Top Notch Service. From scheduling to job completion, communication was clear and timely. Preston was very meticulous during the job and addressed all issues. He even took the time to fix a few things not on the scope of work which was very helpful. Other companies tend to leave a mess behind, they took the time to clean and ensured everything was working in the house before they left. Prices were fair for the attention provided to the job.

A resident in the subdivision had a bad leak in the main water line right next to the meter. The HOA gave me Show Plumbing’s phone number and the rest is history. Friendly and fast service. Customer support worked quickly to get a plumber scheduled and within a few hours Bruce and Charlie showed up. They found the problem and fixed the problem. It is so refreshing to work with a company that knows what they are doing from the customer service rep to the actual plumber’s. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

We needed our kitchen sink to be connected and ready to go for our rental property. When I called Show Plumbing, Jessica immediately answered my phone call, I explained our situation to her, and she was able to schedule Patrick our technician on the available day and time that we needed. When the technician arrived at our property, he took the time to ask us questions and then answer any questions that we may have. We asked him to do a quick revision of our unit to make sure all the plumbing connections were properly installed. While performing his revision, he found out that one of the toilets was improperly install, that was a big deal to us because we had just had the property completely remodeled, and there were still a few things that the remodeling company didnt finish. Once Patrick was done fixing both issues, he sent us pictures and a detail invoice with the work that he did. I definitely, recommend Show Plumbing for all your plumbing issues and certainly we will use again in the future.

Andy did a great job installing our new garbage disposal. Because the wiring on the disposal we purchased was different than the one we replaced, Andy had to modify the wiring. He did the extra work but stuck with his original estimate. He also did a quick plumbing check of all our bathrooms and water heater to see if there were any problems at no extra cost. Great customer satisfaction. We will certainly use Show for future work.

I highly recommend Show Plumbing! We had Andy come out and check out and fix a leak we had with our kitchen faucet. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The company is really great at communicating with their customers. They send a text letting you know some brief info and you also get a phone call with an ETA. Wed had some sort of leak in our attic for a few weeks. Show came out as an emergency call on Good Friday and helped us get it fixed permanently so we could have some peace of mind. The guy who came out explained why it might be coming in and out and gave us several options and then fixed it immediately with the option we selected. It was the best experience with a plumber Ive had in a while.

1st time using them we needed to replace our water heater, Jason came out did a throuogh inspection and evaluated our needs. He explained all the options available and we were able to pick the best opt for us. Best part once we made our choise Jason told us it could be done today. Within a few hours the installer Jeremy came out and got right to work and in 2 hrs my new water heater was up and running. Im overjoyed by their knowledgeable service and their attention to detail. Great company will def recommend them to everyone I know.

Let me start off with I Highly Recommend Show Plumbing. This recent freeze caused a busted pipe. It was not the easiest repair because of the location of the pipe/valve. Show Plumbing is very professional and communicate explaining the process, pricing and when the technician will arrive. I received a text ahead of time with the picture and short bio of the technician coming to my home. Preston was the technician who performed my repairs and he was very communicative and professional and did an awesome job. You cant go wrong with Show Plumbing.

We had a number of plumbing problems right before Christmas, including two leaking toilets and a broken shower control. Show Plumbing came out right away and completed all of the repairs in a professional and timely manner. Our house is several decades old, so some repairs required re-piping in the walls. The tech patiently replaces all the pipes as needed like new. Everything was in place and in good working order in both bathrooms and our kitchen for the new year. Show Plumbing makes sure you know up front exactly what the job will cost you, and then they do excellent work. We will definitely call them back for our future plumbing needs.Show Plumbing returned in May to do a kitchen remodeling and installation. We were completely satisfied with their work. We had them install a cabinet, countertop, sink, dishwasher, and disposal. The job required the coordination of several teams, for the cabinet, the countertop, and the plumbing. Everything was well organized and executed, and at each step a project manager came to inspect the work to make sure that everything met our expectations. Communication was facilitated by the helpful office staff, Janice and Jessica, who were our go-to persons when we had a question or concern. Im sure that our job was not one of the more extensive contracts that Show was fulfilling at the time, but we were always made to feel that our job was not small to them and that they wanted us to be happy with their work. The result is a beautiful new solid wood cabinet with marble top that we are proud of and a sink and dishwasher that we are enjoying using!

I must have interviewed 8 different plumbers before I met Jason with Show Plumbing. All the others lacked in professionalism, quality, and explanation of what was needed. Jason took the time to educate me on tankless hot water heaters and what I needed for my home. He and his entire team delivered excellent service from the get go by arriving on time, doing the work safely, using quality equipment, and communicating with me each stage of the process. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. Im always skeptical about online reviews for home repair-type places, but the other reviews seemed pretty genuine for these folks at Show Plumbing. I am really glad that I went with them and will call them again in the future! I had 4 semi-minor repairs around the house including repair/replacement of 2 toilets. Willie came to do the work and was great!What I liked most was that he listened to my questions and concerns but did not go into sales mode like some contractors do! That really means a lot to me. My house is starting to get a bit old, so Im sure a more aggressive repairman could have tried talking me into a lot of expensive work. Willie made me feel at ease about the work. I really appreciated that.The toilets werent available that first day, and I wasnt in an emergency situation, so Willie came back a second time to install them. On both visits, I got a call from Janice at the Show office telling me when to expect Willie. He was able to get there within the 2 hour window (and on the early side) both times. That was another plus.The price was reasonable. I wouldnt say cheap but definitely within my expectations. Again, the fact that Willie and/or Show Plumbing didnt bombard me with repair suggestions or costly added work was really important to me and I am happy with the work and what I paid for it.Like I mentioned above, my projects werent urgent or huge, but based on this experience, I would definitely call on Show Plumbing again.

The stated work gets one with no ambiguity or confusion. Just good old fashioned customer service and pride in the work they do is the reason I keep their phone number handy.Update: I called Show Plumbing to clear a condensation line for my air conditioner. Willie came out, he was courteous and professional, let me know what needed to be done and finished up in about an hour. The reason I keep calling Show for plumbing issues is they do the job right the first time.Update: I called Show Plumbing a few days ago to repair a water valve in my toilet tank. After a quick diagnosis, I was told I needed to replace the valve... 30 minutes later they replace the valve, clean up and all is good as new. Their service is first rate which I why I continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

It was then that Jason gave a second look and suggested another option of unjamming the disposal. It worked!!! My wife and I use Home Advisor for most of our home projects, and companies like Show Plumbing are the reason why. Show is a full-service company that does more than just plumbing. They can do it all - up to full kitchen or bath remodeling - whatever you need. Jason, the owner, is professional and a real pleasure to work with. He met with us at our home and determined what the problems were and came up with numerous solutions. He did not try to sell us products we did not need or suggest any unnecessary repairs. His team was professional and extremely knowledgeable, as well. They took great care of our house, cleaning and removing any mess as they went. The team completed the job and did it to perfection. Thanks to Show we now have a newly installed dishwasher, kitchen sink, faucets, all new plumbing, and some other extensive work that was needed. My wife and I dont let just anybody into our home, but Show Plumbing will be welcomed back. We have more work to be done and they will definitely be doing it. Like many others in and around the Houston area, we had a pipe burst in the attic after the winter storm. I totally lucked out by stumbling on to Show Plumbing. I had been calling plumbers all day trying to find one that had an available appointment sooner than 2-3 weeks out (everyone is still overwhelmed with work from the February freeze). Show Plumbing just happened to have a cancellation and was able to book me in to repair a broken pipe in my yard. Even better was the professionalism shown by the office staff and techs that came out. I was notified of any changes in the expected timeline and was given a couple of options on the estimate so I could decide what would be best for my plumbing and budget. The men that made the repair were so polite and personable even though we were at the end of the day and they had to stay quite late (working in the dark even). I’m definitely calling Show Plumbing first next time.

I accepted it and as I had company coming the next day, they agreed to install it that night and by 9:30 it was installed.They checked everything out. All was good. They are the most professional and neatest plumbers I have used. I will use Show Plumbing the next time I need a plumber. This was the second time I have used Show Plumbing.

Shower and toilet were both clogged on a Friday, called around but others couldn’t come until next week - until show plumbing kindly made a slot for us that very same day and within an hour or so they came and saved the day!! It was a hard task trying to find the clean out to begin with bc the main one was buried, but they didn’t give up and kept unclogging the very stubborn blockage in the main sewer drain.. i thought they wouldn’t able to find it or unclog it without taking out a toilet.. but they didn’t give up!! Thank you again for their patience and care in making sure it was all taken care of.. they were kind enough to explain solutions to maintain a clean drain.. made sure all sinks were working before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also saw the positive comments and wondered if it were all true, too good to be true! But they do exist, great service all about making sure us customers are happy. Thank you for your hard work! Please don’t change bc it’s so hard to find companies that take their time to make sure things are done correctly w extreme care for their customers. This company is a gem.

I am proud to recommend Show Plumbing for both small and big jobs!I had used Show Plumbing for a variety of plumbing work and have always been pleased with their professionalism, willingness to answer questions, quality of their work and competitive pricing.Earlier this year I identified a couple cracks in my drywall and wondered if I was starting to have foundation problems. I had a foundation contractor come out and looked at the damage and took some measurements and explained it wasn’t a settling issue but a heaving. The cause was likely from some moisture source under the house (i.e. leaking pipe).I reached out to Show Plumbing and they sent Preston out and he did some camera inspections. This identified an area of plumbing that has holding water and potential crack. The repair would involve tunneling under the house to access and fix. Preston worked up an estimate and answered lots of questions.As this was a big job, I had 3 other plumbing companies come out as a “second opinion” and estimates. I quickly learned that not all plumbing companies are created equal.Jason (the owner and Master Plumber) spent time with me to help me understand the estimate and how the actual job would progress. I’m an engineer and had lots of questions, I know more about plumbing now than I ever expected to). Both Jason’s and Preston’s willingness walk me through process and the uncertainties (until under the house and pipes are exposed you only have the view from the inside camera). With their support and insights, I was comfortable in proceeding with the work (tunneling about ~40 feet under the house, making repair and running new sewer line to the city line at the back of the property)The job was executed as explained and tracked to the schedule. The dig/tunneling crews were friendly and worked hard. I was impressed by their work ethic and effort, definitely a good team. Once exposed Preston was able to assess the situation and we found that the problem connections were encased in concrete in one of the house’s footers.Jason and Preston kept me informed and explained the situation and how it would they would address. Again, I can’t say enough about ShowPlumbing’s experience and knowledge in this type of work.The only downside to having the job complete is I won’t be getting the friendly morning calls from Janice and Jessica updating me on crews arriving. They are both so sweet and wonderful ladies!Again, from simple spicket replacement to a major project I am happy to recommend Show Plumbing. Preston is a great young man that is talented and professional. You won’t be disappointed!

We discovered a leak beneath our kitchen sink midday on a Friday and, thankfully, Show Plumbing dispatched help to us within a few hours, thereby avoiding extra charges for weekend repairs. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. The problem turned out simply to be a loose fitting on our hand-held faucet sprayer; however, the technician checked all pipe fittings and even pulled out the dishwasher to check for potential leaks -- all for less than $100. Having been burned by plumbers in the past who billed for unnecessary work, we were extremely impressed by the professionalism and honesty shown. We will definitely make Show Plumbing our go-to plumber in the future and highly recommend the company.

Look no further, just call them. Weve dealt with no less than 6 plumbing companies over the past 2.5 years and 2 homes in the Cypress area. Show Plumbing is hands down the best weve dealt with. We deal with a lot of contractors nationwide in our line of work and I wish they were all like this one. They are knowledgeable, prompt, prepared, and they take care of their customers. Ive had the owner, Jason, and another employee, Kenneth, both out to our home and they both provided excellent service. Both went above and beyond to take care of the problem(s) in the most logical and cost effective manner. They didnt even charge for all the work they did (unlike some others who will nickel and dime you). Some of their employees have been with the company for 18 years. Thats saying something.

Great plumbing company and I especially like the way they work. We had a serious clotted drain because of our dogs hair had gotten into the system. First, they tried to clean out the drain which, however, didnt work, before calling in the jet which was more expensive whereby we didnt pay for the initial clean out but for the jet only. Furthermore, they showed up on the day when we called and the next following day in order to complete the job. Their prices are not cheap but competitive and when taking the time they spend at our house in order to fix the problem, their prices are more than reasonable.

I hired Show Plumbing in 2017 to install a water heater and was truly impressed with their level of service and professionalism. In May 2019, the water heaters burner would no longer light so I called the company for help. While on the phone, they pulled up my account and I was told that the water heater was still under warranty and that there was a possibility that this would be covered under warranty. The next day they inspected the water heater and determined that it failed due to a manufacturers defect so they replaced the part free of charge. Literally, there was no charge to me - including labor for the replacement! Seriously, how many companies that you know would do this for its customer! These guys are impressive. From the initial contact and installation to follow-up and after sale service two years later, I cant thank Show Plumbing enough for their honesty and integrity.

Jason (owner) and his team helped us during the middle of the hard freeze. Despite working 24/7 during this time, Show came out several times to fix our backed up sewer line. They were professional courteous and excellent at their craft. My electronic water meter app “eye on water” indicated that I had a water leak, which went from 0.9 gal per hour to nearly 10 gal per hour in 48 hours. I shut off water to my home and called Show Plumbing. Plumber came out, checking for water leak in attic and around the perimeter of my home and found none. Water meter showed no leaking water (flow at zero). Suggested ways to monitor for what might have caused problem including having a faulty water meter I will continue to use Show Plumbing as they are honest and responsive.

Same day service. The response time was good and so was the punctuality of the handyman. He even applied a water pressure release gauge so the water doesnt flow back into our water reserved. Shall the part should break, there is a one year warranty with this service. It was a little bit pricey but I thank you for coming to fix it with Covid.

Yesterday they fixed our master shower and a pipe in our kitchen. Previously, they have installed a garbage disposal and found the leak in our old dishwasher that flooded out our dining room.
