This is the best mechanic shop in the DFW metroplex, anytime you go ask for Andy/Mo don’t ask for anyone else but him. He is literally my brother from another mother, I’ve been driving since I was 15 and every single car I’ve bought I only let him do any work needed anytime I’ve needed work because they do top quality work and are very friendly people. They do not charge an arm and leg like other shops, they’re far past trust worthy. You won’t find a better deal or better shop in Texas other than Complete Auto Repair & Sales. I highly recommend 100/10 to anyone needing any work from small to big. Always done within a timely manner and quality speaks for itself. If I can’t do it myself then this is where I come no matter what.

I have had the pleasure to work with Chuy when he did my wife’s wheel alignment. The process is quick fast and simple. After he had did the alignment, he even showed me on the computer on which tire needed more alignment than the other but overall, it was a very well trusted process. After the business was done, he even offered me that the place even offers auto parts for your exact vehicle make model, and if I ever needed anything on my vehicle, even as much as a an emergency tire replacement, he was the man to get it. I will definitely go through this man again, and I definitely trust him with my vehicle when it comes to having an honest and trustworthy shop. Thank you guys very much and I look forward to my vehicles being repaired at this place From now on.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years I never go anywhere else but them!! I always bring more clients and they’re always communicating with me. Only one mechanic I know that I explored that never screwed me. I remember when I went for my Lexus and needed my total suspension done they had it done in one day and allowed me to bring my own parts. That same Lexus was taken somewhere else before I came to them and they claim the parts were new with my car sitting for a whole week. Anyways my newer car is a Toyota and they gets my car right every time!! From engine to suspensions to alignments. Thank you guys the best family brother ran business!! Complete Auto repair is the place to be for your auto repair needs. They inspected and did an alignment at a price I couldnt refuse. John was very helpful in negotiating a price that fit my budget and the alignment was promptly done with the tires and steering wheel straight as an arrow. Mj was very helpful, had a tire blow out in the middle of the day. They were able to get us right in, source a replacement tire, and have it installed within 15 minutes. They did a great job, and had a comfortable waiting area. John and Andy were also quick to help by inspecting whats wrong with my vehicle and report back to me while they rest of the crew attended to my vehicle. when i come to complete auto its more than excellent service. you actually feel wanted here! highly recommended

I came for a oil change since it was one of the cheaper options for me and really close to my house. While they were working they took the time to take a look at the rest of my car and noticed that my air filter was completely clogged up and offered me a filter at a discount. A worker, MJ, even helped me understand why I needed that filter. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything.

Complete Auto and their staff are really good.I purchased a car from the owner MJ and he promised me that if I had any problems with the car that he would take care of it.In his words(I got you).Well my car kept cutting off and I had to take it back several times.He and his staff tried over and o er to figure the problem by putting new parts where he thought they were needed and even a new battery.That didn’t work.He sent me to the Chevrolet dealership and they just programmed a part that he replaced(new).That still didn’t work.Each time he made sure I had a loaner car so I wouldn’t be stuck out.The last time I bought it to him I said MJ my car won’t stop cutting off and it’s doing it more frequent now(I even sent him videos).He kept it and drove it back and fort to his house so that he can be in it while it cut off to try to diagnose the problem.Finally he said he was gonna change the fuel pump.All of this without charging me a dime.When he went underneath to change the fuel pump he saw a loose wire hanging .He put the wire where it was suppose to be and my car had been running great ever since.I haven’t had a problem at all.He even told me that with all the changes I now have a brand new car lol.He told me during the process of buying the car that he would give me my first oil change free.Well he did just that with no hesitation.He reassured me that if I had any problems in the future not to hesitate to call him.But wait that’s not ur.I had to bring my car to Chevrolet for a recall but the found something going on with my seatbelt as well.I called MJ because I didn’t know if this was something that was dire need or something I can live with.Well guess what?He told them to go ahead and fix it and he would go half on the bill.Let’s just say I picked my car up from Chevrolet yesterday and just left from picking up his half a few minutes ago.I can honestly say I have never dealt with a mechanic or mechanic shop as honest ,fair and willing to see their customers happy as I have with MJ,Moe and the rest of the guys at Complete Auto.They are definitely top notch!!!I wish there were more than 5 stars that I could give them.Thanks for everything guys.YOU ROCK!!!!

Found out my Tahoe was leaking oil. After taking to one mechanic shop for repair, 2 weeks later it started leaking again. Switched to this shop and told the GM Andy what happened. He understood my frustration and sympathized with me. Not only did they fix it correctly, they charged 20% less that what I paid the other guys. And the leak NEVER returned. My new go-to shop!!!
