Mr. Tim is a straight-shooter. Communicative when setting appointments and shows up when he says he will. Also, conscious of making recommendations based on cost of repair v. cost of replacement, but will not push one way or the other. I would definitely recommend!

Was able to get an actual set appointment time which has proven to be very difficult with the last 3 companies I’ve tried. He was actually a little early. Service was fast and friendly. Cost is about the same everyone charges. Will use next time I need service on air unit!

I called Tempmonsters since the original company that installed our unit a few years ago is now longer in business. I spoke with Mr. Tim, the owner, and explained what was going on with my hvac unit and right away he knew exactly what was wrong and came out and fully serviced it and fixed the problem the very same afternoon! My husband and I were extremely impressed with his vast knowledge, great professionalism, lightening fast response, and sincere kindness he showed us from the beginning to the end! I would very highly recommend his business and services to all and anyone who desires to receive excellent quality work and a great experience all around!

My AC started to go out on a Wednesday. I started to call the AC repair places I knew to get them to come out to repair or replace. To be honest I pretty much knew it was going to be replacement because I have been babying this unit to make it last this long. The unit was 38 years old. None of the place I knew would come or said they would even check back with me until that Friday. I then called Tempmonsters. Tim Rogers, the owner, is who I talked to. Tim was knew to this area because he had moved his business from North Central MS to South Ms. Tim was out the next morning, diagnosed the problem and told me if he can find the parts he would fix it and gave me a general estimate he also gave me an estimate of a new unit. “There was no high pressure sales Tactic !” I asked pertinent questions and he answered them without favoring one side or the other, absolutely no pressure. I decided to replace the unit. By that afternoon he had my unit at the house as he stated he would. He showed up the next day had it installed by the end of the day as stated and had my old unit hauled off the next day as he promised. He conducted himself with utmost professionalism and treated my wife with respect since I was not there for half the day. He answered all my questions during the install and when unforeseen issues came up during the installation, as in my experience happens all the time with contractors, he took care of the problem without hesitation. I don’t expect to need Tim’s help with any AC issues anytime soon however I would use him again for any AC or electrical issues in the future and would highly recommend him. (By the way none of the other AC repair shops that I called initially called me back to see if I still needed their services as they promised they would.Tim for filled ever commitment we shook hands on. That is very important to me in this day and age.)

AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Called at 1:30, said he would be here as soon as he finished job he was on. Got here about 6:30 had cold air by 7:30. Will definitely use again.

Had difficulty finding someone in my area to work on split AC units. Did an internet search for someone in my area and came across Tempmonsters. Their reviews were substantially better than everyone else so I gave them a call. Tempmonsters reviews were really good and the work they did for me was spot on. Mr. Rogers is very knowledgeable on split AC units, diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail my options. Mr Rogers was on time and did an excellent job replacing my unit. I was very impressed and if I ever need anymore AC work Mr. Rogers with Tempmonsters will be my choice. Very satisfied customer!
