Outstanding experience and a very high level of customer service! Mike put down an epoxy garage floor coating and also installed some Monkey Bar storage racks and overhead racks. Him and his crew were efficient, professional, and did quality work. Everyone who sees our floor asks about it and we give them Mikes information. This is the real deal epoxy coating and not that stuff from Lowes or Home Depot that will flake off.About six months after having the floor done I noticed that one side of the garage had tire streaks. Mike came out to look at and see what was going on before coming back another day to attempt to clean it. Once he found a product that worked (NAB Black Streak and Tire Mark Remover) he cleaned the affected half of the garage floor thoroughly with it and re-applied the clear coat. This is a level of customer service rarely seen these days unfortunately. Mike is an honest, hardworking guy and stands behind his products and work 100%. You can trust the job will be done to your satisfaction and if there are any issues Mike will make it right.

Very professional with their consultation, took their time to explain all the options and made helpful recommendations on colors, cabinet sizes, and slat wall choices! I was very overwhelmed with the prospect of doing a remodel and they were super helpful and responded quickly with any questions. They also were courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We have dealt w/ many contractors and remodeling companies and even got a second opinion on the garage remodel but this company has made a great impression on us!

Carolina Garage Works did a beautiful job of improving a garage build in the 1960s. Having the concrete floor done has given a very tired space a beautiful makeover and has added value to our home.The staff we worked with were very professional, kind and patient on the phone, kept to their word for time frames and costs and left no mess behind. WE recently moved into a new home with a severe shortage of storage space. Our garage became our storage area to the point that we could not use it for our vehicles. Called Mike at Carolina Garage Works and we came up with a design of shelving and Monkey Bars to alleviate the storage issue. Mikes team came out and within a couple of hours transformed this storage area back into a garage. His team did an excellent job of installing the product and getting my approval along the way. Carolina Garage Works was professional, dependable and delivered the product that said they would in the stated time frame. Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about Carolina!! I was thrilled that they came out right away to give me a quote. Mike was knowledgeable and gave me several choices. Having moved to the LKN area this past summer, we have a lot of stuff that needs a home in our new home. I was considering buying and installing overhead storage racks but I am very happy I called Mike at Carolina Garage Works. For just a little more money than me doing it myself, his crew installed two 4 x 8 overhead racks in about 90 minutes. They were professional, courteous and when complete, left the area nice and clean. They treated me as if I was getting a full garage makeover yet it was just a couple of overhead racks. These racks also holds a lot more weight than units from the big box stores. This small investment will allow me to get rid of the monthly storage unit bill and it pay for itself very soon. I highly recommend these guys!Update:The true measure of a company is how they treat their customers after the sale. I had a small issue and Mike and his teams response was immediate, thorough and left me even more happy that I hired them. Issues can creep up from time to time with anything in todays world and an owners and their employees response is the most important factor when choosing a contractor. Mikes team was professional and caring and quickly remedied the situation. I look forward to hiring Carolina Garage Works to outfit my new garage once our dream home is built. WOW. I just had 2 improvements done to my garage by Carolins Garage Works and Im dazzled. In a couple hours they installed an overhead rack, 4ft x 8ft, that Ive needed for a long time. Then, on 2 consecutive mornings, they installed an epoxy floor coating. They ground the concrete clean and ready for coating, applied a base, put down color flakes we chose from a wide selection, and finished with a final epoxy top coat. The floor looks stunning! Easy cleanup with no stains (already spilled paint on it). They were on time every visit and finished when they said they would. My wife and I are extremely happy with CGW.
