    After purchasing my home and getting an inspection done, Spekwo provided a detailed list of what and how they would perform the repairs with a very reasonable estimate. I simply selected the items that I wanted to repair and they scheduled to work within two weeks. Eric, Simon and Kyren were my Repair team. They did unbelievable work and I was blown away at the quality. This was such an easy process to have one company do all the work Which saved me so much time and energy. I would highly recommend contacting them!

    Great experience. Took a few weeks to get on their schedule, but they did great work and even were able to add a few things that werent on the original quote that I needed done. Pricing seemed very reasonable too. Id highly recommend them and plan to use them again for a few other items I need done at the house.

    We have used Spekwo multiple times now and have been very happy with the service and work. Shaun just finished a project for us that involved a number of different items ranging in scope, and was very thorough and had great attention to detail. Spekwo is also very responsive and able to quickly accommodate adjustments to projects and/or new projects. We would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

    We recently used spekwo to help repair some things that came up in our home inspection (and used their estimate to help negotiate some concessions from the seller).5 stars for the friendliness of the people who came to our house and for the ease of hiring them (not having to deal with hiring multiple different professionals).3-4 stars for quality of work (e.g. they replaced trim on a door that previously latched and now the door has to be slammed hard in order for it to latch properly).1-2 stars for ability to complete the requested work upon arrival. There was one repair that they did not have/could not find the materials to complete, the suggested alternatives were not preferred, and they weren’t going to be back in the Raleigh Triangle area (they are located in Charlotte) for a while; so finding what was needed and returning did seem to be feasible. Another project we decided not to do because they didn’t think they could stay close to the estimated price/match tiles/and have it all look good (I appreciated their honesty and straightforwardness here). And finally, their contracted window person who came a different day almost immediately left stating that they could not complete the requested work on a window that would not stay open.The people I dealt with were all very nice, so I hate to leave a negative review for that reason alone …but I just don’t think we could justify using Spekwo again for repairs.EDIT: The company reached out and offered a refund for the work on our window that was not completed (or to send a different window contractor out). We appreciated this and accepted the refund.

    Spekwo is our go to contractor for inspection report quoting and repairs. I really like how they can address a wide variety of projects and how clear and concise their quoting is. They are easy to schedule repairs and check in frequently to answer any questions.

    We used Spekwo in Arden NC to fix many issues in a partially flipped house we bought, that appeared to be in good shape. It wasn’t. After a frightening inspection process that pointed out major major home repair issues, Spekwo came to the rescue.Using the independent house inspection report, they quickly created repair list and estimates! The estimate list they created helped us greatly to negotiate a lower price. A few weeks later after settlement, Spekwo sent a swat team of professionals to fix a LONG list of repairs we created from the list of estimates they sent to us.It was so so much better and more efficient than waiting for many different estimates and skilled workers to come to the house to make the many repairs. The seasoned team they sent over the four days matched the work skills needed for each kind of repair.Over four days they worked nine hour days and it was wonderful. Amazing! And the work was very well done. And house is safe and livable now. Bravo.

    I cannot recommend Spekwo enough. They are prompt, professional, and incredibly detailed in their work and estimates. I am a realtor who often needs invoices on repairs once a home inspection has been performed. They routinely are able to produce a detailed estimate within 24 hours. Thi gives me tremendous leverage in negotiation and helps my clients understand what the total cost of repairs will be in their new home.The fact that they can also perform the repairs that they quote is just icing on the cake. My clients have been very satisfied with their work and their level of communication.Lastly, I have used their services on the listing side as well. Not only to get a quote for pre-listing home inspection items, but also when a buyers agent makes a request I can use Spekwos estimate to counter their request.Truly, it is an INVALUABLE tool for my business and I cannot tell you how much money this has helped my clients save in due diligence.
