    Ronald send us a message prior to arriving to let us know about his ETA. He made sure to understand what needed to be done. We had a previously clogged garbage disposal and wanted to make sure nothing was damaged and that the water line was cleared of all debris. He took the time to explain every steps he took and offered follow up answers. Overall great and painless experience, I’d recommend his service and will definitely use Lindsay Company Plumbing in the future.

    Great experience. We had a quick disconnect installed on our gas meter to run our generator. The technician (I believe his name was Alex) was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed. The price was very fair and the technician was on time and the communication was excellent. I like to use local when possible. I would definitely use Lindsay plumbing again

    Norberto is very friendly, has excellent customer service, and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately by the time he got to our house, Norberto couldnt find the leak in the attic. This is not his fault. We had everything shut off, only because we didnt want to cause more water damage to our house. Norberto, ran through all the steps, including waiting 30 mins extra to see if the leak would start again. He connected up with Lidnsey & Company. I give this company 10 stars.     I had a difficult situation with a 12 year old tankless water heater as it had a very slight leak and hard to detect where it was coming from. Lindsay Plumbing had to come out 3 times to diagnose and repair and they were incredible. They did not charge me for the rechecks only the first visit and yes they repaired it perfectly. This company could have easily told me that I needed to replace the hot water heater and I would have. Instead they elected to take care of the problem and do it with the highest level of trust, courtesy and quality. It’s working perfectly and I can not recommend this company more!

    The two gentlemen that came to my property were very friendly and professional, however, I requested their services through American Home Shield which required a $100 payment. The service I needed performed was resolved, but the clean out they did for my kitchen sink, resulted in a back up in my bathroom shower, and even though they fixed that problem as well, they made me submit another claim to AHS, for which I had to pay another $100. Seems to me that was unfair, since I had NEVER had a problem with the shower prior to them getting there.

    I wish I could put 10 stars. The Lindsay Company is fantastic. Not fantastic for a plumber, they are fantastic period. Other companies could learn from how well they handle customer service.Long story ahead:We called American Home Shield for a leaky shower faucet. They sent a -different- plumbing company. That person came out, diagnosed the problem and said it was under Pfister warranty (without checking) and promptly left. Well, it wasn’t under warranty. AHS said their hands were tied, as long as the report said “under warranty” there was nothing they could do but send out a second opinion contractor. Despite all evidence to the contrary the -other- plumber would not change the report. This went on back and forth for about a week and a half. So we got a second opinion.Thankfully, we were assigned The Lindsay Company. First, the lady that answered the phone (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) listened to my horror story and assured me they would check the warranty before writing any kind of report to AHS. Even though at the time I didn’t trust anything anyone said, she took the time to make me feel at ease and assure me the nightmare was over.And she was right. Mr. Domingo L. came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He even made sure we knew that the hot water wasn’t scalding hot and that was just a limitation of the house/faucet (but it was fine for us).Anytime anyone even mentions the word plumber I’ll cross the room and recommend The Lindsay Company.
