Our water heater went out. When I called, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and after looking over the issue he provided me with my options of repair or replace. I chose to have the water heater replaced. The men had the old one out and new one installed in a timely manner. Both men were extremely clean and polite. I would definitely recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing for any future needs. Today The service person who came out did a fantastic job and did all the things that he was supposed to do unlike most of the previous service people on a call today. Jeff came out and fixed a small leak we had on our dishwasher drain line in about 5 minutes. He didn’t charge us anything for it. We talked for a few minutes about running a gas line for a new oven and outdoor barbecue. He also said he remembered coming out to look at the water heater and that he advised the previous owners (we just bought the house last month) that the water heater was about 15 years old and needs replacing. He’s working up an estimate for a new tankless system which, of course, I’ll want Jeff to come out and install. To me, this is how you do business. Jeff is a great guy, friendly, and very professional and knowledgeable. He got a customer for life instead of a day. Well done Jeff!

I called three different big name companies that promised fast service, but none of them had any availability until the next day. Justin Dorsey had a guy out to our house less than two hours after I called them. He did a great job, and we’re back to normal. Will definitely be calling them first for any plumbing needs in the future!

The plumber they sent was great, I think his name was Zachary.He fixed my well pump in 15 minutes. Thankfully it was the control box and not the well pump itself. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because this is the first time I’ve ever had to use a plumber as my husband usually fixes everything. But his back was out so he wasn’t able. It was 509$ to replace the control box which is pretty crazy expensive to me. I know that part isn’t more than 200$ and that’s on the high end. I just feel that’s a lot of money to swap out a part. I was expecting like maybe 3-400$ at most. Other than the price I’m very happy with the tech they sent. He was great and knew what he was doing.

I wold like to thank Justin Dorsey Plumbing for their FAST, EFFICIENT service! I had a 13 year old Water Heater that had failed and I had ask them for a quote on Friday. They called back and said they had a team that could stop by Thursday night if that was OK. They showed up and we went thru the (MY) options. I indicated I wanted a NEW unit. They gave me a good quote and said they could do it that night. I said OK, and they got it done that night. They were well trained and new what they were doing! I felt the price was fair, as they removed the dead unit, installed the new one and made sure it was working. They cleaned up the site and took away any trash. I am extremely pleas with their work and will call them again if I have any more plumbing problems!!

They told me what I expected to hear and gave a price about (it was more but what isnt expensive) what I expected. They came Tuesday and installed the new well pump. 2 other companies had answering services that returned my call Tuesday while my well was getting fixed. No issue 3 days after the well has worked as it should. Hopefully this pump last 40 years like the first one.

That was fine; I appreciated the updates. I realize emergencies happen and things need to be rescheduled.Technician arrived. Looked at the toilet and gave me various options and costs. We had three relatively slow leaks: one at a joint in the copper pipe, and two at an old gate valve and pressure reducing valve. Trinity was great at explaining the options and pricing everything up front, and his work was solid. After he individually replaced with a new ball valve and prv, there was still a minor (much slower) leak, and he came out the next day and rebuilt the section at no extra cost. We recently had our floors redone, but when the washer and dryer were reinstalled, the valves were so old that they started to leak. We called Dorsey Plumbing at the suggest of a friend (who will be on the receiving end of a warm thank you note). We were given a window during which we could expect the technician, but received a call in advance to say that he was delayed due to complications at another job and would be arriving later and the staff kept me informed the whole time.When the technician (Kevin) arrived, he was very professional, provided us with our options and potential costs, explained them in lay terms that we could understand, and proceeded to do the work quickly and, from the looks of it, very well. The price was reasonable, and when he was done, you would never know he was there.Calling a plumber is something a home owner hopes they never have to do. But it the need arises again, we will call Dorsey Plumbing and ask for Kevin again!

On a cold January morning we woke up to a busted pipe. I quickly called Justin Dorsey Plumbing and they were able to send a technician out in just a few hours. They were completely swamped with calls for similar problems, but still managed to take care of our problem on the same day. We called at 9:30 am and we were told that they could have someone there between 2:00 and 3:00. At 1:15, their dispatcher, Caitlin, called and said that the technician was headed our way. The technician also called to advise that he was about 30 minutes out. Upon arrival, the technician, Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed our problem and for much less money than we had prepared for. I would highly recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues that we might need. From the office staff to the technician, Justin Dorsey Plumbing made this a smooth and easily fixed problem!

I was without water due to another washer and dryer install in which the installer broke odd a tee connection because they didnt know what they were doing. This Greencastle company sends out workers with very little experience in plumbing.My service person Zackery from Justin Dorsey plumbing was right on the spot and quickly was able to offer a great solution that really showed he was very great about plumbing. He quickly solved the problem. Im retired and have worked with many people and Zacery I would say is the best plumber Ive ever met.
