Juan was amazingly helpful over the phone, would give him and Halion 10 stars if I could! My generator died in the middle of the night after 11 straight days of use post-Helene. We’re not handy or knowledgeable, and Halion isn’t even in our area, but Juan went out of his way to talk us through the steps required to fix the problem. He surely saved us tons of money for our refrigerated items and an after hours repair service. This guy deserves a raise and promotion!

The electrician J went above and beyond. I had a very old house that we are restoring and needed everything done to meet code. He made sure everything passed inspection. Halion electric was prompt, polite and accommodating.I had spoken to many contractors the day before, and forgot to cancel my appt with Halion.They arrived , and I explained that I had partially remedied the issue from the day before, and forgot to reach out. I offered that I could use a quote for the remaining work.They provided a quote in under 5 minutes, that was unfortunately more than I could spend today. Juan is diligent, professional, and extremely hardworking. Juan came to my greenhouse build and installed the electricity in the hot summer sun with no ventilation. On the last day of install, he stayed until nightfall to finish. Juan has a sense of discipline and courtesy that translates into his work. I would definitely use him again!

I’m in the process of doing some project around my home and one of my contractors recommended Halion Electric. I called the company because I wanted to run electricity to a shed in the back yard. Left a message and they got back to me within 24 hours. Juan called me and I told him what I needed he came over and saw the project took measurements and told me he would send me a quote. Going through my email the next morning and my quote was there and it was fair based on the other estimates that I had received, because of his customer service I chose him to do the work.Juan came over on the day that we set and his partner was sick but he assured me that he would get it done in the time we had set for the project. I felt so comfortable with him that while he worked I ran errands. He worked so hard everyday from morning until dark to get the job done. One day I sent him home cause he was working so hard.I would highly recommend Halion Electric and the customer service was awesome and he also cleaned up behind himself. When he was in the garage using tools he had a vacuum to keep the dust off of the stuff that was in there.

We had a great experience with Halion Electric and would highly recommend to anyone. When we bought our home, it was discovered that outlets in our garage weren’t grounded. Ed came out to not only ground the outlets, but was able to figure out that there was a hidden issue in the garage’s wiring and fix that as well. Ed went above and beyond to make sure all of our outlets in the entire house were correct, all while being friendly and professional. We have some future plans to add additional lighting in our home soon and we will definitely be calling Halion Electric for this project.

I’ve used Halion Electric a number of times and have been impressed by their work and their customer service. My home is very old so I’ve run into issues losing power, using modern appliances, and expanding the electrical system. In each instance I received a reasonable quote, an understandable description of the issue, the jobs were completed in a reasonable time, the electricians were professional and were careful of damaging my property, and everything was up to code. They’re a nice company to work with.

So, I rent this older house from my parents and the wiring is just as old. Apparently a fuse blew something serious a while back.Regardless,Juan came out and around 2 and didnt leave till 7 something. He worked diligently and left multiple times to grab the requirements. Normally, this job wouldnt take that long, but this man had to go find these ancient relic components to make everything compliant.All in all - he killed it!Great price for the amount of time I had this poor dude out running around in this freezing cold!If you need anything electric, and want it done right with a great price.. I’ll start by saying, the girls in the office are great to speak to. Lexxus is friendly and willing to help. We needed our house wired and chose them instead of the builders electrical company. We are glad we did! Sean did a great job and was quick! We appreciated that very much so we could then get our walls finished.He and his assistant cleaned up after they did the work too.Also we asked if he could identify each circuit in our panel and write it down for us, which he did. Price was fair and he was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Halion Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

Ok... if I could give 10 or more stars, I would definitely. The office manae6 Gabrielle was kind and so helpful it really made this go smoothly. She had Juan come out to the property and do an initial inspection and quote. Gabrielle also set us up for a sooner appt to allow our service to be on a Saturday. When Juan showed up on time it was awe. We purchased most of the items prior to last installation, but Juan said he needed more items and kindly offered to go with him to make sure we did get everything, which was so awesome. He spent all day in the heat ( never complaining by the way),and was so particular and detailed, we were amazed. We will us this company aways from here on simple and complicated jobs.. I know this is lengthy, but I wanted to tell you that this company is worth it, very nice, and extremely professional and particular in their work, meticulous is a wonderful word. First off, Halion electric was the only company i could find that didnt have an extremely long waiting period. Lexxus sent Ed to work on my issues. I received a call, when they said they would call, and Ed showed up promptly and very professional. I do not get impressed easily, but i must say, Ed was very competent and friendly, which made my experience much more enjoyable.
