    Thank you Raj. He did an outstanding job. I called him at 7:42 PM, and he arrived by 8:25 PM. Raj is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He quickly identified that I had a faulty contactor, tested it, and replaced it efficiently. Through the process, i like how he educated me about how things function in the AC. I appreciated his informative explanations about amps, AC maintenance throughout the process. Additionally, he demonstrated expertise in plumbing, gas, and soft start kits for portable generators. He even provided valuable advice on which breakers to activate for generator operation.

    Raj not only fixed our AC unit by replacing the evaporator coil, but he also explained everything to me along the way. Raj was flexible and able to work around our availability.     I called Raj out because my existing HVAC contractor had been throwing me a lot of fear uncertainty and doubt (FUD) about the state and longevity of my systems, and about mold. I was concerned I was being set up by them to drop a lot of money on a new system. Raj was my second opinion. He discovered that the AC water drain was done all wrong, that there was a tear in the mastic tape, and also the attic unit was not properly leveled. But he did conclude that the system is cooling fine, and does not need replacement, though he verified the presence of mold. He also thinks if we dont have mold symptoms, dont worry about it for now. For a reasonable fee, he fixed the PVC drain pipe and the torn mastic. Leveling the system is work for the future. Im going to make him my HVAC maintenance contractor from now on.

    I usually dont write reviews online, but this deserves one. My AC unit stopped working Sunday (on one of the hottest days of the year, it felt like 110F), I was looking around for a company that advertised that are open 24/7, but most of them were booked or short of technicians and won’t be able to do same day service. I was so thankful to finally find All Fix Conditioning & Heating during my search who can get someone here within 45 minutes. Raj showed up shortly after the call and found the issue, plus replaced a bad breaker at my request on the outside unit. Raj was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in his work. He also suggested ways of preventing future problems. The repairs went smoothly, and the cost was reasonable. Raj certainly saved the day, and we had AC running again in a couple of hours.I will continue to use this company and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

He took a look to see what was causing the issue and immediately told me my compressor had gone out. He said he had the part and could get my up and running in no time.     My AC stopped working after the tornado. I called All Fix Air Conditioning and Plumbing (after seeing someone post about them on the NextDoor app) to drain my AC lines. (I knew this was the problem because another company had come out the day before and provided this information.)Raj cleared my clogged AC lines. I know it was a lot of work bc I had not done this since I had the unit installed 10 years ago. He charged me a VERY REASONABLE fee. He came back and took the time to troubleshoot after my ac was blowing hot air from the attic, preventing the house from fully cooling. He discovered and corrected a wiring issue from a previous technician!!! Long story short, Raj took care of me from start to finish, went above and beyond what he was asked to do and clearly communicated everything every step of the way. Im a former educator so I really appreciated that. I am so grateful and would definitely recommend him and his company to a friend not just because of the work he did, but bc he is a genuinely good guy and I just enjoyed his energy :-)

    We needed fixing and Raj did it! We had cooling problems on AC system that had unfortunately only recently gone out of warranty. He came at the recommendation of a family member who thinks the world of him and his skills. Raj is extremely knowledgable of residential systems and is also very communicative about his assessments and what he is doing throughout. We had already spoken with two other contractors. Turned out the work needed was the same but Raj, being a small shop, was much more competitive. On the day we scheduled the work he started early because of course it may have been one of the three hottest days of this already very hot summer. After he thought he was finished replacing the coil and had begun restarting and pressurizing the system he discovered a problem because the pressures were not behaving as they should. After consulting with the manufacturer he determined there was a defective valve in the new coil, the TXV valve. So he had to shut everything down again and put in a replacement valve in the newly installed coil. He basically spent an additional three hours doing this work and of course had to be in the attic at about the hottest of hot hours. Another contractor may have said it was the outside unit that was the problem. We appreciated his staying the course and honoring the original quote. He also loves dogs so that says a lot, doesnt it.

    We had issues with our ac cooling off and on, for about 2 months, until it finally stopped cooling. Our Ac was new,brand new. BUT we were having some problems with the current ac tech we had, so Thankfully we found Mr.RaJ and came same day I called in evening, to check our issues with ac, no issues were found the first time he came, but he came back when Ac completely stopped coolin, somehow he made it cool again. When he made sure he found the root cause of our ac problem, He suggested what were the repairs needed. But he didnt push nor pressured anything on us to get all kinds of things repaired that day (because he got ac to work for that day) he simply said whenever it stopped working again WE ALREADY KNOW WHAT NEEDEd tO GET FIXED. So when we had to fix it we went ahead and got him to repair all recommendations and suggested repairs/replacements. Which was our full COIL and furnace system. Went almost a week without ac, but thankfully we had it fixed as soon as he could within one day. His pricing was also not one to give us a heart attack, and most importantly HE EXPLAINED and showed What he was doing and what each parts function was for the full system to work properly for years to come with no problems .Thank you Mr Raj.
