    Graf Plumbing is #1 in my books! They always squeeze me in on the same day that I call. Amy, the front office Guru, is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Recently, my rent house in Portland, TX, had a gas leak and Jonathan with Graf replaced the gas line from the meter to the house. He was such a gentleman and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained everything that he was going to do and never made me feel stupid with all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Jonathan & Graf Plumbing!     Thanksgiving day, of course....called Graf plumbing to repair the leak under Moms kitchen sink. The nice plumber showed up pretty quickly. He was able to get the valve closed outside and repaired the leak inside. He was very kind, cheerful and caring. I will definitely call them again. So grateful that plumbers work on Thanksgiving day!

    After getting quotes from almost ten plumbers to have a water softener system installed, we ultimately went with Graf and we couldnā€™t be happier about the service and quality of work. Julie was awesome at getting back to us and setting up an appointment and Johnny did a fantastic job at the install. One thing to note, every other plumber said we couldnā€™t put the system in the garage because of where the water main was and Johnny was able to do it for even less money than some of the others. I canā€™t recommend Graf enough! They are great!

    Yesterday we had an emergency leak outside our house. City said it was on our side so I needed a plumber. I called two with no answer/response. Graf answered right away and had someone over within 2 hours. Jimmy was very professional and got to work quickly. He resolved the issue with ease and a smile on his face.     Wonderful experience with Graf Plumbing. Julie was so kind when hearing the panic in our voices the day before Thanksgiving with no water. The main water line to the house was cracked and it looked like we had installed a waterfall in the front yard but, hadnt.Julie called to let us know Shawn was on his way to save the day. Shawn did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable about the job that laid before him. Fixed within a couple of hours.The house now smells of turkey and gravy and all is right in the world.     I had a leak. I called them up. Within hours it was fixed. All on the same day. Ok so whatā€™s so special about that; isnā€™t that whatā€™s supposed to happen?     Contacted Graf Plumbing for an issue with clogged drains in our bathroom. Victor called ahead of time and showed up to our house right on time. He was extremely professional and friendly, and fixed our clogging problem quickly. When he was done I asked him to take a look at a water pressure issue which I had forgot to mention. He took some extra time to figure out what was causing the issue and promptly fixed it for us as well. Im the curious type so i was watching and asking questions the entire time, he was a super good sport and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Graf Plumbing and will use them for any future issues we encounter.

    Richard did a great job repairing our leak today. We had a leak on a fitting just downstream of the water meter.Richard said that it would take about 2 hours for him to finish another job and that he would call when on his way. He was also up front about the hourly rate since it was Memorial Day. It was almost exactly 2 hours when he headed to our house.He was very professional and fixed the leak in about an hour. We will definitely use Graf Plumbing again when we have another plumbing need.

    These guys are great. Have used them repeatedly over the last couple of years. First time was as a second opinion to another plumbing co saying I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair. These guys came in and fixed the problem for $100. Two years later it is still not a problem. Have used them repeatedly since at my primary home and rental properties and am more impressed with them every time. They are pros and also give great customer service and stand by their work.

    I have used Graf Plumbing, a 2nd generation business, since I had a reroute in 1996. They are very professional; showing up when they say the will, doing the work right the 1st time and very fair on pricing (sometimes I have even suggested they charge more.) I have referred several friends to them through the years with no complaints. I highly recommend Graf Plumbing.The attached pic was taken today with their video camera, showing where roots (yellow string-like in color) had broken into a waste water pipe. While they had previously punched a hole through the clog with a rotor-rooter machine bit, I realize I still have to permanently fix this below foundation leak.

    Several years ago, I had an emergency on Sunday night after 9:00. I called the plumbing company I have used for years and was told someone would be there soon. After more than an hour, no one had come or called. I looked in the phone book for other plumbers who worked 24/7 and found Graf Plumbing. Someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. The plumber not only fixed the problem, but stayed and mopped up all the water for me.I have used Graf ever since and have been pleased with the work every time they have come to my house.

    Fast and friendly service . Jimmy was very friendly had the job done fast. I had called another plumbing company and got an estimate of over $900.00 dollars. I paid Graf plumbing $329.00 . I had two toilets , one flange and two shut off valves and hoses. ( I supplied just the two new toilets)

    The best plumbers we have ever used. They show up ready to work and tackle any problem with a can do attitude. Make helpful suggestions that are above and beyond and carry out their tasks efficiently. Polite and professional.     After hours call for water leak in my front yard. Graf sent a repair tech within an hour of the call. Mario identified the problem, fixed the leak and even re-planted some garden plants he had to remove to get to the mud-covered pipe! Nicely done, Graf plumbing!     I called Graf plumbing to come over to my house and repair a slow draining tub and a loose commode. Victor solved the slow draining tub issue by removing a hair clog (Yuck) and when he removed the toilet bowl to level and tighten it up he found a flange that was too high from the floor. He lowered the flange and secured it under the house so it wouldnt happen again. This toilet has come loose from the floor two times and now we know why.Thanks to Victor and Graf plumbing for taking the little extra time to do the job correctlyMike Kelly

    As far as I know Graf does not subcontract, so you have the peace of mind knowing their workers are professionals. Since I have had many people work on certain things in my home I have become very wary of companies that subcontract their work.Now to the particulars.I had two wobbly toilets and believed the issue to be with the flanges, since i didnt want to try to fix it myself because i would probably create more problems I called them. Adrian came out took the toilets off and the problem was a backfill issue around the flange. He worked diligently to fix the issue. The cost was 430.15 whick I believe to be a vey reasonable cost of the work.Thank you Graf plumbing for fixing our toilets.

Graf plumbing and 1 other plumber quickly became our go to companies for plumbing because of the quality of work. Graf became our #1 due to availability issues with the other plumbing company. During the time I had worked with Graf, I never had any issues with the woman that takes the calls and does the scheduling (Amy). Amy is an awesome person and always cheerful at work. Even when i was having a bad day and was a bit belligerent towards her; she was able to put me back on the right track in the nicest way possible and turn my day around for the better. Because I was a regular with Graf, there were plenty of times Amy helped me out when I was in a jam. Graf is an awesome company to work with. I can only promise they will treat you the way you would expect to be treated. And they do an awesome job.
