Emilio, is the specialist, who installed our faucet. He is really nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. He got the job done pretty quickly and did not have any issues with the install. I will continue to use CFP in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Emilio and Juan did a nice job! Even notified us of a concerning roof leak when they were in the attic running the water line. We have only been in this house for a month. Could’ve been a bad thing had they not let us know.We got a water softener and RO system installed and Emilio was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how they work and answering all our questions.Even from quoting process, Justin came out and was very thorough, and was very quick to get the quote back to us. Problem checked it before leaving and mentioned that at one year after install date - his company will come out and do a - one time - free flush of the tank/water heater. We recommend this company!

I am very happy with the service provided by this company. Emilio Rinche came out to extend a gas line to connect to my new gas cooktop. I had electric, but wanted gas. Even though there was a gas connection under my oven, it was a very tight place to work on. Emilio was able to think outside the box and extend the line without having to pull out my oven. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Custom Filtration & Plumbing was the best plumbing company we have ever used. A 3 main water line was leaking. It was over 7 deep. We were kept in the loop as to their work progress and they cleaned up the area better than we could have done. Their estimate was reasonable and the costs was much less than other companies we have used.

Really pleased with Custom Filtration & Plumbing. We have used them multiply times in our home in the last 8 years. Called them when our tankless hot water heater started malfunctioning. Cody came to our rescue to replace a bathtub shut off valve that would not turn off. He was great! Today, Justin came to replace the shut off valve for our house and a rear outside faucet. Needed a new 50 gallon water heater and decided to go with a Rheem Pro-series. This particular water heater can only be purchased wholesale through a plumbing company and Custom Filtration and Plumbing was a well reviewed plumber recommended by the Rheem website.I called them up, they answered every question I threw at them, and when they didnt know they found out and called me back(a rarity these days)My appointment was set for 8:30 but I didnt hear from the plumber (Justin I think) till almost 9 and he got there around 9:20 am. Not sure is this is on him or the front office, but since I was off from work it wasnt that big of a deal. Justin was very professional and easy going and wasted no time getting to work.The new tank was quite a bit taller than the old tank so he had to make modifications to the inlet and outlet lines, but it wasnt that big a deal. The quote I got over the phone was true and included tax. It came in about $30 higher, but only because I needed two new flex lines, no biggie.Other than being a little late they only negative was he didnt bring a pan with him, fortunately I bought a few parts just in case this happened and one of the parts was a new pan.I would suggest asking very specifically what parts are needed for a proper install and what they will bring with them.Either way, the install was so quick and clean and professional I didnt feel the need to remove a star.If you need plumbing work done, give them a call.
