Professional and quality service. I had a mystery leak just outside of my bathroom, and I had been given a good recommendation from a friend. Everyone I spoke to was polite, and Rudy kept me fully informed every step of the way. It was not the least expensive service Ive ever used, however, it was far, FAR from the most expensive, and between being kept informed and the level of professionalism and friendliness displayed at all times, I feel like it was a great value. I was never outside of my comfort zone. 10/10, definitely recommend and I will use them again.

The job in my home was to replace a Moen kitchen faucet pull-down hose. I could typically have done the work myself but recent shoulder surgeries prevented that. “Leo” arrived on time on the same day as requested and he did a quick and efficient job for less than $150. Called Joe the Plumber with a main drain issue. A crew of 3 gentleman returned on Monday after giving an estimate beforehand. The plumbers worked diligently on solving our issues showing the path of our main drain to the sewer line. Camera views showed the roots growing into the pipe and they snaked the line to help clear the obstruction.Work was done efficiently and professionally. Digging was kept to a minimum and was filled in properly.We thank Joe the Plumber for solving our issues and for the efficiency in getting to the bottom of our problem. Office staff was quick to respond with our issues.

Ive used JtP quite often now. Here in Spring, there are so many plumbers/ plumber companies that profess to be 24 hrs, that say they stand by their work, but its all nonsense. Every single time, and I mean every single time Ive made an attempt to call a plumber, whether Ive called Joe... first, 2nd or last, theyve ALWAYS come through. Im not sure if theyre reasonably priced or not, I wish I had something or someone to compare them to. What I will tell you for sure is this, pay whatever they ask, not because you can, but because you should. You wont regret it, you wont call another plumber and youll not have to worry about that job again! Everyone is a professional, from the phone dispatcher to the techs. My biggest regret, while Im being honest... every time Ive had an issue, I regret ever trying to reach out to other companies, to give them my time to waste. It makes the repair kind of look insecure and unfinished.In addressing the water from the lawn, the leak was found and the water turned off, with the grass left in a kind of disorderly state.Still,appreciation for the main issue being fixed!

Its unfortunate but things happen. I recently had a situation one night where my toilet didnt flush. I thought it was simple blockage so I ran to home depot and did the hair/grease product with boiling hot water and it didnt work. As I kept trying I noticed that water came up in the shower and bathtub. I knew the issue was bigger then. Because Ive used them before and had good experience, I called Joe the Plumber and they were able get someone out the next morning. After checking a few things, it turned out the crepe myrtle tree in my back yard had roots that had broken through the sewage line underground. The technician cleared things out and ran a camera down to show me what had happened. The line got cleared that day and we scheduled an appointment for him to come back and replace that section of pipe. They did an excellent job. Yes, it was a little pricey but no where close to having to have sewage cleaned out of my house. The technician also looked at a couple of things and answered any questions that we had. These guys do excellent work so I highly recommend them. I hope I never any more plumbing issues but if I do; I will definitely be calling Joe the Plumber.

I have used Joe the Plumber a few times. Every time it was emergency of sorts. They have always been quick to respond and fixed the problems. They are always friendly and communicative, but very professional. When its an emergency (broken main water line) they respond accordingly. Jimy has come a couple of times and really does a really good job at explaining and giving options to fix the problem. FYI, my house is 40 years old and some things just wear out.

Inmar Flores was the service tech that came out to my home, and let me just say that the service was exceptional, outstanding even! We had a job that we had started in our home involving a restroom, and it has taken us over two months, and has given us headaches after headaches. And we have had several plumbers come out and have not been able to finish the job. Not only was this man very efficient, he called and gave us an ETA before arriving, he Came in, explained to me what was going to be done, walked me through everything, Asked me if I had any questions, showed me when the work was completed. Extremely professional, I was extremely happy with the job!I would totally Recommend this company for your plumbing Jobs, their employees truly care about their customers and making them happy! 10/10

They were the second company sent out to fix an issue that was covered by a home warranty plan. The first company did nothing to fix the issue. Joe the Plumber fixed the issue but made sure I was aware that the first company was supposed to be given the job of fixing their mistake. I understood that and even agreed, but the issue was they did nothing in the first place (the guy literally looked at it and said I needed a new ring installed, went out to use the phone and drove off but sure did send an invoice to my warranty company). Joe the plumber said that the entire bottom half of the toilet needed to be replaced. I said it was covered by the warranty plan and asked if he would be able to do the replacement. He said to make sure it was covered and then call to schedule the work. I did so and he came out the following day , picked up the necessary parts and did the replacement. The toilet worked fine but loose. My husband ended up taking the toilet off and was able to tighten it up. The overall experience as it pertains to Joe the Plumber is this: Given the fact he was called to ultimately resolve the bad experience issue from a prior plumber, not even from his company, and single-handedly replaced an entire toilet system because a home warranty company had sent him, He handled it very respectfully and went out of his way to complete the work that others probably didnt want to do. Yes, the replacement was loose and we fixed it ourselves but honestly, he could have blown it off and moved on like the other company, but he didnt. He took two days of his time to shop for the parts, install them, and then remove and dispose of the old parts, and that was NOT mentioned in the plan but he did it for us anyway. That to me speaks volumes in how important the customer experience is to me and to Joe the Plumber. I would definitely recommend him.

And if I did, he offered for me to call him if I needed help walking through it!The only slight hiccup was during the window they gave me, I saw a voicemail from them pop up on my phone, and it turns out I missed an opportunity to get a plumber in sooner. To be clear, it looked like it was my phones issue, but all that to say, when I did answer the phone the next time they called was when they sent someone out. So when you schedule your appointment and you are waiting in the time window they give you, make sure you are ready to answer your phone so you can confirm their arrival.Anyway, to recap, I recommend their services and will call again should I need anything more.

OMG / WOW / KUDOSHad our in the attic house water heater quit working (after 18 years) at 7pm on a Tuesday night. We have a home repair insurance policy (HIRP) on the water heater. After contacting the HIRP as an emergency repair/replace, the HIRP said the soonest they could get someone to our house to assess the issue was Thursday between 8am & 12pm (almost 40 hours later). JOE THE PLUMBER is less than a mile from our house, and we called their 24/7 number, got a representative on the 3rd ring, received a replacement quote within minutes, and scheduled the work for the next day (Wednesday) between 8am and noon (12 hours away).Foolishly I recontacted my HIRP on Wednesday morning and told them of my contacting Joe the Plumber. Was told the HIRP would not recognize/authorize Joe the Plumber to do the work. We contacted Joe the Plumber and canceled the work pending more research by us. By late morning it became evident that involvement with our HIRP was going to push the work into next week (with no timing guarantees). The HIRP was unsympathetic to us having no hot water for showers, dishwashing, and laundry. (Was actually told by the HIRP representative we could heat water on the stove for our needs.)We called back to Joe the Plumber at noon, told them of the mornings futility, and Joe the Plumber put us back on the schedule for that day. Justin (and a 2nd person - we do not remember his name unfortunately) arrived at our house at 2pm. By 530pm we had hot water, the work area was cleaned up, and Joe the Plumber had a very satisfied customer.Long story short - USE JOE THE PLUMBERPS: We are canceling the HIRP.

Over the last several years, I have used Joe the Plumber to install all new faucets in my house as well as outside. Last year I noticed the faucet to the pool was spewing water and I was on my way out of town. Call, repair was done within hours and I was able to pay over the phone. Also had to have new hot water installed back in the fall of 2022. I would recommend Joe the Plumber to anyone who needed a reliable company for their plumbing needs.

I am very impressed with Joe the Plumber and especially with Matt Ash! We bought a new faucet and after trying to install, called them to come and assist.Matt came out same day, found that the faucet was defective and waited while I ran and got another one. He was very kind, knowledgeable and the service was fairly priced. I would recommend Joe the Plumber over and over again. Thank you for your great service!!

Ive used Joe the Plumber many times and they are great for small plumbing repairs at a good price. Theyre not the best at working with insurance though as I had a big project they did good work on but their refusal to itemize their bill further cost me a few thousands of dollars of home insurance repayment. They also put a dent in my refrigerator and claimed they would try to fix it but never contacted me and stopped returning my calls.

Both the plumber who came out and gave the estimate and the plumber who came out the following week and did the job were both professional and personable. There were no unpleasant surprises and all went as planned. I am pleased with the work done. Also, after the appointment was already set, I received an email from them with a 5% off offer which they happily applied to my current visit that day.Thanks. Great job.

A COMPANY WHO ACCEPTED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, WAS HONEST, AND RECTIFIED THE ISSUE!This company gets 5 stars from me! I hired them for an emergency issue on a Sunday, when water was pooling on my floor from my washing machine and backing up in my sink. Their technician responded promptly, and $327 dollars later, unblocked a stoppage in my pipes which was caused by a grease buildup. (Dont dispose of grease in the sink!)However, where this story takes a turn is after the technician left. The next day, I went to use my washer and it would not fill with water. I checked all hoses and spent 2 hours on YouTube learning to put it in diagnostic mode and trying to figure out the problem, before I decided to call an appliance repair company.The next day, a repair person came out and was there for less than 5 minutes before he diagnosed the problem-the water valve at the washer was turned off. He stated the plumber had turned the water valve off and failed to turn it back on. I was confused as all the water in the house worked and I had running water at my sink. He explained to me that there was a separate valve at the washer that had been turned off. I paid the $75 service fee to the repair person and then called Joe The Plumber. I explained all that had occurred and then stated that due to the plumber not turning the water valve back on , I had to pay a service fee. I explained that I am a single female, and would have not known to look at the water valve before calling a repair company.The service manager listened, and apologized profusely, agreeing that the plumber should have double checked his work and making sure the valve was on, before leaving my residence. She stated that the owner instructed her to refund my $75 service fee, and she told me I would receive a check in the mail in two days, which I did. I did ask that the plumber not get in trouble as he was good, and it was a simple mistake.Overall, I would highly recommend this company, as they could have shirked responsibility, but instead demonstrated honesty and integrity, as well as great customer service! I will always give my business to an honest company that puts their customers first!!!
