There are not good enough to say about Columbus Suburban. They turned our lifeless basement into the family gathering place in our home. They do quality work, on time and at a fair price. Even better, everyone who came into our home was kind, personable and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any project of any scope.

Had to give a shout to Columbus Suburban Construction because they have completely changed our lives with the basement renovation they did on our home. From the start of the project to finishing touches, everything was done with care and love. Every contractor was so skilled and the professionalism was next level. Communication was clear and very transparent. Also, they offer such a reasonable price for such high quality work. If youre considering a basement renovation please look no further than this company; be sure to ask for Joel he is the absolute best!

What a wonderful experience. Joel is attentive to details and ALWAYS does the right thing - at times to his cost. My basement looks amazing. When we started he said that this would become my favorite place in the house. We just finished our project and wow… he was right. We added three rooms and a beautiful bathroom to our house. I feel like our house is so much bigger now. We went from 2000 square to 2700 square of comfortable living space. I have a bathroom to hit right after a workout and my wife and I can enjoy movies together with actual sound without worrying about waking the kids. We have two, hopefully we will have three, kids and we needed the extra space. This was the cheapest option for comfortable living and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. CSC was significantly cheaper than the two other remodeling experts and his customer service as been top notch. My wife and I are so happy. I have a man cave. She has an office. We have a new common area. And our boys have a room for their own. It is wonderful.

What an outstanding company and crew. Each person that came to my home was extremely respectful and kept me informed of what they were accomplishing during the build process. Joel, the company owner, was extremely responsive of my questions and changes and kept me updated as the project moved along. Making this significant investment in my home was worth every cent and I without hesitation I would recommend and use Columbus Suburban Construction again.

We cant speak highly enough about our experience with the company. Would highly recommend working with Columbus Suburban Construction company and will do so again. Received honest quotes, quailty work and results were beyond thrilled with. They happily answered all questions we had in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the process. Our renovation was completed on time and within our budget. They took the stress out of renovation.

Installed a roll in shower. Looks beautiful. After a glitch, Zach stepped in and completed the job. He was very knowledgeable, talented and professional.
