Lutton Construction was a dream to work with for our kitchen and bathrooms renovation. The project was incredibly well managed by Kyle. He was accessible and dependable through the whole project and kept everything moving along at a great pace! His team was also top notch, especially his carpenter Keith. Keith really showed his value add with suggestions on finishing touches, dependability and extensive knowledge for every facet of the project. I truly believe there isn’t ANYTHING that Keith can’t fix! He was amazing! I can’t imaging going through such an extensive renovation with any other team. My husband and I both highly recommend Lutton construction for any home renovation project and we look forward to working with them again!! Thanks Kyle and team for a great experience.

Quite simply, Lutton is the best kitchen remodeling group I’ve ever hired.Kyle and Ryann helped us every step of the way thru the product selection phase, and their expertise offered design ideas we never thought of.The remodeling crew was fantastic! They’re really nice guys who showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they kept in constant contact to make sure we were an active part of the decision making process. The end product was flawless.Also, there were no financial surprises either. The agreed upon costs were honored, even though a few of the improvements took longer than expected. No hint at increased costs due to project overruns.I truly can’t praise Lutton enough. They were so great to work with and we totally love our new kitchen!

Kyle & Ray did an excellent job on my kitchen. It was a 10+ year old kitchen in a downtown condo and the wall anchors and mounting were starting to fall off the walls. They came in and put in a new kitchen (and up to code now with an external vented kitchen hood) and the project went very well. They did an excellent job at procuring the designs for the kitchen, giving me a few selection for for materials, which was great. I was able to allow them to use my garage as a staging area but normally they would have a small shipping container to work out of at the work site. But overall, Im happy with the results. It looks very modern and updated now.

Lutton Construction did a wonderful job with my basement remodel, transforming it from the 80s to modern times. Kyle (the owner) listened carefully to my vision for the space and was very responsive throughout the duration. The project included building new framed interior walls, insulating, fixing a section of sill plate, replacing a damaged gas line, drywall, new LTV flooring, refinishing the ceiling, new wood trim and finishing work and fresh painting. His crew was polite, professional and very detail oriented. Absolutely thrilled with the finished result and my family is looking forward to enjoying for many years!

Weve done several major remodels in different homes over the years. If theres one part that causes heartburn, its the way the calendar can inch farther and farther from the original completion date. As an engineer, Kyle Lutton has very cleverly solved this problem. By ordering materials up front, you will *never* worry about supplier issues pushing out your completion date. Like other reviewers have said, the Lutton team does great work. One they do better? *Time.*

Kyle and his team helped take our 1,600sq ft 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath to a 2,500sq foot 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a master suite, fully remodeled kitchen (custom cabinetry), all new flooring and countless other critical features.From concept to completion, the work was exceptional and the cost was incredibly fair. Integrity matters here and Kyle takes the work personally. Lutton is quality you can count on.

Kyle took out a ceiling, half wall and flooring and replaced with new and better. The new ceiling is flat and has recessed lighting. The hardwood floors I now have are beautiful. He and his crew did fantastic in remodeling my family room and kitchen areas, were professional, thorough, assisted in helping make choices and cleaned up. A few years later, I am loving it.

We hired Lutton construction to redo our basement. Simply put, Kyle and his team are simply amazing. Throughout the project the communication was timely and open as we were kept informed by daily updates on progress. Furthermore, the quality of the craftsmanship shines through and I feel as though they treated our home as they would theirs. I also should note that the subcontractors that were leveraged for electrical, plumbing and drywall were all equally exceptional. We have absolutely no regrets from choosing Lutton!
