Gas Fire place wasnt staying on, came out cleaned fireplace, ordered a part they thought needed to replace, when they came back out said the part might not be needed after talking to manager, fixed it without replacing part and it works great and didnt cost me anything but the initial visit.I admire the integrity of this organization they could have just replaced the part and I wouldve not been the wiser, thank you for youre honesty and great business practices.

Since moving in July 2024, Lee Company has replaced all breakers in both breaker panels, replaced all outlets and switches, replaced a fan motor on an a/c unit, installed surge protection on both a/c units and the main electrical panels, installed a new tankless, gas water heater, repaired and upgraded the exterior spot lights, installed a new garage door opener...maybe a few more things, too...plus the regular inspections with the maintenance plan. Not one negative experience to this point, and dont expect it. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The communication is top notch. Love Lee Company!

Contacted 2 other companies for estimates to install a EV charger. The first 2 quotes were comical. Called Lee Co because my install was very straightforward. The guy doing the estimate showed up when he said he would and gave me a quote on the spot in about 10 minutes. I approved and he had a crew lined up to knock out the work 3 days later. The install crew got there when they said they would, showed up with an experienced crew. Fast, efficient, professional. They’ve become my go-to for all of my home repair work. Also, they didn’t charge me for an estimate.

They replaced ALL the original, broken ductwork in my home and added a second thermostat with a two-zone system since the upstairs was not getting enough flow. And they installed a dehumidifier in the crawlspace after that. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and had plenty of backup crew and resources when needed to make the job move along. It didnt work perfectly at first but they came back quickly a couple times to get it right. I could not have asked for better communication. Their concern for my satisfaction came through loud and clear.

I used Lee Company for the first time a few years ago when I had a water heater emergency. There are always extra things that have to be done any time I have work done because my house was built in 1945. Each time the technicians explain why and what is being done to make the installation right.I used LC to do a minor repair on my heat pump maybe two summers ago. I requested service online for scheduled maintenance and to address some concerns that I had from the unit install by another company.Not only did they address all of the issues, they went above and beyond to repair the embarrassing work from the other company. The estimate was better than fair. Both techs, Jason and Jeff arrived as scheduled, were kind, and professional. Their communication was timely and clear. Hard to know where to start - I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Smith and also Richard.Brandon came out at my request, to get an estimate on a new water heater and running a gas line for a stove. His customer service was truly exceptional! He provided me with a wealth of knowledge (pros/cons of each option, costs, warranty, what work would be done) so that I could make the most informed decision possible.I had an estimate given by another company the day before and had concerns about things they recommended that didn’t seem needed. I asked Brandon about them as this isn’t my profession, and he took the time to review the recommendations made to me and explained at length why the other work recommended was not at all necessary. It would have been very easy to sell additional work and just go along with the recommendations made but he showed his strong integrity in confirming my concerns that the extra things recommended were not at all warranted. There’s plenty more that really impressed me - I just recommend you find out for yourself.The technician, Richard, who did the work was also excellent. He was very professional, kind/friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a fantastic job getting the recommended work completed and took all the time needed to keep me apprised of his progress and answer any questions I had.I can’t imagine working with any other company in the future. Arrived in a timely manner and were able to find the the problem which was burned out pump. They quoted a repair price of 3200.00$ which seemed high. They also said they would have order the pump which would take several days. I did some checking with drilling companies and found one that quoted a price of 1700.00$ they said could come out and do the repair in two days they called later and said they could come that evening and replace the pump which they did. To rate lee company I would give them an A for their quick response as far as their repair cost I would give them an F

Complete clean up when done.

Our heat went out when the temperature had dropped into the high twenties. A very experienced and professional tech came out to assess our system and within an hour found the problem. We needed a part that he didn’t have however he said he would check in with the office to get it ordered. In the meantime he stayed long enough to get heat into our house so it wouldn’t get as cold as the night before. He called early the next morning and said the part was backordered for 10 weeks however they had a universal part that would work with our system until the needed part came in. He brought it out and installed it that day. Great service and followup!

The technician arrived early (good for us) fixed the problem immediately and also showed we had a leak in our garbage disposal. I had a concern a few days later and Brandon came and looked at it and explained what I was seeing and he was also extremely nice and helpful.The first person I dealt with when looking for a new unit was Jeremy. He helped me from beginning to end and always responded to any questions/concerns I had and he coordinated all the jobs for me.I cannot speak highly enough of all the people involved in this process. I cannot speak highly enough about the people who have done my seasonal tune ups or plumbing and electrical inspections over the years.
