My whole experience with Doug and Zoom drain was awesome. From the first call for service, to their arrival and completion of the job was easy. They do exactly what they say. Doug treated my wife kindly, friendly and respectful. I couldnt have asked for better service. Ill probably use Zoom Drain again in the future for other services. Thank you Doug!

I contacted zoom drain via the thumpack app. They contacted me in minutes and set an appointment for the same day (a Sunday night)! My technician, Doug Sutterfield, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue immediately gave me a fair price and quickly fixed my problem. I would highly recommend this company and this tech!!! .

Amazing. I contacted them Sunday evening because my storm drains were no longer working and my back yard was flooded after tons of rain over the last few weeks. They contacted me back within 15 minutes and scheduled me for 830am the next morning. Well... they just left after clearing out all my storm drains and getting everything taken care of. Super professional. Cant recommend them highly enough.

What a great local woman owned small business. Our clean out drain to our home was clogged which backed up in the sink! It was a mess!! I called Zoom Drain and they were so helpful not only explaining to me but showing me with a live camera the clog and how to resolve my issue. Their techs were punctual, polite and very professional. They made sure to wear their booties and even put booties on the wheels of their machine so my carpet could stay clean. I’m so impressed that they cared enough to do that. I also liked the fact that unlike regular plumbers, they carry a camera on their truck that they used to run it through my drain line to show me that it was clear after they hydrojetted it. This gave me peace of mind that the job was done right. Will definitely tell all my friends and family about Zoom Drain!
