Roy is a great guy ! Very knowledgeable and time efficient. The pricing was lower than some other plumbers that quoted their discount rates. I felt the completed job was above standard and no remorse as with other companies in the past.Never tried to oversell other PM service like others.

2024/08/12 (Mon)Roy always replied so quickly, and he did quick action. What a big deterrence between Amazing Plumbing and Water Heater Company.We troubled a Water Heater since Last Friday on the 9th. I mailed an Email with Pictures that showed its Troubles on 10th. However, they dont reply until the 11th. So I called them the same day, but they didnt answer my call. Because it was on Sunday. I called them this morning again on the 12th. However, the Sales Rep. couldnt the schedule for fixing a Water Heater. Why did I try to contact them? Because it still has Warranty. However, it took too long for arrangements.After Roy showed up, he fixed it in 15 minutes.04/08/2022Always Quick Response, then Quick Actions for Repairing. These are the Most Important Facts to the Customers. I appreciate Roys Team very much. His Teammate I forgot to ask his name, however, he was very Polite.Of course, their Job is Very Good. So I am really satisfied.Roy is a very nice and kind guy. I am so glad to see him. Yes, it is True. However, I dont want to see him anymore WHEN I HAVE TROUBLES ABOUT MY HOUSE THEN I HAVE TO REPAIR THEM!!Because he fixed my house plumbing THREE TIMES IN A YEAR!!😞😞😞😞😞 and 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Quick response and quick action for repairs. This is very important from the customers perspective. I highly rate Roys team. The person who forgot to ask his companions name is very polite.Of course, the work is neat. So Im satisfied.Roy is a kind and nice person. Im glad we got to know each other. But when my house has a problem and needs repairs, I dont want to see him anymore.I had to repair the water pipes three times in one year.😞😞😞😞😞 and 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣---I am very sorry Roy.His looks are scary a little, however, his reply is very quick. Then Roy came to my place with his Coworker for repair it. Both of them are friendly and nice. They did a very nice job. Anyway, when we have troubles with leaking water, we feel very nervous. During that time, Technician does a very quick response that we can relieve from the anxiety. It must be a Very Good Job. 💮💯Mr. Roy is a bit tough, but he responds to text messages very quickly, and the technician who came to repair it with me is very nice. In any case, clients are happy to receive a quick response when they are at a loss due to a water leak. 💮💯
