We had a gas hot water tank that made a loud banging or knocking sound every time the burner ignited and heated the water. I was told that it was lime settlement and would not present any serious problem. I contacted Mickley Plumbing, explained the problem, gave them all the information listed on the tank and ask if they could just replace it. A few days later we had a new tank and they also repaired the hot and cold water valves that connects to our clothes washer. We are very happy with their fast, professional, and friendly service. The two gentleman that did the installation were very professional, friendly and left the house in very nice condition. They hauled away all the old components. They arrived about 9:00 AM and stayed through early evening to complete the entire job in one day. Our tank-less water heater quit working in the evening. They were here the next day. They called the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty. They even drove to Columbus that evening to get the replacement and had it installed the next morning. Less than 48 hours when Im sure they were already quite busy is fully acceptable in my book. (Its not like we had NO water.) The installer even refused a tip. former and future customer here. Ill be calling soon for a furnace inspection. Thanks guys.

Outstanding company!!! Mickley installed a natural gas furnace and AC in our home in Howard OH. Our home was built in 1980 without any duct work. Mickley skillfully installed, duct work between the ceiling and floor of our home. It was a difficult job but all the duct work is hidden from view. Prior to having the furnace and ac installed we had to use a wood stove and baseboard heaters. Several other companies told us the job could not be done. If i could give Mickley 10 stars i would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

After several local HVAC companies either scam us by trying to sell us a new natural gas hot water tank, others would make appointments, thennot show, or would not call back !! A friend recommended Mickley Pluming & Heating. We 1st met their HVAC tech when were converting our hot water heater and furnace from propane to natural gas, he 1st came to look at it see if we had convertible equipment, which we was OK, he then began scheduling with the Apple Valley natural gas folks to setup a switch over day and time, which they kept as arranged! He had no problem converting our hot water heater and furnace to natural gas, which are on now!This summer during a very hot week our 20-25 year old central air conditioning quit working (a different local co said it needed replaced several years ago, after they miss installed the inside A-coil pan and leaked water inside, until a HVAC friend correctly reinstalled the pan assembly). So after thinking it might be that time, Mickleys HVAC tech arrived 1 day earlier than scheduled, he fixed it, and he installed a new air filter, checked everything else, for $135.00. I now recommend them to everyone!

I was surprised at how early they open (7am). Called while I was starting my workday and got added into the daily schedule on the hour! Our hot water tank quit working. We called on Thursday late afternoon. They were here on Friday by noon. The service man was very efficient and friendly. When the heating element went out it must have damaged the breaker also.( or it was just old) Our service man even changed out the breaker as well. I would definitely use them again.
