I have been GM of this building for the last 7 1/2 years and by far this was one of my best experiences with a plumber. The gentleman sent was Roy. He was very courteous and showed excellent customer care and knowledge. When he arrived he listened as I took him to show and tell him my issue. He did an excellent job and didnt stop until it was complete. Took longer than either of us thought it would but no sign of this from him. Didnt get real aquatinted with his helper but he did a good job also. You can bet I will call them again and will request Roy if available.

The two technicians Brian and sorry I don’t remember the second technician’s name were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. The service was timely and professional. We had a company come out several times ending in not fixing the problem much less had to call over and over and never returned. Call Roto Rooter they came out same day called, aid they would be here within an hour and a half, examined the issue, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. The men were very knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. They charged a small fraction compared to the previous company. I can honestly say that from now on we will be calling Roto Rooter for all our needs.

Although the same service was much cheaper 9 months ago when I had it done (by over half), I cannot complain about the service itself, nor the technicians. Brian was very knowledgeable, and relateable. Explained what they were going to do beforehand, and followed thru with the exact plan. They cleared 2 blockages with precision- no guessing at it. They guys were punctual, and called 30 minutes prior to showing up. Even got there before I had expected them. The guys were very professional, and respectful. The very next day , two technicians , Brian and Jimmy , came out and flushed our pipes out with a cable.These guys were friendly , had such an up beat vibe . 1 hour later they completed the job, and guaranteed the work for 3 months. Tech was attentive and knew exactly what to do and our drain is emptying faster than when we moved in 2 years ago because he took the time to snake it more than once. I feel like other placesMight have just unclogged it and called it a day. He even left me some preventative solution to use periodically to keep it in tip top shape. Well done!

Love the service. They provided free estimate, and the up front cost to replace 2 elements of my water heater; no hidden fee or pressure to repair. The technician (Travis) and his supervisor were really friendly; they explained why the part was broken to help me avoid the same issue in the future. Great communication from dispatcher and technician. Their work also comes with 6 month warranty. Will use their service again. This is typically better than other companies that charge by the hour at $180/hr.

First plumber that came to do the repair I believe was not knowledgeable of the repair at hand. He left to get parts and never returned or called us. While calling back to answering service over two hours later we received a call from the plumbing company asking us if the repair was made. After explaining the situation the company representative told us she would send us one of their best plumbers. This plumber came and did a great job with the repair and we were satisfied with his service. I thought that the cost for repair was high even for on a weekend. ( I had excavated the area and removed the steel surround for the water meter to get to the leak on water line before the first plumber arrived). Overall we were ok with Rotor-Rooter since they completed the repair same day even after the first plumber did not attempt to do the repair.

Jason was absolutely fantastic. I cannot give him a better review. He deserves a 10/5. He tried so hard to remove the remote in my toilet and couldnt. He recommended we get a new toilet. I pressed him to keep trying, and he showed me his process and I could see it was stuck and it wasnt coming out. I told him thanks and that we would go ahead getting a new toilet. He could tell I was upset Id have to spent an extra $700, but I knew it wasnt his fault. I left him to cover up the sewage hole, and I heard an exuberant yell. He had tried one more time with the toilet at a different angle and was able to get the remote out. Jason is absolutely FANTASTIC and a great employee. I will use Roto rooter again, but I want to highlight Jasons fantastic work, professionalism, and genuine care to fix my issue even though it seemed to be impossible.

Due to a clogged clean out valve I called Roto Rooter for a quote. The secretary told me that they don’t give quotes over the phone but can send a technician out to my house last night between 10pm-12am in Aransas Pass. The tech would inspect the issue free of charge then provide me with a quote..Technician Randy called before 10pm and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived I told him the problem I was having and he did an inspection to make sure that was the issue.He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was causing my problem and offered 2 types of treatments to take care of the issue.I went with the hydro jet even though it was more expensive but in my case that was the best option for me as he explained the root of the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and accurate as he performed his duties along with offering me more services down the road since the house was built in 1971 and the pipes were old. He gave me two quotes on future things I could get done to help improve my situation.I highly recommend Roto Rooter for all your plumbing needs than any other plumbing company in the area. They offer a basic standard price and not an after hours emergency cost like most companies do.Be sure to ask for technician Randy when you need their services. He was a great young man who knew a lot..

They called and notified me when they were headed y way. Arrived at the time stated. Assessed the situation. They were unable to fix it the first trip, but did not charge me for the time spent trying. They returned with more equipment and did not stop until the drain was flowing again. They were very professional and clean. They worries about keeping the carpet clean and carried their equipment over the carpet to prevent tracks. They gave helpful information about preventing the issue from recurring, and general maintenance that I should perform. I will call them again when we decide to replace the cast iron pipes they found.

I am in my 70s and grew up working retail. Back then the #1 priority of a company was “Customer Service” so I can honestly say that, Roto Rooter, fits that type of service to the T. From my initial contact with the dispatcher/ operator until the job was completed, everything was done in a very professional manner. On 10-30-2021, technicians Peter and Bill were dispatched to our home. They not only arrived on time but earlier than expected. After explaining the problem to them, a clog in the drainage system, they responded, “we gottcha, we’ll get you fixed up”. That was somewhat comforting after dealing with this problem most of the day. Their pricing was reasonable, Peter and Bill knew their stuff and I highly recommend them. In fact I already have to a member of our church.
