Chad Love has provided great service to us so far with our installation and following maintenance. Melvin was our most recent tech that came out for a tune up and was so courteous and professional. He asked lots of questions and made sure any concerns we had were addressed. He also caught that a duct line that was supposed to be updated during install and hadn’t been done, and he spent lots of time confirming with the office what should be up there and making sure nothing else was missed. Despite the missed duct update (which they’re going to come fix free of charge) we’ve still been very happy with Chad Love’s service and the care that their employees seem to put into their jobs.

Had my bi-annual PM a few days ago and found some issues. Jagger was the technician that came out. Thankful for his knowledge and eagerness to go over and beyond to inspect all areas of my system. Found 2 major issues on my 6 year old unit, not installed by Chad Love Services. Now I will be having a complete new system installed with a correct warranty and professional service moving forward. Im thankful for the team on how my situation was dealt with and handled!

We are weeks away from moving and the motor on the ac fan went out this morning. We called Chad Love Services and he was here in about and hour. Our tech Jagger has been so nice and fixing it right now! He was super professional and very nice. He wasnt familiar with our older unit but he found the problem and fixed it so quick. My son said he even took some videos for learning a different unit. Last week my downstairs A/C went out. I called Chad Love Services. They sent out a tech (Luke) the next day to check it out. Luke looked the system over and gave me options to repair or replace. Given the age of the system, I decided replacement was my best option. We agreed on a price and the next morning they sent out a crew. By early afternoon I had a perfectly working system.They said what they were going to do and did what they said. Very professional, prompt and I believe very fair on price. I will certainly use them in the future and will recommend to my friends and family.

Christian is very professional and friendly and diagnosed the issue then gave the options, I looked over the options for a new electric water heater and made a decision. So they will be out in less than two days to install the new unit. I would highly recommend this company. We intend to use the company also for our HVAC service.On 12/20/24 as scheduled Jake came out and installed our new 50 gallon electric water heater. He explained the process and was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jake and we’ll be in touch with the company in a few months for an HVAC service agreement.

After Brothers HVAC confirmed an appointment, told me twice that a tech would be out shortly, and then never called me again I reached out to Chad Love. They had a next day appointment between 1:00 and 6:00 and I had a technician, Jagger, at my house no later than 1:15. He diagnosed my wiring issue within 20 minutes of being at the house, did a full system check and identified several other key issues with the system. Instead of pushing me for expensive repairs and services, he simply identified the issues and offered me options and solutions. The entire visit he felt like an advocate for my system, not a salesman, and that experience alone will have me using Chad Love for all of my future HVAC needs.

Today was unexpected, what was supposed to be a simple assessment turned into uncovering an intense amount of work that needed to be done, after finding microbial growth in my air ducts. The original assessment was to clean the ducts due to a fungi in the home and Josh was even so kind that on his way he called and asked if I needed coffee or could get me anything, instead I said just need prayer. He immediately was on board, and when he did come and we found the worst, I asked if we could just pray and he led us in that.Thats a huge thing for me and also he walked me through findings- through furnace issues, what would take to fix it, and got on the phone with James who also helped being flexible and guide me in the process.Through multiple quotes per my request, allowing research to verify their quotes, allowing time for me to get consulting from another source as to the best measure of action, to answering my 100 questions all with patience.Additionally, they moved their other appts due to the severity of what my home needed.I look forward to working with them and while the price initially caught me off guard, for the amount of work they are executing, the short lead time, the immediate fix of a specific air purifier to help eliminate the fungi, and the positive perspective and personalities they both had, plus praying for the wisdom in this situation, I am extremely grateful.

******06/20/24 we had Cole back to do the VIP Maintenance call and he took his time to make sure he was checking every aspect of the entire system. He did fine a motor start was not working properly at all in order to give us the best system we should be having. He fixed that part and cleaned the A/C Unit and it looks brand new not 7yrs old. Jagger was very helpful in a timely manner. I didn’t feel uncomfortable with him in my home while my husband was away for work and he was very honest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and never made any promises he couldn’t keep.

I’m always pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Chad Love. They are always timely, polite, and respectful of my house. The technician, Nathan, that stopped by today was sweet with my dogs, offered to change my filter while he was here, and even made sure to ask for a broom to sweep up any insulation from going up in the attic. We had deducting done when we moved into our house in 2022 and have had a pleasant experience with them since!

They sent out three technicians on three separate occasions to resolve my problem; all were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Their expertise and efficiency in diagnosing and fixing the issue were commendable; I greatly appreciate them. 5 out of 5 here.However, I did have a couple of concerns. Firstly, I found their pricing to be about 20% to 33% higher than other services in the area. Additionally, during the service, they made a few attempts to upsell additional services and products. I understand a business needs to do their thing, but I found this to be somewhat off-putting. 2 out of 5 here.Communication during the service period was decent. Chad Love Services offer both call and text channels to communicate, and they kept me updated on when the technicians would arrive. I wish they could be more precise, but I understand the work can be unpredictable and appreciate the communications nonetheless. 4 out of 5 here.Overall, if youre looking for a quick and effective solution and dont mind paying a premium, this might be a good choice.

Big shout out to Eric!! He did amazing work for us!!!! He didnt give up on us!! He worked so hard for 6 hours to get out AC fixed!! Up and down the stairs.. In and out.. As things kept happening he kept trouble shooting until we had air!! He worked so hard..i think most techs would have given up!!! You are so lucky to have him as an employee!!! Its a rarity to find someone who cares that much to make their customers happy!! Id give 10 stars if I could!! Give him a raise!! I give my full recommendations without hesitation!!

Had a great experience with Chad Love Services! The initial phone call to set up our appointment was great and we were able to get someone out on the day we asked for. Our technician Jordan was wonderful. He took the time to show and explain everything that was an issue to us and gave us options to fix it. He was able to perform all of the needed work same day for us. Highly recommend!
