They were absolutely fantastic. They were up front on pricing, quick on install, very friendly. I called about a water heater replacement, they quotedme a price on the phone but wanted to visually look at the job to make sure there would be no additional work. They showed up on time and the gentlemen who quoted the work was friendly and professional. Plus they beat the other quotes by 500 dollars which is great. They did the job in the time they said plus the work is clean and looks good. They came out the following day to finish some detail work that they encountered. The guys doing the work were great and friendly. I would not hesitate call them for any plumbing issues. In fact I joinedthier members club, which gave me a discount and some very useful perks.

It has been very hard to find any kind of service that truly takes their customers into account, human to human.. Ryan was respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft. Along with Jordan, this is the first company/crew that gave real advice to fit our needs and didn’t try to scam us for all they could. They allowed us to be honest about our lack of mechanical knowledge and they provided the professional assistance and advice that we needed to make informed decisions. They even took the future of our property into account and were fastidious workers. They cleaned up after themselves and they were 100% genuine and upfront during the process. If there were any surprises it was the billing process which confused us with multiple estimates vs total bill at the end. Despite this Ryan tried to make everything as clear as possible. Thank you guys for all the help, I truly wish there were more diligent, honest workers to team up with!

We had Austin & Jordan come out only to provide an estimate to repipe my parents home after the freeze where they were left without running water. After providing the estimate for the repiping of the entire home, they advised they could fix the issue there and then until they were able to come back out and complete the entire job ensuring my parents would have running water for the time being. They were quick, thorough, & friendly. I will always recommend this company going forward because of these guys!

He was extremely polite, punctual, and professional. He seemed pleasantly surprised to discover Id already removed the toilet in an effort to fix it myself before calling. The work he did getting the roots out of the way so the toilet would flush and the tub would drain allowed us to take the time necessary to plan and save for an eventual dig out and replacement. Unfortunately, during the reassembly we all discovered the toilet doesnt sit flush with the floor but is elevated by the flange about a quarter inch, so he shimmed it and caulked most of it (he missed the back). He cleaned up the mess flung around by his cutting machine, except for the wall and cabinet around the toilet and tub. So far no leaks or issues. Good job overall and Id call again.

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. These folks are true professional. I called another company and they charged me more for the service call, told me they shut down the leak but didnt and then wanted to charge me 3 times what Royal charged. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. I want be calling anyone else but Royal in the future.

Royal Plumbing is definitely a 5 star service. They were very helpful when my husband attempted to replace a shower pan himself. They were prompt and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future.
