Justin Stiles is a great electrician very polite and able to describe in detail what I needed. Matthews CCAC is an outstanding company with outstanding people working g for them that truly take amazing care of the customer!Justin and his partner Jonathan just completed the install of my new electrical box and wall charger for my vehicle and I couldn’t be more pleased with these two gentleman. I had a water heater inspection and replacement installed by CCAC Matthews. Previously had my water heater installed by someone who was not a professional and it resulted in having to have it replaced sooner. The technicians were excellent, respectful and very thorough. I have used Matthews for all my plumbing and a/c maintenance and will soon have them replace my electrical box after a safety check.

Techs are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them every time. They are putting in a whole new unit. Did a great job, love my new AC!Aaron came out to change my garbage disposal and Omar came out to do some wiring since the house is kinda out of date.. We needed our outlets tested, light fixtures installed, our breaker panel updated/replaced. TJ Martinez was courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything that was getting done and advised us on other items they can install. Everyone has been so kind to interact with. I also like that they not only specialize in electrical but also ac, heating and plumbing.

We have the service plan with CCAC (which is worth every penny) and set up for our annual air conditioning tune up. Our tech was Greg Chavez. Greg was early for the appointment, was courteous and polite on the phone, was informative about what he found and his assessment of what we need and he efficiently performed all the tasks associated with the tune up. He did not every attempt to up-sell us on anything. Overall, the service we received was excellent! I highly recommend CCAC!

He installed 8 angle stops, pulled three facets, installed a kitchen faucet, repiped the kitchen p-trap, reset the disposal, installed two hose bibs and an emergency shut off value by 3pm. Air conditioner quit so called Matthews. Wasnt long got a text from Josh with a pic saying he was on the way. Didnt take long for Josh to troubleshoot the system. He had the spare part in truck and my house was cooling down in no time at all. No air on these brutally hot days is grim. Josh is definitely the guy you want. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him and observing his professionalism was a treat. I am beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

The lady that I spoke on the with was very cordial and informative. I was able to set up an appointment on the day I requested with no issues. The technician (Johnathan Garland I think) who came to help me out was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to his job. He gave me a quote that I was mm ire than ok with and he got to work. Thanks to his experience, he was able to track down the electrical issues I was having rather quickly. I ended up having to pay about half of what was quoted. Nothing wrong with that! I will definitely use these guys again in the future for any electrical, plumbing or A/C. Im a very satisfied customer!!!

I like the tracking map and ID system of technician / arrival as well. This company is a gem. Issues with my Central AC was addressed immediately, within an hour and a half the technician was there on my front door. Thats awesome. We don’t need suffer waiting long days just to fix my AC just like our previous experience before with my Home Warranty and AC contractor which cost me a lot. I wish there were more stars, because wow, Matthews CCAC is amazing!!! 1st experience with them and we are service members now (great plan and incentives for ac/heating, electrical & plumbing) and customers for the long run. Our outside fan motor went out Sat.July 22. I called the company we had a service agreement with and by Thursday, July 27th, we were still getting excuses on why our part wasnt here. And no one cared that it was over 90 degrees in our house. I called Matthews CCAC and talked with Gloria yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. She made calls and called me back in less than 10 minutes, saying the part was ordered and would be delivered and installed today (Friday)!!! And thats exactly how it went. And Josh was amazing! So knowledge, thorough and professional! He even found that our compressor was weak and would be going out, so we got it all fixed and for much less than the other company. He also found levels that were off and regulated them. He used his device to measure the degree output from our vents. No one had EVER done that with the other company. Matthews CCAC is an incredible company with amazing work ethic, integrity and customer care.

There is no way I could appreciate my technician Sebastian Gomez enough. Came in for a simple tub drain fix. My HVAC condensation line started leaking bad due to another company just finishing an install, this man addressed the problem and fixed it in the timeframe of my panic. Then in the midst of finishing my tub drain noticed a water line leaking(due to another contractor) fixed that. I can not appreciate the attention to detail enough. These technicians are perfectionist and after this outstanding performance and job completion I question why I should ever call anyone else besides Mathew CCAC. Price Point wise they are better than other companies I’ve gone through. Highly recommend. Don’t think you can save a buck with someone else because sooner or later you’ll need it fixed again. Just go through Mathew CCAC and get it done right the first time.

Greg handled it perfectly.We did have a capacitor near end of life. I was going to ask him to check it for me because I know they fail after several years. The replacement cost was very over inflated in my opinion( not his fault) however it is a repair I would be uncomfortable doing myself. The price included install so that’s fine. Better than having it fail and waiting on a repair.In summary, I would call CCAC again and Greg would be welcome back on a service call.

Mr Garza, Was very nice but couldn’t get the dripping to stop. He told me it was the air in the pipes. That it should stop since the middle valve/ faucet for switching between shower and faucet at the bottom of the shower was too corroded and the middle valve/ faucet couldn’t be moved. It had to stay in the up position for the shower head to be used only. It’s still doing a little too much dripping. I thought it was just a drop here and there but to me it’s still dripping too much. Told me to call back if it doesn’t stop!!

We had been told last year that our entire AC unit was in need of replacement. Well, the time finally came last month. John C., our comfort advisor, took time to explain what we needed and what we did not need for our particular system. Our AC unit is on the roof of our condo building, and John C. did not blink an eye at the challenge (we needed a crane to install the roof unit). He even was so gracious and accommodating when we had to reschedule the installation. The technicians that worked on our inside unit, Eric M. and Pete R. (I think that was their names), were courteous in keeping the work area clean and were patient and polite in answering our questions. We are happy customers...and are staying nice and cool! David Redd was very professional! I had called Mathew’s CCAC because of a suspected gas leak on our heating unit. He did a complete diagnostic test and leak detection of the unit. He identified that the Gas Regulator was malfunctioning. He left and came back later with the new Gas Regulator and installed it. He did another diagnostic/Leak test and found no problems. We were very satisfied with David’s performance. He is our HVAC man!

This was an interesting service call. We just had a new AC unit installed which included a programable thermostat. The temp was set to change lower at 9p but around 7p Id notice the AC coming on. Thinking it was a defective thermostat, Jeff switched it out... but it did the same thing. Knowing the chance of having two defective thermostats was slim to none, he took the time to research the issue and found that there is a recovery mode that triggers the AC to start up earlier so the desired temp is where you are at the time the temp is programmed to change. Jeff turned off the recovery mode and problem solved. We both learned something.

Today we came home to our house being hot and called CCAC promptly. We just replaced our WHOLE unit inside and outside 8 months ago and apparently the motor has died! They arrived quickly to check it out but Josh seemed so unsure of everything he was doing the whole time. We now have to wait until Monday in our Corpus heat for them to check for parts because there is nothing else they can do until then. Why offer 24/7 service if you can’t actually fully service over the weekend?? I can’t believe 8 months in we have having these issues with a trane AC. I would recommend you offer a borrowed window unit for circumstances like these on weekends!Eddie at CCAC has been serving our AC unit every 6 months since we’ve been in our home. Customer focused company with excellent service from the call center to the techs. Darrell did a great job installing my faucets and shower/tub trims. He provided quality work for affordable prices. Derek did our AC maintenance provided with the shield plan. Both were genuine and professional. We will be using ccac for all our future plumbing and AC needs.
