If I could give this establishment 10 stars I definitely would! From the administrative staff ( Meagan) to their field technician (Mike) they provided unparalleled customer service and support. We were planning to have to replace our unit when in actuality we only needed a repair and a few notes to consider for future planning. These people are knowledgeable and will not try to coerce unnecessary replacements or repairs. Had us up and running in less than 30 minutes.

They are the best company to work with! When you call, an answering service will take your information. The office manager will call you back and give you an approximate time and who will come to your house. They text you and let you know when they are on the way and you can pay over the phone after they are done. They will send you a receipt for the service. I trust them enough for them to come in my house when I am at work. Exceptional customer service!

Air conditioner went out, so I called Comfort Cooling. It’s the company that installed my HVAC system about 8 years ago. They were busy today but managed to work me in. I was out of coolant but no leak was found in the cooling system. Tech said it was likely to be in the heating side. It will take longer to check those coils, so I agreed with tech’s assessment, and he will get us on the schedule for a larger block of time in the future. He said we could use the cooling and it should be fine for now. Two hours after he left, the house is cool and AC seems to be working fine.I’m often suspicious of a lot of repair people, but I’ve used Comfort Cooling exclusively for heat and air for many years. I actually trust these guys. And the entire staff is very friendly.One side note: Like a lot of people, we typically pay for everything (from a hot dog to a bathroom remodel) with a credit card. Today our tech said they had to start charging a 4% service fee when accepting a credit card. (After the visit, I did a quick check of their website. They have a list of credit cards they accept, but there is no mention of a service fee for accepting them. I can’t say that I blame them for NOT mentioning that fee, as I’m sure it would encourage some people to look elsewhere.) We had to dig up an old checkbook in the closet to avoid that service fee. Although not a huge deal, it’s a bit of an irritating inconvenience for me. And I’m fully aware that businesses are charged a fee from bank cards like Visa. My guess is it’s going to be a deal breaker for some people who may want to float the repair cost for a few weeks or months. Normally such a policy drives me away, but like I said, I trust them and don’t have another cooling company that has built up trust with me.

Comfort Cooling Heating and Air removed an old system and installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system in my home on March 4th and 5th 2024. Matt Jones and Random Waldron were the technicians doing this work. Everything went smoothly and well from the beginning until the end. Matt and Random were efficient and very polite through all the process. They kept the work area clean during the installation and removed all the debris at the end. Their workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Comfort Cooling Heating and Air.

The time frame from ordering the unit until the installation was maybe 2 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was very pleasant and friendly. He always followed up with you when he said he would. Matt and another gentleman installed our unit they were on time. They both were very friendly and helpful. They left no mess behind. We used Comfort Last year for our Tune up and they told us then there was a leak they would keep an eye on. Because of their customer service last year, we trusted their assessment this year.I am a researcher and HUGE on customer service, so I needed to be able to research costs, Comfort Cooling as well as the system and manufacturer. What I couldnt find online, they provided and very timely. They were all really great, but Terry was our main contact. He was knowledgeable and communicated outstandingly. They researched all the systems i was interested in and then gave me their professional opinion of what way they thought i would realize the most savings and comfortable home. I called for regular maintenance, but it turned out our unit was bad. Being over 20 years old, we were not surprised. However our technician did not try to force a sale upon us, and offered to just do a repair. We ended up going with the full replacement and they had a good deal on the unit and the installation was very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Mike was our tech and he did a fantastic job!

Due to some unrelated foundation work, I had to have all the HVAC duct work in my crawlspace disconnected so that the foundation crew could access the area. On a Friday, CCHA came out to give me an estimate on reconnecting the duct work and relocating the intake. Their price was very reasonable so I approved it. They showed up to get the job done on the following Monday and finished it on Tuesday. They did a very professional job and cleaned-up after themselves. What more could you ask for?

Requested Tech to troubleshoot no air conditioning. Tech arrived within a few hours (good response). Tech was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting, and found 2 problems within a short period of time: bad start capacitor, and no freon charge. Tech recommended replacement of outside AC unit, and evaporator coil due to the age of unit and high cost of recharging with R22 refrigerant. Tech gathered info needed for quoting replacement. Overall very pleased with the service.

We just had a new Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat and air system installed this past week by Comfort Cooling Heat and Air. We simply could not be more pleased with every single aspect of the experience. From calling the first time to schedule an estimate to having the unit installed and completed, it took less than a week. The communication was excellent !They were prompt, courteous, friendly, respectful and just plain nice guys. We had a new split HVAC system installed by another company in Dec 2021. Had problems with it not heating and then not cooling our home. Had the guy come out several times only to say it was fine and give excuses as to why it wasnt as cool as we thought it should be. Decided to have Comfort Cooling come check out the unit. Their receptionist was friendly, understanding and professional. An appointment was scheduled. The next day I received a call from a technician who said I know we have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning, but I would like to come now if that would be ok? And he was at my house within 30 minutes. I also received a text message notification with the techs name, letting me know he was enroute. Mike was friendly, professional and went right to work. He noticed immediately that the blower did not sound right. He opened it up and showed me that the dip switches were set for a smaller unit than what we had. He flipped them on and the problem was solved. But he didnt stop there. He check every part of the unit and reviewed it with me. Comfort Cooling is now my HVAC company. I highly recommend them.

Terry McPeak, the technician that came to service my unit and did just that. He quickly diagnosed the problem, acquired the parts and repaires my unit in very little time. He informed me step-by-step as to what needed to be done and delivered as promised. I just had a personal loss that very morning and Mr. McPeak, the technician, was very kind and helpful in completely handling the situation professionally at a very difficult time for my family and I.
