Started the process of design and bid with Luke who was always very communicative through the entire process. There were ZERO hard sales tactics used and Luke seemed to just want to help us get what we were looking for. Chuy and his crew were our installers and the were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this company for any outdoor lighting.

We will have another installation next year and I won’t shop for competitive bids - we will use Majestic.Their designer listened to the results I wanted and delivered very well. A refreshing experience from the beginning. Easy to contact and Chad was at our home within the week. What a joy it was to be able to have a conversation with a company that listened to what I wanted and was able to express to me, using their expertise what they could do for me to get the light effects that I was looking for. The day they came to install was like I didnt even know they were there, very professional crew. They have followed up with me several times to make sure I am satisfied. I did a lot of research about outdoor/landscape lighting & lighting companies before settling on Majestic Outdoor Lighting for my project. I worked with Chad Sieg, who came to the house to discuss my plan. The scope of the project was not huge, but that didnt impact the quality or timeliness of the work they performed, which turned out precisely the way I envisioned. Majestic is serious when they say, no job is too large or too small! If youre looking for a dependable lighting company who can take your vision from the drawing board to reality, without runarounds or excuses, seriously consider placing Majestic at the top of your list!

Majestic Outdoor Lighting completely transformed the lighting outside our house. We had very dated and sporadic harsh white tree lights, and Majestic updated our lighting to a much more up-to-date look with soft lights which highlight the entire home and select trees around the yard. The new look is truly amazing. We dealt primarily with Chad Sieg, who was excellent at understanding the changes we were trying to make. He seemed to easily visualize the concept we were trying to achieve, and spent about an hour at the home determining where all the new lights would need to be placed. A couple of weeks later, a crew of experts arrived for the installation ( 2 days), and then Chad came back to our home after dark to make some minor adjustments and explain how to control the system. Everything looks great now ... we are totally satisfied customers from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company!

Majestic installed our front yard lighting over a year ago which was a big improvement over our previous lighting with the exception of one of the surface fixtures that stayed covered up with mud and landscaping mulch. Once notified however, Majestic responded immediately. I can vouch for the quality of their installation and appreciate their follow up and interest in satisfying our concerns.

We recently had Majestic Outdoor lighting put energy efficient lights on the front of our home. It looks amazing! I love how it the lighting has show cased our home. The lights are on a timer so I dont ever need to worry about turning them on. I also like the added safety it has provided for our home. Ryan Lee was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I highly recommend Majestic Outdoor lighting. You wont be disappointed!!

I had major landscaping done when I moved in over six years ago, both front and back yards. The landscaper did the lighting in the front, but frankly it was poorly done and not very effective. So for the back yard I solicited bids from three or four companies and chose Majestic. And I am SO glad I did! They came up with many creative ideas (moon lights high in the trees -- love it!) and everything was implemented with durability in mind. Since then, I have had them come out several times -- to fix problems in the FRONT yard, which they didnt install originally. The back yard? No problems. Very highly recommended.

We have used Majestic a few times with outstanding results. We recently had them install bistro lights over the pool and deck. My initial design was simple but Taylor Flinn (their designer) came up with several other options. We chose one of theirs and it looks fantastic! We can’t thank them enough. They also notice a light out that they had installed almost 9 yrs ago and swapped it out for a newer version no charge... now that’s great customer service! Can’t thank them enough for a job well done.

After Brent with majestic outdoor lighting went over where he thought the lighting would give me the best results I had them install and they did a great job. Brent came back after they were finished after it was dark enough and I was extremely happy. Had I known I would get this kind of results I would have installed them earlier. Magestic offers quick response time and quick booking for installations and repairs. The only complaint I have is that the lights that were installed in the trees about 5 years ago were suppose to be bulbs that last 10 years but had to have Magestic out to be replace the burned out bulbs due to burn out 4 x. They have now switched bulbs but I had to continue to pay for bulbs to be replaced when clearly the product was defective. No discount was ever given:(

We had exterior lights added to our yard with Majestic about 3 years ago. 13 total lights. We have them set to dust to dawn and our guest always complement on how pretty the yard looks at night. We had two lights go out this year. Called the company and they responded immediately and sent a worker out to replace the lights. The lights have a 20 year guarantee, so we only had to pay the service call. Quick and painless. Thanks!

Not only did they install our new tree lighting system, but when the lights did not project the amount of lighting we had hoped for, after discussing with them our concerns, Majestic took the time and effort to re-install new, upgraded and more powerful lights, at no charge. At one other point, we decided to upgrade our lights again and the same great service by Majestic Outdoor Lighting prevailed.
