Fantastic plumbers and company!!! They provided a sweet system for a sweet deal when I was struggling to figure out what to do with the old solar water heater and old water softener system we had. We got a high efficiency heat pump water heater, a 10 year maintenance free water filter plus water softener system, and a reverse osmosis filter under the sink to make our drinking water the best water (per my mother in law who is very picky with her drinking water)!!! They even got the water heater electrical line done by an amazing electrician (Jose) who did just as good of a professional job as they did, and whom I have used since!Their plumbing work is a work if art, and it explains why they have near 5 ratings from hundreds of reviews.Their paper work for rebates hit some delays and issues, but when some of the rebates did not work out, the Beach Plumbing manager and owner both decided to make it right for us and provided the rebate amount from the company funds!!! Who does that?! It was over 4 grands, and they didnt even hesitate. So impressed by their quality of work and customer satisfaction mentality. Thank you Cory, Chad, Edwin and BP team!!!

I had a constant drip coming from my pressure release valve and my first response was to cap it. Instead, I called a professional plumber to inquire about installing a regulator and Beach Plumbing sent Tony to my residence. After hearing my concerns, Tony checked my water pressure and determined the release valve is likely opening up due to the high PSI. Tony gave me a great quote for a regulator, one that was far less than two other local plumbers (my wife asked me to call around). Tony cut my copper pipe coming from the main line. It was bent and curved so Tony replaced it with a straight copper line, added a few angled couplers, soldered it tight, installed the new regulator and replaced the old faucet valve, all within a 2.5 hrs. His diagnostic was correct, his work was clean, and he was friendly and a professional. Great job Tony! The drip is gone and my PSi is in the correct range. This job saved my appliances from leaks and pipes from bursting. I have called Beach Plumbing twice before and they have always sent great techs and provided excellent service.-Eddie

We were having intermittent tankless hot water heater issues. After several visits & quotes from other plumbing companies, none of whom who seemed to be able to property diagnose the problem, we called BEACH PLUMBING, in Long Beach. Edwin Reveles came out to take a look, and he not only thoroughly inspected our system, but he also accurately identified the problem. Based on Edwins recommendation, we decided to go forward with the installation of a new, Navien tankless water heater. The next day, two BEACH plumbers, Adan (or AD for short) and Luis, came out and did a PERFECT installation. It was not an easy one, requiring various configurations and lines, but the work they did was outstanding. AD and Luis were also very polite, explained everything they were doing to the level of detail we required, and at the completion of the job, we felt completely satisfied that we had hired the best company and guys for the job. Thank you BEACH for a 5-star experience!

Plumbing in my house was 93 years and failing badly. Matthew came by promptly. He carefully examined all of be plumbing and patiently explained everything to me. This guy is a true professional and made me a great offer. It only got better after that. In 4 days everything was complete. So many amazing people work for this company. I didnt get everyones name to mention them but you all rock. I want to mention Fabian and Robert. Fabian is a plumbing expert and was here till 10 pm one day to ensure new plumbing worked and water was turned on. Robert is super smart and hardworking. He was here 2 days for over 20 hours working nonstop to make sure everything was perfect. The wall repair work was also amazing. Words cant express how pleased I am with this company. Edwin was incredible! Showed up on time and called to let me know when he was arriving. He was very knowledgeable, explained things in terms I could understand and told me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I called Beach Plumbing on a rainy Saturday morning in an effort to support local business and to have my old water heater replaced after the recent storm took its toll. The staff answering my call was efficient and friendly. Edwin responded the same day and provided me a solid quote with work to be done on Monday. As promised… Rene arrived Monday morning with the new water heater and within roughly an hour and a half, the old one was removed and the new one was installed. Rene’s service was fantastic - super efficient, professional, friendly and left the jobsite clean, which is always appreciated. I will use Beach Plumbing again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Outstanding customer service! Matt Estrada and his crew of Alberto, Andy, Luis and Roberto were prompt, efficient, organized, and very neat. They completed our project quickly and successfully so we now have fully functioning plumbing again! The areas where the crew had to remove turf and excavate soil to access the sewer lines is back to its original state. Beach Plumbing restored the soil and grass beautifully. We are very pleased!

Beach Plumbing is fantastic! We needed to have our main water supply line replaced, but it was a big job. We tried to get estimates from several plumbing companies, but they either neglected to call us back, were no shows or they came and never bothered to give us an estimate. We did manage to get one other real estimate, but they wanted to run some of the line above ground. In contrast, Beach Plumbing never missed a step. They came out the same day we called to do the estimate and spent a lot of time working to make sure the price would be accurate. We waited a few days hoping to hear from a couple of other companies, but no luck. We called Beach Plumbing back almost a week after they were at our house, but they were very pleasant and accommodating about when we wanted the work done. The job was not easy, and did not go smoothly because of some large tree roots, but they stayed professional and did excellent work. Even though the job took almost twice as long as they expected, we were shocked and happy to be told that the price remained the same as the original estimate. I cannot recommend Beach Plumbing highly enough.

Beach Plumbing replaced my old water heater and the enclosure. Rene came on time to start working. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of replacing the water heater and the entire enclosure. After he finished the work, he told me that he would come back to seal the gap around the pipe going to the roof because gab is rather big and rain will go in. He went back to the warehouse to get material but there is no stock there. He came back next day to seal the gap. He was very responsible to complete the work. Thank you Rene for a good work!

They thoroughly cleaned the main drain and inserted a sleeve and placed 2 clean outs in front of the house. The clean outs outs were flushed to the floor and finished the job with concrete flushed with the floor and clean out. They did a great job! I’m a satisfied customer.

Last December we had a nightmare situation in our new 1st home and Chad and Edwin were great. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through the whole home insurance debacle and even though home insurance didn’t cover it, they made the ordeal bareable. Edwin was awesome and he was very comfortable to be around. For Moms with young kids it’s really important to feel safe with the people they let into their homes.Their work is clean and they go above and beyond. Chad is really knowledgeable. He’s very upfront about costs, repairs and options. No pushy sales gimmicks. Just prices and options.Two days before Thanksgiving 1/3 of the house flooded and I called Chad freaking out. He had Rene come out and he was awesome. Rene was efficient and thorough. Seems like a really great company. Edwin came out to give me a quote and was the most thorough out of all of the quotes I got. He scoped her line, spent the time to explain everything to me and showed me the video while he was doing it. Even send it to me afterwards. Also, he crawled under the house (Which most people will try to avoid If they can) and took video and explain things to me while on the video under the house! Edwin really goes above and beyond to create a knowledgeable experience for the customer.They seem super honest and knowledgeable about everything. Edwin is really transparent. They do all of their work in-house and dont sub anything out.We did not end up going with them because we had a really expensive job and got three other quotes, And luckily got a crazy good quote from a different company for a different newer technology. But for the same job, they were fairly competitive with the other companies.

Our water heater broke, and we needed a plumber, fast! After reading several very good reviews about Beach Plumbing, we called to see if they had same day service, what the fee was to assess the issue, etc. To our delight, they said they could be there in two hours and the assessment and estimates were free of charge! Matthew arrived on time and was very personable and professional. Our very old water heater needed to be replaced and Matthew wrote up three options that fell in a variety of price points (e.g. converting to tankless, various tank sizes.) After selecting an option, Matthew left and a few hours later Alberto arrived to do the install. He was just as kind and professional as Matthew. He installed the water heater and came up with a pipping solution that made better use of the space and was far more stable. We highly recommend Beach Plumbing for their customer focus and plumbing abilities.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chad, for the initial discussion of the work I needed done on my house, which was built in the late sixties. You can tell he was raised in the plumbing business and with a mentality of doing the right work and not trying to up-sell you on uneeded items.Like many of the houses in my area that recently had sewer lines rupture and pipes fail, my plumbing was on its last legs. Chad was great about walking me through alternatives to the expensive and destructive half-fixes suggested by other companies.Together with their sister company, Olson Plumbing (same family), they have the tools and knowledge to do the big jobs themselves so you dont have to worry about paying more for subcontractors you have never met.The Beach Plumbers were pleasant and answered all my questions. They also worked hard every day and - as my old house surprises with unexpected challenges for any construction project - kept working hard till the job was done right.Dont hesitate to bring them out for a qoute, you can be assured of getting the job done right. (Note: I technically contracted through Olson Plumbing so you will also see a review for them, but the Beach City guys were there partnering every day and Chad did the inital walk through with me.)

This is the third time I have used Beach Plumbing and every time they have been terrific. For this call, I needed a new toilet replaced and installed. There happened to be a Beach Plumbing service technician, Rene Encinas, already installing a water heater at my neighbors house. I asked him if he would come by when he was finished and give me an estimate. He came over, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and gave me a more reasonable estimate than the others I had received. I called the office and scheduled an appointment. Rene came out and replaced and installed a brand new toilet. Rene was on time, professional, courteous, and QUICK! The entire job took only an hour and a half. AND the bathroom was upstairs. Rene must have climbed up and down those stairs at least 10 times and never complained. Beach Plumbing is a reputable company. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be using them in the future!

For a drain reroute, they needed to adapt to several changes encountered along the way, came back on 3 separate days to make those changes, worked with the manufacturer of some equipment to avoid tearing up a large portion of my house and yard, and never budged from the original quoted price. Kody was thoughtful about the job from start to finish, left my utility sink much better than he found it, and cleaned up very well. Edwin from Beach Plumbing came out the same morning that I called their offices and helped me out with a clogged drain situation. It was a tough problem with clogged back to back bathroom sinks, so when I tried to snake the sink myself, the cable would go down one sink and pop out the other without touching the clog. Edwin was able to diagnose the problem immediately and presented me with several options for how to tackle the problem. Lucky for me, the easiest and quickest method cleared out the clog and my sink was back in service before lunch.Im very happy with the service that I received. My 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son were home when Edwin was fixing my plumbing. He was absolutely great interacting with the kids and explaining what he was doing. Another thing that I really liked was how respectful he was about our health and protective of my property. He wore a mask the entire time, booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean, placed plastic sheeting down to keep my bathroom clean, and finished the job by wiping everything down with disinfectant. I wont hesitate to call Beach Plumbing again the next time I encounter a plumbing issue.

Adan called to ask if he could come a few minutes early and he arrived wearing a mask and shoe booties and I really appreciate that. Adan accessed what needed to be installed and repaired. I would highly recommend Beach Plumbing. I was having draining issues with 2 toilets and a shower. Matthew, the tech, went underneath the house and evaluated the situation. He discovered that some of the piping was very old and deteriorated. He suggested to replace it and reroute the drainage system to the main for better drainage.They came out on Sat, Mother’s Day weekend and finished the drainage work so we could be up and running by that night. Awesome team at Beach Plumbing! From my very first contact with them I have not been disappointed. I had a complete re-pipe and re-drain of my home last year. I had many, many questions on the re-pipe/re-drain. Chad was super helpful in taking the time to answer my questions and any concerns I had. He was honest, provided different options and not once did I feel pressured one way or another and that was very refreshing.Kody was the lead technician and he was very helpful the entire time. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and answered any questions I had along the way. Kody and all the other technicians wore masks, were always respectful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed on time and even contacted the City when they noticed an issue with the water meter!Fast forward a year. Last week I had a sewer backup late one evening. I contacted Beach Plumbing and Chad had a technician out first thing the next morning! A day later they were back to do a sewer repair. We had a very bad back up in our sewer main, Matthew was our technician and Alex and Israel were on site working tirelessly to get the job done.Matthew showed us the clay piping with a camera, get that! Long story short we chose their “pipe burst” trenchless method. At first I was skeptical of how they could possibly replace 50 foot sewer line with just two holes! Yes I said two holes! They were able to pull a new line in through the old 1950s clay pipe and pulled it through from the other side giving me a brand new pipe as it were dug up! Couldn’t be happier that my entire garden was saved from destruction because my husband would have gotten the worse end of that stick! Very satisfied with service would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing!

I had a severe backup in my drainage system from two bathrooms in my home. It was a messI called Beach Plumbing because theyre local to me. Tony and Tyler arrived at the time we agreed upon.They wasted no time. They sent a camera down my roof vent into my drain and were able to locate and clear the blockage. I watched the monitor with them and was able to see the condition of my old pipes. Then they continued past the blockage and sent the camera as far as it could go, 80 to 100 I believe. The camera and monitor worked great. Good resolution. Before they removed the camera, they had another device that was used to locate where exactly the camera ended in my yard. And they were able to show me where my system ties into the main line. Including the depth. Very helpful.Tony and Tyler are a couple of clean cut , easy going and professional plumbers. They showed up on time, had the right equipment for the job, and handled it without making any more of a mess than what was here before they arrived. They were quick and they left as clean as they were when they got here. I will be calling them to install a clean out drain for me in the near future.I hope my drains never get backed up like this again, but if they do, I will call Beach Plumbing againThanks again guys

We had a backed up bathtub drain and my experience with Beach Plumbing was great from beginning to end. The tech provided a couple of options to resolve my issue- I chose a “band aid” for now, but will probably go with them to perform the more permanent solution in the future. Special shout out to the tech, Matthew , who performed the work. He was professional, informative and efficient.

Installed a new ez out for manifolded toilet drains. Mathew was absolutely amazing. He diagnosed the problem and took action to resolve it. Edwin came out to evaluate the sewer line and really took his time. The team followed with repair of sewer line and pipe… work is still being completed so I can’t say how the completed job is. Kody was very helpful in explaining as well and I believe he will be meticulous in his work. Hope the completion goes well and the repair is fixed for good!

We bought a 100 year old home that was in disrepair and needed to repipe our entire home. After interviewing many plumbers, we decided to work with Beach plumbing as they were clearly the best candidates. We also decided to get a new tankless water heater and new water filtration system with them as well.Their owner Chad was of great help during the repipe, overseeing the project, and answering a lot of questions asked by my family. Chad was very professional and really cares about his companys reputation. Edwin, their lead manager, also did an amazing job assessing our challenges and organizing project from inspection and contract and to follow up. He always answered my phone calls and house calls promptly, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Chad and Edwin went the extra mile to keep us happy and keep things on schedule.Chad the owner also hires great people and I could tell that he cared a lot about his employees. They were a stellar team including the managers, supervisors and technicians to every employee I came across. The front line team was polite, efficient, great at communicating with our family, cleaned up after themselves and keep the mess to a minimum. They started first thing in the morning by covering up all our hardwood floors, hanging plastic to protect areas they wouldnt be working in, and covering up everything else. They found ways to work around areas that couldnt be disturbed, like counters, backsplash in the kitchen, and tile in bathroom showers and exterior stucco. They also did a great job of patching the walls when they were done.We are also very happy with the results of their work nine months later as we haven’t had any problems, and are enjoying our new improved water flow, tankless water heater, and filtered water. It was worth every penny!!! The Beach Plumbing team are my plumbers for life!!!!

Overall good experience. Service man was professional and courteous, answered questions well. My feelings are they’re probably more expensive than if I shopped around, but I don’t hold any cards if I want hot water in a hurry.

Kody got here in the early part of my estimated appointment window and was very professional and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly with no difficulties. Great work, and these guys would be my first call for any future work needed.Also, side note: Im posting this in the middle of the Covid pandemic situation. I was glad to see Kody showed up wearing a mask. I had another company here yesterday and their guy didnt have a mask and said they typically dont worry about wearing masks when going to jobs. On top of that, they couldnt fix what Kody easily fixed today. So besides the quality of work, I was happy to not have to hassle with Kody/Beach Plumbing about taking appropriate Covid safety measures when working at my house.Thanks, Beach Plumbing, and thanks, Kody.
