We had 4 different plumbing companies over to quote us on switching from a standard 50 gal water heater to a new Navien tankless system. Not only was Crystal Clears quote reasonable and appropriate for the job, Scott was the only plumber of the 4 to come up with what I feel was the best placement of the new water heater, despite it being the most labor intensive. He is the type of plumber who wanted to do the job the best possible way and I couldnt be happier with their service.

Bob and his team at Crystal Clear Plumbing did a fabulous job installing toilets, shower heads, new vanities and sinks in two of our bathrooms after some updates we did. Bob communicated clearly when the work would be done, they showed up promptly and the work was done neatly and thoroughly. Will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.Update - They also do a fabulous job with plumbing repairs. Our sink was clogged and they were quick to respond and resolve the problem.

These guys restored my faith in honest, competent tradesmen! Two plumbers arrived today (one was an apprentice), on time and ready to work. Very cordial and professional (they wore plastic boot covers, without being asked). They diagnosed and fixed a couple of corroded valves under my kitchen sink quite quickly. It was nice to see the senior of the two being so respectful of his junior, and I liked watching the apprentice practice attention to detail. You may call this company with confidence- I will be using them as my go to outfit in the future.

Had them at our home a few times for various jobs, and every time they were prompt, professional, didnt leave a mess, and the price for service was very fair. So far they have rodded out our sewer line, installed a cleanout, fixed a bathroom sink, replaced an entire sink/vanity, and replaced a water heater for us. All the time being friendly and courteous to everyone in the household.They really did make sure issues were fixed correctly, and were fixed for the long term. On December 23rd we had our family in from out of town… the weather took a tank to -32 with windchill!!! We had 2 pipes burst and a pea-trap froze!!! Called so many places and no one could come out for several days! Got a hold of Roto-Rooter who promised same day “Emergency” service- never heard from them!! Called Crystal Clear… Jared was awesome was at our house in about an hour’! He was so proactive in repairing and guiding us in what we needed to do! Our damage was pretty extensive, Jared has great relationship with Elite Restoration who came out right away to start mitigating the water damage! Fast forward to Christmas night and another pipe burst, Jared came out again to made repairs! These 2 companies are working hand in hand to make sure our insurance needs are met with pictures and documentation on all the damage!!? It was stressful with the holiday… but I could imagine how awful this situation would have been, if we hadn’t found Crystal Clear!!! My husband said it was like having a family friend coming to help you out… they legitimately had empathy for out situation and also did everything they said they would! Above and beyond!!!!

With 2 kids and no water for 24 hours it would have been rough day but they saved us! The shut off was replaced and the service was exceptional!! I had a toilet clog which they were able to fixed it in about 5 minutes. The other issue they took care of was removing a 60 year old overflow tub drain that leaked all the time. My worry was the cost to repair since the last plumber couldnt get it removed with any normal procedures. These guys did get it out and stuck to their word on the cost. I think it took them longer than they expected but i am very pleased with the work and that they didnt try to mark up the price on me. I would highly recommend them.

We had a gas leak coming from our water heater. Our gas was turned off, but we were told we would need a plumber to come and fix the corroded pipe. Crystal Clear Plumbing was out within an hour to diagnose the issue. It turns out our pipe was corroded due to a leak in the heater. The whole heater needed to be replaced. Not only did this CCP fight to get us a new water heater under warranty (the WH company was being very difficult about the warranty), but they came the next day and got it installed within an hour. They were quick, polite, and clean! They were also very straight forward and fair about the price. I would highly recommend!

We used Crystal Clear before for a bathroom remodel, and they were amazing! Recently, I had a need to replace my two outdoor bibbs as they were corroded, spraying everywhere when on, and wouldnt fully turn off. My house also didnt have a shutoff valve for outdoor faucets.Keith had everything done - including replacing a kitchen supply valve and a faucet cartridge - in less-than 2 hours. He did everything in a certain order so that the house water supply could be turned back on ASAP so that my kids could use the bathroom if needed.Additionally, he let my two youngest follow him around and help him with the repairs. He talked about Nerf gun battles and all kinds of things to keep them engaged while he was showing them what he was doing.Everything worked perfectly when he was done, he vacuumed up some dust and things before he left, and was just all around excellent by every measure.Couldnt ask for better! Our hot water heater started going last week and started getting pretty bad on Saturday. I called Crystal Clear on Saturday and received a quote over the phone. Something many were unwilling to do, which is odd. It was far cheaper than Black Diamond and in line with couple others I had. They agreed to come out Monday afternoon, but while on the phone I was by the hot water heater when quite a bit of water came out of the bottom. With that, he said he would try to get there sunday, which he did end up doing. They were on time, protected the floors from the front door, down the basement stairs and to where the hot water heater was. They had their COVID PPE masks on from the beginning and kept them on at the same time. Replaced it and then charged me exactly what was quotes. A truly great experience and I highly recommend them! It you are reading this - thank you again for coming out on a Sunday, even though I said Monday would be ok.

Crystal Clear plumbing is a true 5-star plumbing service. I called a name brand service with an emergency and was given a five hour timeline to arrive. I called Crystal Clear and Keith and Kilian were here within 30 minutes. They reset our master bath toilet and provided a new seal and supply. In addition they quickly repaired an ongoing issue in our guest bath toilet. All of this was completed in under 90 minutes. That included a run to pick up custom parts for both toilets.
