    I am surprised they do not have more reviews but not shocked their rating is so high. I went with Wolfe due to a word of mouth recommendation and do not regret it! Great team over there and didn’t meet one person who wasn’t nice. Very happy with the crawl space repair completed.

    I worked directly with the principals of Wolfe Construction at a waterproofing/foundation repair company in the mid-teens. As a licensed North Carolina General Contractor I have an obligation to my clients to provide the best quality/value vendors available, as this particular project was constructed in 1840 and is not built anywhere close to current norms (codes or materials). Wolfe Construction is, without a doubt, the best vendor in this specialty trade. Highly recommend!!

    This company came recommended by a major brand that specialized in foundations. They installed multiple beams and supports though out my older home and really took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. One project resulted in a plumbing event and they immediately compensated me for the cost with few questions asked, I would highly recommend for foundation work.

    Jason Wellman and his crew did an excellent job of repairing the sagging joists in my crawlspace and encapsulating the whole crawlspace and installing an industrial grade dehumidifier. All the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. Clear, responsive communication throughout the process. Addressed questions and concerns promptly. Every crew sent out was friendly, respectful, and efficient. Appreciated the military discount! Highly recommend!

    I had a great experience working with Wolfe Construction on some structural repairs of my vintage house. Everyone was courteous and easy to work with and the job was completed on time with wonderful results. Jackson, who, with his assistants did all of the hands on construction for my project, was a particularly pleasant and knowledgeable individual who kept me up to date on the progress of the job and took obvious pride in his work. I’m very happy with the results and glad that I chose Wolfe Construction to handle the repairs. I would definitely recommend them!

    Wolfe did an incredible job removing wood rot and removing and reconstructing the support joists, beams, plywood, siding and trim for my sun porch. The estimate was right on, the work team showed up on time -- they were knowledgeable, they provided the exact necessary materials, their construction work was spot on, and they were delightful to work with. Such camaraderie and great communication made this team a joy to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to anyone whos looking for quality workmanship.

    We hired Wolfe Construction to replace a pier and do some other crawlspace repairs. Rich was quick to visit our house, provide a quote and schedule the work. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable and communicates well. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We highly recommend Wolfe Construction and would use them again.

    We contacted Wolfe to help us with our home’s failing subfloors and moisture issues. Our home has been built at various times over the years, starting in 1910. Needless to say, it was NOT an easy job. I was super impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and during the work itself. Our floors are solid and moisture will not be a problem anymore, thanks to the full encapsulation. I highly recommend Wolfe to anyone that needs structural repairs!

    Working with Wolfe has been an incredible experience from the very start! The initial inspection/proposal guy (Sam!) was extremely professional. He wouldn’t even give us quotes etc until we made some areas of our crawl space more accessible, because he didn’t want to misquote!! Then the scheduling and payment lady (Tracy!) is also exceptionally professional, prompt, and organized. Payments over the phone with follow up emailed receipts etc. amazing. The guys who did the work (Dickie and Kurt!) were wonderful, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped find/fix some problems that had been hidden during the initial inspection, and got with their production manager (Joe!) and had him come out to reassess and then take the time to really explain everything to us. It was fantastic. Unexpected problems under your house aren’t fun but these guys rolled with it and improvised, and were super communicative and friendly all along the way. We have a little more work still to be done (like I said, unexpected complications!) but we were able to get that on the calendar for not too far out all things considered. Truly a fantastic experience.

    When we bought our 90 year old house, we knew we needed a bit of structural work done. Our floor joists, ban sill, and a girder in our kitchen needed to be replaced due to water and termite damage, and we also needed to add additional support under some walls. We contacted multiple structural repair companies to get quotes and opinions. Wolfe construction was who we chose based on their knowledge, attention to detail, and responsiveness. They were always timely and Dee and the others working with her were great. The job was completed within the timeframe and we are so thankful to have a structurally sound kitchen - would highly recommend!

    I cant say enough positive things about Wolfe Construction!! From the first to the last step of the process, they were professional, helpful with all my questions, quick to schedule the work and worked diligently to get the job done!!     We contacted Wolfe to help with a subfloor issue we had. Many years of moisture had developed into rotted floor joists and a sinking floor in our den. We have a very shallow crawl space where water had been seeping in through the outside walls for many years.Wolfe came out at the scheduled time, crawled under the house (yuck) and made photos of the damage. They were able to give us an estimate immediately. We scheduled the repair.Wolfe did a great job of communicating with us along the way. They gave us regular updates of the start date and their progress. The guys who worked on the project were very professional and respectful. They finished the project on time and on schedule.We were very impressed with the work they did and the quality of the work. Our den finally has a level floor and we dont worry about the place collapsing under our feet any more.We highly recommend Wolfe Construction for any home repair or remodel project.

    Cannot say enough good things about the crew from Wolfe who spent 3 days in my crawl space. Three very polite young men (a rarity these days), William, Sterling, and Joe. Explained the process before they started and showed me the changes after the job was finished, and the changes were huge. No more bouncy floors, no more floor squeaks, and no more sticking interior doors. Thank you to Wolfe and a personal thank you to Joe, Sterling, and William.Good folks at Wolf came back a second time for a different issue. We had put too much weight on a non load bearing wall and created a huge problem. Dee and Caleb replaced joist and installed necessary bracing. Leveled the floor and explained the entire situation to us. As usual, they did a fantastic job!

    I am in the process of selling my home in Huntersville and needed a contractor to repair some of the mortar between the bricks on the front of my house. Caleb Wolfe visited us and priced the repair. Once I gave him the go ahead, he scheduled and repaired the issue to our complete satisfaction. This was a time sensitive issue since we are moving and Caleb did not let us down. I would highly recommend Wolfe Construction for any residential work.

    Had some sagging issues on my 1968 built home, and before starting a future restoration figured now is the time, I chose Wolfe Construction. So happy with results, Dee Dee came out and estimated my project, and they gave me the best crew I beleive. Dickieck Ck and Kurt Hasselhoff Jr. done a great job, beyond expectations and finished on schedule. Great people to work with. Tracey back at office made scheduling a breeze and payment simplistic. I would choose again if I ever need this done again. Highly reccommend.

    Casey and Daniel came pouring rain went in my crawlspace I wasnt ever going under there they didnt hesitate they did not complain very professional took care of my business would not leave til they were sure it was done right. Rich came 1st gave me an estimate super nice respectful they only required 40 % up front I paid about 70 % and Rich came back few days later and his tone and professionalism made me go inside and pay the bill in full also Christine was a joy to talk to.     This is an updated review. After Wolfe completed the work listed below, other companies came in to waterproof the crawl space and install new HVAC ducts. During this time, more was needed to keep water out of the crawlspace to keep it stable and dry. Exterior vent wells were cleaned, replaced and inspected. Foundation pilings were lifted and stabilized. The pilings had been leveled with untreated wood that had degraded. The material was replaced with superior product, the pilings were lifted and leveled and the entire ground floor showed evidence of improvement (stuck doors moved freely, some wall cracks closed, etc. and the stability of the home was improved.) Sam and Ward undertook this phase of work.I continue to hold the 5-star review.From follow-up repairs to final inspection, I Wolfe Construction, Huntersville, NC repaired the foundations in the crawlspace under my house, removed and repaired an unsafe ground-floor half-bath floor, removed and replaced the original tiling. They inspected and over-saw new waterproofing and water damage remediation, and other tasks. They sent out several crews, I don’t have everyone’s names, but Wolfe Construction knows who they are.Three men cleaned the crawlspace, removed ruined insulation, remediated and repaired mold on wood joists. Dickie and others replaced the subfloor. Oscar, Michael, William and Mel retiled the floor and did a grest jib. They are subcontractors CasaNova. Others who provided services are Roman, Robert, Justin and Ashton. Wolfe Construction personnel worked in coordination with Dry Otter Waterproofing and Dilling HVAc. Everyone was professionsal, skilled and excellent representatives for their skill sets. Chris Adams, and DryOtters’s crews were also well-coordinated. I appreciate everyone’s work.

    Wolfe Construction did some pretty extensive repairs on the foundation of our 111 year old vacation home in Black Mountain. Given that I was in Texas managing the work, Caleb went above and beyond to make a stressful situation less stressful. The work was started and completed on time and in a professional manner. When it was less extensive than originally quoted, a credit was provided on the final invoice. I enthusiastically recommend Wolfe Construction!

    I had recently contracted some sidewalk repairs at our corporate office building and found that we also needed to replace badly degraded caulking sealant where the sidewalks butted up against the building foundation. The contractor that did the initial sidewalk repair highly recommended Wolfe Construction to handle the caulking issues. Caleb was very timely in his response and the subsequent site visit and was able to schedule the necessary repairs shortly afterward. In addition, we had an issue with gaping expansion joints in numerous common sidewalk areas and were having problems with employees getting the heels of their shoes caught, creating a safety hazard. Caleb and his crew researched the issue and found and installed a product that should remedy the situation; this is just an additional example of how this company goes above and beyond to resolve issues and assure customer satisfaction. From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with Wolfe Construction and I would highly recommend their expertise and professionalism to anyone in need of their services.

    Wolfe came to my house to do crawlspace work in response to some issues that surfaced on an inspection. They helped me make sense of the problems, gave me a fair quote without trying to tack on a bunch of extra work, and did everything in a timely fashion. When an issue came up a couple months later related to their work, they apologized (and explained what happened), came out to re-assess and quickly fixed that work – and then some – without charge. Joe was incredibly easy to work with on site and I look forward to working with Wolfe on other properties in the future!

    We had Dry Otter do mold remediation and encapsulation in our crawl space and they had concerns about one support beam and referred us to Wolfe Construction for their opinion. First Dee came out to access the situation. It was a small job, so it was agreed they would fit it in between other larger jobs. There was no rush, so this was fine with me. Joe then came out, and did some further evaluation and determined that the beam really was fine and that shoring it up as had been first recommended to us by Dry Otter, really was unnecessary and that since the space is now encapsulated with a dehumidifier, no further damage will occur. I was grateful for the honesty and integrity shown by both Dee and Joe. Both were very helpful and would not charge me for the time they were at my home. Having recently been widowed, this was definitely a help to my budget. I would definitely recommend them in the future!
