We are so happy with the work and professionalism of Bill! He came out to provide a quote (free of charge) when we were having leakage from our water heater. We previously had a quote from another company and he was really honest about what actually needed to be replaced and what didnβt. His quote was reasonable and we went with him. He was able to quickly order parts and have a new system installed within a week of the quote. He was on time, quick, knowledgeable and honest! Happy with all the work done. We needed the tank temperature adjusted a few days later (he said this might happen) and he came and helped us tweak it a bit. Said we could always call if we had any questions or anything seemed off, everything has been great and weβve found ourselves a new plumber! Would highly recommend Bill!
