First time using, Best Friend Plumbing. Daniel was my plumber and did an excellent job. Super friendly and extremely considerate. He not only did a great job repairing my bathroom faucet but he made sure everything was left clean. This isnt always the case when I have a vendor come in to make a repair.He was also training. That was cool to see and hear. He was encouraging and modeled the behavior he expected of his trainee. Based on my interaction with his trainee, I could tell that Daniel has done an excellent job training him. He was just as polite and engaging as Daniel was.Customer service was excellent. So, was the service. I highly recommend Best Friend Plumbing!

I highly recommend Daniel and his son Thomas (hope I got the spelling right!). They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and got straight to work. They fixed my plumbing issue promptly, explained what had gone wrong, and gave me helpful tips on what to watch for in the future. On top of that, they cleaned up the work area thoroughly before leaving. Excellent service all around!

The kitchen sink was not draining, Best Friend Plumbing was able to schedule the check-up very quickly. They fixed the problem well, and gave good advices on how to maintain the garbage disposal; and the follow-up service was great! It was very pleasant to work with them, Please give them a call, highly recommended !

Excellent service! These guys are legit! Couple young men came to replace the water heater and banged it out in less than couple hrs! Knew what they were doing and felt comfortable leaving them in my garage alone.

I had an emergency where my car keys fell down my toilet while flushing and got stuck. Thank you to Daniel from Best Friend Plumbing for coming to my home in Anaheim and recovering my keys. He was swift and efficient with removing my toilet and retrieving my keys. I highly recommend and ask for Daniel.

Finally sitting down to write this! Being a property owner is a never ending chore. My water heater died on thanksgiving of course… Best Friend was a referral from Beach Plumbing who had helped me in the past. Richard is now one of the owners of Best Friend. I was so thankful that he could fit me in and help me out with a new “Tankless” hot water heater which should last me for many years. They were quick to respond and didn’t leave a mess of debris after finishing the job which was appreciated. The price was considered emergency rate but still very competitive from what I could quickly search online. They guaranteed their work so I can bother them should anything else go wrong. Since Richard has been around the plumbing business for so long I feel confident in their promise. Glad to be plumbing BFs but let’s not be BFFs because I don’t want anything else to break in this old house! 😜
