    Jordan was extremely quick and friendly, kept me updated on everything he was doing and service was a great price! Will recommend to everyone. I had needed a bathrub hookup since my old tub cracked and my new tub was unaligned with the pipe, he was able to align the pipe and set the tub and worked with me and my budget

    Jaylen and Cesar (sorry if spelled wrong) are knowledgeable and very friendly. So far we had them install a new water heater and fix a leaking toilet...in 25 degrees temperature! They explained everything they were doing and more importantly WHY they were doing it. These guys are model employees. They actually bragged about your company and how much they enjoy being a part of it. That is a rarity in any business these days. They completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They even made recommendations for other things that may need attention in the future but isnt needed now. We are getting them scheduled to come back to install 3 bathroom faucets and a kitchen faucet in the next couple weeks. I hope you know how lucky you are to have these two guys in your company.

    I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. There was a leaking issue in my house. I called Roto-Rooter and they came promptly. Allen and his colleague (apologies for not catching him name) are very professional. They immediately identified the problem, worked quickly, and left everything spotless.     I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and thorough technician in Greg McDaniel. Not only did he identify and clear the clog issue at hand, he quickly identified the source as a landscape spike that had been driven into the pipe just outside the house. Greg kept me informed throughout the process, provided a tablet to view the camera as he diagnosed the lines, and provided recommendations for future preventive measures. Outstanding service!!

    I got home from work and had no hot water. The next mourning I woke up to gallons of water under my house. My hot water heater rusted out at the bottom and water was everywhere. They got all of the water up and replaced the hot water heater within 48 hours of my initial call. All of the representatives were very nice and professional. I would recommend their services. I little pricey but well worth it in my opinion.

    Although I think $1000 is a lot to charge for the water and gas hook up on a new water heater that I had in place and vented, Tim was excellent. Very professional and methodical in making sure that it was installed properly. A complete professional. I could not be happier with Tim and Roto Rooter. When the other plumbers in the Meadows of Dan don’t bother to return your calls or try to charge you exceptionally high prices, my suggestion is call Roto Rooter. They answer their phones very promptly, email you a meeting confirmation, show up on time and do the job right. I could not be happier.

    Roto-Rooter came to my house for a septic pump issue. They came in the rain and mud, they took longer then expected due to a learning curve for the tech and bad wiring on the house. But they were diligent, professional, and got the job done. They honored the original quote and cleaned up the job site well. Id call them again.

    Tyler and Brandon arrived at my home in the late evening for an emergency 15 minutes after we called it in.Brandon came out of his manager role to help out his fellow technicians and did an excellent plumbing repair... plus was very affordable. $300 dollars for a broken shower supply line fix on short notice!! Couldnt ask for better value.Tyler with the restoration team handled my clean water flood and set equipment that Monday night and assisted me filing a claim. He me with my Nationwide Insurance adjuster as he came back with his crew 1st thing Tuesday the next morning and now its Wednesday and everything is dry.Tyler is very knowledgeable and gave a wealth of information unsolicited I trust him and got to know him and his family in a short while. As an African American educator and elementary principal the board of education central office Administrator in Pittsylvania County from 1963 through 1996 I can say he is a great guy and he taught me many things when it comes to water damage and plumbing and caring for my home. I gained a lot of knowledge and thank Roto-Rooter for taking care of my rental property!!!

    Tim was out fast when I was in a bind from a busted main water line and was very knowledgeable of his job. He was quick with the work and got our water back running with no issues. Great customer service with home office too.     I called roto rooter after multiple bad plumbing experiences from unlicensed workers. Greg came to our house the next day to ease our concerns and immediately got to work fixing all the previous mistakes!     I contacted Roto-Rooter on Friday due to a plumbing crisis. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next morning, on a Saturday. Kevin arrived on time and was very well mannered and professional. He showed us the issues and explained our options clearly.     Our toilet began making a gurgling noise so I went online to find a trustworthy plumber. Roto-Rooter had the best reviews and now I know why. Betty was responsive and got Lawson out here ASAP. When the source of the problem couldnt immediately be found, Jason arrived with a camera snake. It turned out that our old clay drainage line, from just outside of the rear of our 1949 house to the PVC connection, in front, had several breaks. The guys were out here ASAP to dig up the old line and replace it in one day. Even though landscaping isnt included in their scope of work, they did a great job of re-shaping the yard without any noticeable issues. Jason and his team kept us updated on their findings and worked with us to arrange a payment plan for this unexpected expense. Jason was responsive and answered any and all of our questions. He returned with his manager the next day, to check the vent pipe and remove a clog. We are now draining perfectly and have peace of mind. Top notch professional team and great customer service. We are very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Price quoted was what was charged and Tim even reattached the kitchen sprayer nozzle to the kitchen sink.EDIT: Had Tim come out for a second visit to add water line for refrigerator and water and drainage for dishwasher. Work was completed in timely fashion, work was quality, and Tim even gave me some suggestions for managing condensation on pipes in the basement.     11/26/2024: Today was another learning experience. Dominick and Andrew arrived, and continued to open the drain field where the leech was happening. In due time they discovered a section of Infiltrator Quick4 Chamber system. We helped identify the system in question, by referring to the original paperwork covering the original Installation. After some conversations with his Supervisor, Dominick informed us that Roto-Rooter did not handle that style of Septic Field repairs. The only course of action that they could take, was to close up the access holes at the leech site, and the Distributor Box. He did however give us some information for going forward to seek a remedy for the issues that we have been experiencing, and recommend another company who could possibly provide us with services. We are grateful for all the effort that they expended to give us a solution for going forward.

    We own a restaurant and had a sewer line back up into our driveway. Before it could reach the inside we closed down and called Roto-Rooter to come out and snake the drain. This was on a Saturday and they showed up at the time they said they would and the two guys who came in first were friendly, professional, and determined to get us taken care of. When a snake would not do the trick, they had another tech come out with a jetter. After multiple attempts and their refusal to quit, our drain was clear and we were made aware of where the problem was coming from. Cannot thank the determination of these three guys (wish I knew their names) as they saved our day as we were at least able to open for dinner.     Thank God for Chad and Tim! My clothes washer caused my sink to backup. Im talking about over the sink and flooding the kitchen floor. It was terrible! I called Roto-Rooter and was able to get an appointment the next day, which is what I requested. The plumbers called me when they were on their way and tolerated my fiesty dog while they were here. Tim provided me w/a quote and told me exactly what he thought the issue was: leaves in the vent on the roof. They went on the roof and down the vent w/the proper equipment and cleared out the clog. Chad came back in the house and tested the sink to be sure the drain was clear. He even set the washer on drain and spin to be sure the sink did not back up again. Presto! Before they left they let me know about the after hours service that the company offers, 24 hours a day. Tim gave me helpful hints on how to maintenance the sink every month to prevent future issues. Thanks Tim and Chad for making a scary situation a lot less stressful. They were both very professional and provided exceptional customer service.     We needed to find the source/fix of a really horrible stench coming out of our basement. These guys came out, found the problem immediately and spent an entire day re-doing the badly configured drainage. It was a ton of work and included jack-hammering cement. They installed a sump-pump and a drainage pipe and we have had no problems since then. Very good work. We would definitely trust them again if anything else comes up.
