went, no Apex plumber, however they did send a text early Monday morning, July 1st. The message included apologies for the delays, as well as when to expect my plumber. Apex Company charges $89 for service call, and if you allow them to service leak, etc.. Apparently they deduct the $89 from total cost to repair or replace whatever service is needed, should you approve them to do the job. I had a leaky pipe in my basement, which goes to an outside water spigot. Cost for total job was $356.50, which is super high in my opinion. The invoice did not reflect the credit mentioned, so who knows if I really received it. Now for my plumber-Zach Brown, he was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and super nice!! He explained every step of the process, which I appreciated. He was amazing and I would definitely hire him for any plumbing job! I asked him about cost to replace all the water pipes in my home, and he had the estimate to replace my entire water pipes sent prior to leaving. While I do feel they are a bit more expensive than most plumbing companies or independent plumbers, they are worth the price, especially if you have a job much larger than mine. I say that bc I have a home that is 20 years old and will likely require all my pipes be replaced, due to the sloppy plumbing completed by the original plumbers who installed my pipes when the home was built. I have a ton of corrosion on my connectors, and copper pipping which should have lasted 50+years, will be lucky to last 35 years. So, the moral here is you get what you pay for. Definitely request Zach Brown any chance you can, as you will not be disappointed! Overall, I am very pleased with my service, and I definitely recommend Zach Brown and Apex Plumbing. Lastly, they are upfront on pricing prior to doing the job.

    I literally can’t say enough amazing things about the crew from Apex Plumbing. Aaron Raley and Oskar showed up at 4 pm in 28 degree weather and stayed until 11 pm to replace my full service line, on a Saturday the same day I call them, and before a massive snow and ice storm. Do not hesitate to call these guys, they are professional, hard working and kind. They went above and beyond and I appreciate them so much. I won’t be calling anyone else for future plumbing work. Thank you.

    We found a water main line leak and Zach and the guys at Apex were out there to quote and fix the issue SAME DAY. They saved us so much headache by showing up, getting the job done for a fair price and not giving me the run around like some previous contractors have.     Apex is one of the top companies all the way around They take care of their customers and know what they are doing, very fast and efficient with their work, very respectful and Courteous. They take the time to explain what the plumbing issue is how to fix it what caused it and what to do so it doesn’t happen again.     Got out quickly for a pump out! I like the professionalism of all employees I interacted with. From the initial call, communication after the call, and on site technician, professionalism was there.There is a saying for service: Good, fast, and cheap- pick two. These guys were good and fast. Some of the additional services were pretty high, so we opted to go another route. But we are happy with the service that we got!

    I called Apex at 8:30 am, Mike Estes was here at 12:05pm! After a very thorough inspection of ALL my plumbing not just the one drain we needed repaired Mike explained the process and the costs. He explained he needed to retrieve the needed repair parts and another technician to assist him. All told they had my drain repaired and were gone by 3:00, even after driving back and forth for needed supplies and his technician!!! I am super impressed with Apex and especially Mike Estes as he seemed to take extremely good care to get my drain repaired properly even though they had another job over an hour away! Recommend Apex Plumbing highly, but Mike Estes even more so!

    Zach and Kage were absolutely amazing! Apex responded quickly, within an hour, of notifying them that our water heater quit on us and they got right to work. The crew went the extra mile to make sure the job site was clean and to make sure the set up looked as good as it works.     I discovered a leak from the expansion tank on the water heater and called my plumber I always use - the one who said, I will always take care of you and make sure things are right. (Elite Performance Plumbing in Berea, Ky). They didnt answer the first call and I called again 6 hours later to be told that they were sorry to leave me hanging but even though they had a plumber 10 minutes from my house it was too late in the day to come and see what I needed. It was 2 in the afternoon. Earliest she could get someone to come and see about the water leaking inside my home was in 9-10 days! Me being a loyal customer and all. Now this is a review of Apex and not this other place, but I only mention them out of comparison. I called Apex at 2:05 and the person on the phone was very attentive and concerned with my plumbing problem. She immediately said that she would have a plumber at my home between 8-9 the next morning. The next morning, the plumber himself called me to get further information about my problem so he could bring the right materials. He told me he would be there in 20 minutes. His name was Hunter. He was very nice. He was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed and did not need. He wore shoe protectors in the house and finished the job in a matter of minutes. Hunter then went over the invoice listing each charge and explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. Hunter was an outstanding plumber. He cleaned up any mess from work and materials and left everything in great shape! I will not hesitate to call Apex Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. And I will ask for Hunter! They are both the best around as far as I am concerned.

    Apex came out once as an emergency on Wednesday, then came back today (Friday) to take the next steps. (Today was Markus and Chase (oh goodness I think, Im so bad with names, I forget them almost immediately, Im sorry!)) It turns out its a problem with the city, not my line, and they were so helpful the entire time. They were up front about pricing, they were extraordinarily helpful the whole time, and just did a great job. So appreciated!

    Great experience with Apex. Tried to get another company to come out and fix an issue with a main cutoff (10 am) and they initially didn’t have anyone available, but when I explained my situation they said they could possibly have someone there between 6:30 and 8:00 that evening.Called Apex and they were there within the hour.     Apex Plumbing is outstanding! Ive used them for all my plumbing issues for 7 years and the service is second to none!     Called on a Wednesday afternoon & spoke with a nice lady who got me on the schedule the very next day to take care of my issue.     Extremely fast efficient service. We had the whole underside of our manufactured home re-plummed due to horrific installation by another company. I will review again after sometime to see how this holds up. I thought the bid was extremely expensive, and I couldn’t get an itemized bill from Apex.     Weve used Apexs services for year and theyve done everything from installing a dishwasher for us to repairing a sewer line. They are always on time, responsive, and professional. Charlie was at my house today to repair a broken pipe that burst during the cold weather. He rang the doorbell right on time, and was done quickly. Super nice guy, and easy to be around, along with being very professional and capable. We will keep calling them when we have plumbing needs.

On this most recent visit, Charlie reconfigured the dishwasher drain to stop a persistent leak, and replaced a broken flush valve.     Our septic tank was full and Apex came out within 16 hours of calling them to drain it. The 2 guys who came out were very nice and respectful. They did the job quickly (they said normal time for job), showed me their work and were hilarious for a stressful time for us. I would use APEX again in a heartbeat!

    I can’t say enough positive things about the process of working with Zach at Apex plumbing. It was a complete breeze. I had heard great things about his work but just didn’t realize how easy, quick, and simple it was going to be. He gave us a very affordable quote via email. And boom! a few days later he had all the work done! We are renovating an entire house, and so it requires moving some plumbing and getting it ready for new vanities. It was a breeze to Zach. Also, he was very educated and suggested we go ahead and run the piping upstairs through the new wall before the drywall went up as well(since we are finishing and unfinished living space in the attic). I never thought of this and now that we did it we won’t have to pull out the dry wall again downstairs for new plumbing. He was extremely professional and very well priced. I know exactly who I will call for when we are ready to plumb the upstairs!

    Apex did a bathroom and extended remodel for me which included running a new sewer line from the detach apt to main house. Zach did the estimate and was great in communication during the job. Travis did the remodel and worked with Marcus on the plumbing portion to communicate everything on the job. Travis did a great job on going over any issues on the job and working with all of the details in each step. This is the 2nd time I have used them, they show up on time, do a great job and actually clean up after their work.

    We needed to replace a drain in order to replace the floor in the shower of our 1 1/2 year old home. Apex sent Charlie today to take care of the job. While working under the house he discovered the wrong size drain pipe had been originally installed which would eventually lead to clogged drains. The team was prompt, efficient and knowledgable. Their professionalism helped ease the sting in an otherwise frustrating replacement job on our brand new home! Charlie was easy to work with. We will call Apex again and recommend them to others.

    I have used Apex twice. Once for a disposal and again today for a water heater. Both times they were on time, professional and did great work. Marcus installed my water heater today. The temp was not as high as I liked after about four hours so he stopped by and adjusted it for me on his way home. If I need any future plumbing I will use them again.

    Let me begin by saying Zac and everyone on the crew that has been to my home (4 times now), have always been courteous and professional. They also do ver good work. That said, the past two times I have needed them, I have been charged at least 1 hour more than they were actually here. When I questioned it this last time, I was informed they charge for drive time. I am 15 minutes from Danville and was charged 1 hour. When I called Zac to inquire, he also said they charge for drive time. I then inquired about the $65 machine use charge, that they own, I was told they charge for maintenance for the machine because the machines are expensive. While I understand the concept of business, I would have liked to have been told UPFRONT about these charges. Zac did say he would check the GPS and speak with the office staff about mentioning the extra charges. Ill have to seriously think twice about calling Apex Plumbing in the future.

    Tuesday afternoon I called Apex about an issue I was having with draining. Charlie came out first thing Wednesday morning and discovered that I needed to have my drain lines and waste pipe that runs to the street replaced. It’s an older house that still had the galvanized pipes. Some pipes were busted and I had water going under my house. The drain line outside wasn’t even connected properly and everything was completely backed up. Charlie came back with the crew yesterday morning, even though we just had the ice storm and everything was frozen outside. They worked all day under my house and in the yard in this horrible weather to get the job done. Even replaced my toilet in the process. These guys are great. Fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. I asked Charlie tons of questions about the job and opinions on other plumbing matters and he took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call Apex for future plumbing matters.
